wǒ ruò néng shuō wàn rén de fāng yán , bìng tiān shǐ de huà yǔ , què méi yǒu ài , wǒ jiù chéng le míng de luó , xiǎng de bó yì bān 。

If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don’t have love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.

wǒ ruò yǒu xiān zhī jiǎng dào zhī néng , yě míng bái gè yàng de ào mì , gè yàng de zhī shi , ér qiě yǒu quán bèi de xìn , jiào wǒ néng gòu yí shān , què méi yǒu ài , wǒ jiù suàn bù dé shén me 。

If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don’t have love, I am nothing.

wǒ ruò jiāng suǒ yǒu de zhōu jì qióng rén , yòu shè jǐ shēn jiào rén fén shāo , què méi yǒu ài , réng rán yǔ wǒ wú yì 。

If I give away all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don’t have love, it profits me nothing.

ài shì héng jiǔ rěn nài , yòu yǒu ēn cí ; ài shì bù jí dù ; ài shì bú zì kuā , bù zhāng kuáng ,

Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud,

bú zuò hài xiū de shì , bù qiú zì jǐ de yì chù , bù qīng yì fā nù , bú jì suàn rén de è ,

doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;

bù xǐ huan bú yì , zhī xǐ huan zhēn lǐ ;

doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;

fán shì bāo róng , fán shì xiāng xìn , fán shì pàn wàng , fán shì rěn nài 。

bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.

ài shì yǒng bù zhǐ xī 。 xiān zhī jiǎng dào zhī néng zhōng bì guī yú wú yǒu ; shuō fāng yán zhī néng zhōng bì tíng zhǐ ; zhī shi yě zhōng bì guī yú wú yǒu 。

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will be done away with. Where there are various languages, they will cease. Where there is knowledge, it will be done away with.

wǒ men xiàn zài suǒ zhī dào de yǒu xiàn , xiān zhī suǒ jiǎng de yě yǒu xiàn ,

For we know in part and we prophesy in part;

děng nà wán quán de lái dào , zhè yǒu xiàn de bì guī yú wú yǒu le 。

but when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with.

wǒ zuò hái zi de shí hòu , huà yǔ xiàng hái zǐ , xīn sī xiàng hái zi , yì niàn xiàng hái zi , jì chéng le rén , jiù bǎ hái zi de shì diū qì le 。

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child. Now that I have become a man, I have put away childish things.

wǒ men rú jīn fǎng fú duì zhe jìng zi guān kàn , mó hu bù qīng , dào nà shí jiù yào miàn duì miàn le 。 wǒ rú jīn suǒ zhī dào de yǒu xiàn , dào nà shí jiù quán zhī dào , rú tóng zhǔ zhī dào wǒ yí yàng 。

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known.

rú jīn cháng cún de yǒu xìn , yǒu wàng , yǒu ài zhè sān yàng , qí zhōng zuì dà de shì ài 。

But now faith, hope, and love remain—these three. The greatest of these is love.
