所以要约束你们的心 ，谨慎自守，专心盼望耶稣基督显现的时候所带来给你们的恩。
suǒ yǐ yào yuē shù nǐ men de xīn ， jǐn shèn zì shǒu ， zhuān xīn pàn wàng yē sū jī dū xiǎn xiàn de shí hou suǒ dài lái gěi nǐ men de ēn 。
Therefore prepare your minds for action. Be sober, and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ—
