也不是辖制所托付你们的，乃是作群羊的榜样。
yě bú shì xiá zhì suǒ tuō fù nǐ men de ， nǎi shì zuò qún yáng de bǎng yàng 。
not as lording it over those entrusted to you, but making yourselves examples to the flock.
