但我们既然属乎白昼，就应当谨守，把信和爱当作护心镜遮胸，把得救的盼望当作头盔戴上。
dàn wǒ men jì rán shǔ hū bái zhòu ， jiù yīng dāng jǐn shǒu ， bǎ xìn hé ài dàng zuò hù xīn jìng zhē xiōng ， bǎ dé jiù de pàn wàng dàng zuò tóu kuī dài shang 。
But since we belong to the day, let’s be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.
