2 Samuel 22

当耶和华救大卫脱离一切仇敌和扫罗之手的日子，他向耶和华念这诗，

dāng yē hé huá jiù dà wèi tuō lí yí qiè chóu dí hé sǎo luó zhī shǒu de rì zi ， tā xiàng yē hé huá niàn zhè shī ，

David spoke to the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul,

说： 耶和华是我的岩石， 我的山寨，我的救主，

shuō ： yē hé huá shì wǒ de yán shí ， wǒ de shān zhài ， wǒ de jiù zhǔ ，

and he said: “The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, even mine;

我的 神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。 他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角， 是我的高台，是我的避难所。 我的救主啊，你是救我脱离强暴的。

wǒ de shén ， wǒ de pán shí ， wǒ suǒ tóu kào de 。 tā shì wǒ de dùn pái ， shì zhěng jiù wǒ de jiǎo ， shì wǒ de gāo tái ， shì wǒ de bì nàn suǒ 。 wǒ de jiù zhǔ a ， nǐ shì jiù wǒ tuō lí qiáng bào de 。

God is my rock in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge. My savior, you save me from violence.

我要求告当赞美的耶和华， 这样，我必从仇敌手中被救出来。

wǒ yāo qiú gào dāng zàn měi de yē hé huá ， zhè yàng ， wǒ bì cóng chóu dí shǒu zhōng bèi jiù chū lái 。

I call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies.

曾有死亡的波浪环绕我， 匪类的急流使我惊惧，

céng yǒu sǐ wáng de bō làng huán rào wǒ ， fěi lèi de jí liú shǐ wǒ jīng jù ，

For the waves of death surrounded me. The floods of ungodliness made me afraid.

阴间的绳索缠绕我， 死亡的网罗临到我。

yīn jiān de shéng suǒ chán rào wǒ ， sǐ wáng de wǎng luó lín dào wǒ 。

The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death caught me.

我在急难中求告耶和华， 向我的 神呼求。 他从殿中听了我的声音； 我的呼求入了他的耳中。

wǒ zài jí nán zhōng qiú gào yē hé huá ， xiàng wǒ de shén hū qiú 。 tā cóng diàn zhōng tīng le wǒ de shēng yīn ； wǒ de hū qiú rù le tā de ěr zhōng 。

In my distress, I called on the LORD. Yes, I called to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry came into his ears.

那时因他发怒，地就摇撼战抖； 天的根基也震动摇撼。

nà shí yīn tā fā nù ， dì jiù yáo hàn zhàn dǒu ； tiān de gēn jī yě zhèn dòng yáo hàn 。

Then the earth shook and trembled. The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken, because he was angry.

从他鼻孔冒烟上腾； 从他口中发火焚烧，连炭也着了。

cóng tā bí kǒng mào yān shàng téng ； cóng tā kǒu zhōng fā huǒ fén shāo ， lián tàn yě zhe le 。

Smoke went up out of his nostrils. Consuming fire came out of his mouth. Coals were kindled by it.

他又使天下垂，亲自降临； 有黑云在他脚下。

tā yòu shǐ tiān xià chuí ， qīn zì jiàng lín ； yǒu hēi yún zài tā jiǎo xià 。

He bowed the heavens also, and came down. Thick darkness was under his feet.

他坐着基路伯飞行， 在风的翅膀上显现。

tā zuò zhe jī lù bó fēi xíng ， zài fēng de chì bǎng shàng xiǎn xiàn 。

He rode on a cherub, and flew. Yes, he was seen on the wings of the wind.

他以黑暗和聚集的水、 天空的厚云为他四围的行宫。

tā yǐ hēi àn hé jù jí de shuǐ 、 tiān kōng de hòu yún wèi tā sì wéi de xíng gōng 。

He made darkness a shelter around himself, gathering of waters, and thick clouds of the skies.

因他面前的光辉炭都着了。

yīn tā miàn qián de guāng huī tàn dōu zhe le 。

At the brightness before him, coals of fire were kindled.

耶和华从天上打雷； 至高者发出声音。

yē hé huá cóng tiān shàng dǎ léi ； zhì gāo zhě fā chū shēng yīn 。

The LORD thundered from heaven. The Most High uttered his voice.

他射出箭来，使仇敌四散， 发出闪电，使他们扰乱。

tā shè chū jiàn lái ， shǐ chóu dí sì sàn ， fā chū shǎn diàn ， shǐ tā men rǎo luàn 。

He sent out arrows and scattered them, lightning and confused them.

耶和华的斥责一发，鼻孔的气一出， 海底就出现，大地的根基也显露。

yē hé huá de chì zé yì fā ， bí kǒng de qì yì chū ， hǎi dǐ jiù chū xiàn ， dà dì de gēn jī yě xiǎn lù 。

Then the channels of the sea appeared. The foundations of the world were laid bare by the LORD’s rebuke, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

他从高天伸手抓住我， 把我从大水中拉上来。

tā cóng gāo tiān shēn shǒu zhuā zhù wǒ ， bǎ wǒ cóng dà shuǐ zhōng lā shàng lái 。

He sent from on high and he took me. He drew me out of many waters.

他救我脱离我的劲敌和那些恨我的人， 因为他们比我强盛。

tā jiù wǒ tuō lí wǒ de jìng dí hé nà xiē hèn wǒ de rén ， yīn wèi tā men bǐ wǒ qiáng shèng 。

He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me.

我遭遇灾难的日子，他们来攻击我； 但耶和华是我的倚靠。

wǒ zāo yù zāi nàn de rì zi ， tā men lái gōng jī wǒ ； dàn yē hé huá shì wǒ de yǐ kào 。

They came on me in the day of my calamity, but the LORD was my support.

他又领我到宽阔之处； 他救拔我，因他喜悦我。

tā yòu lǐng wǒ dào kuān kuò zhī chù ； tā jiù bá wǒ ， yīn tā xǐ yuè wǒ 。

He also brought me out into a large place. He delivered me, because he delighted in me.

耶和华按着我的公义报答我， 按着我手中的清洁赏赐我。

yē hé huá àn zhe wǒ de gōng yì bào dá wǒ ， àn zhe wǒ shǒu zhōng de qīng jié shǎng cì wǒ 。

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness. He rewarded me according to the cleanness of my hands.

因为我遵守了耶和华的道， 未曾作恶离开我的 神。

yīn wèi wǒ zūn shǒu le yē hé huá de dào ， wèi céng zuò è lí kāi wǒ de shén 。

For I have kept the LORD’s ways, and have not wickedly departed from my God.

他的一切典章常在我面前； 他的律例，我也未曾离弃。

tā de yí qiè diǎn zhāng cháng zài wǒ miàn qián ； tā de lǜ lì ， wǒ yě wèi céng lí qì 。

For all his ordinances were before me. As for his statutes, I didn’t depart from them.

我在他面前作了完全人； 我也保守自己远离我的罪孽。

wǒ zài tā miàn qián zuò le wán quán rén ； wǒ yě bǎo shǒu zì jǐ yuǎn lí wǒ de zuì niè 。

I was also perfect toward him. I kept myself from my iniquity.

所以耶和华按我的公义， 按我在他眼前的清洁赏赐我。

suǒ yǐ yē hé huá àn wǒ de gōng yì ， àn wǒ zài tā yǎn qián de qīng jié shǎng cì wǒ 。

Therefore the LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in his eyesight.

慈爱的人，你以慈爱待他； 完全的人，你以完全待他；

cí ài de rén ， nǐ yǐ cí ài dài tā ； wán quán de rén ， nǐ yǐ wán quán dài tā ；

With the merciful you will show yourself merciful. With the perfect man you will show yourself perfect.

清洁的人，你以清洁待他； 乖僻的人，你以弯曲待他。

qīng jié de rén ， nǐ yǐ qīng jié dài tā ； guāi pì de rén ， nǐ yǐ wān qū dài tā 。

With the pure you will show yourself pure. With the crooked you will show yourself shrewd.

困苦的百姓，你必拯救； 但你的眼目察看高傲的人，使他降卑。

kùn kǔ de bǎi xìng ， nǐ bì zhěng jiù ； dàn nǐ de yǎn mù chá kàn gāo ào de rén ， shǐ tā jiàng bēi 。

You will save the afflicted people, but your eyes are on the arrogant, that you may bring them down.

耶和华啊，你是我的灯； 耶和华必照明我的黑暗。

yē hé huá a ， nǐ shì wǒ de dēng ； yē hé huá bì zhào míng wǒ de hēi àn 。

For you are my lamp, LORD. The LORD will light up my darkness.

我借着你冲入敌军， 借着我的 神跳过墙垣。

wǒ jiè zhe nǐ chōng rù dí jūn ， jiè zhe wǒ de shén tiào guò qiáng yuán 。

For by you, I run against a troop. By my God, I leap over a wall.

至于 神，他的道是完全的； 耶和华的话是炼净的。 凡投靠他的，他便作他们的盾牌。

zhì yú shén ， tā de dào shì wán quán de ； yē hé huá de huà shì liàn jìng de 。 fán tóu kào tā de ， tā biàn zuò tā men de dùn pái 。

As for God, his way is perfect. The LORD’s word is tested. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.

除了耶和华，谁是 神呢？ 除了我们的 神，谁是磐石呢？

chú le yē hé huá ， shuí shì shén ne ？ chú le wǒ men de shén ， shuí shì pán shí ne ？

For who is God, besides the LORD? Who is a rock, besides our God?

神是我坚固的保障； 他引导完全人行他的路。

shén shì wǒ jiān gù de bǎo zhàng ； tā yǐn dǎo wán quán rén xíng tā de lù 。

God is my strong fortress. He makes my way perfect.

他使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄， 又使我在高处安稳。

tā shǐ wǒ de jiǎo kuài rú mǔ lù de tí ， yòu shǐ wǒ zài gāo chù ān wěn 。

He makes his feet like hinds’ feet, and sets me on my high places.

他教导我的手能以争战， 甚至我的膀臂能开铜弓。

tā jiào dǎo wǒ de shǒu néng yǐ zhēng zhàn ， shèn zhì wǒ de bǎng bì néng kāi tóng gōng 。

He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms bend a bow of bronze.

你把你的救恩给我作盾牌； 你的温和使我为大。

nǐ bǎ nǐ de jiù ēn gěi wǒ zuò dùn pái ； nǐ de wēn hé shǐ wǒ wèi dà 。

You have also given me the shield of your salvation. Your gentleness has made me great.

你使我脚下的地步宽阔； 我的脚未曾滑跌。

nǐ shǐ wǒ jiǎo xià de dì bù kuān kuò ； wǒ de jiǎo wèi céng huá diē 。

You have enlarged my steps under me. My feet have not slipped.

我追赶我的仇敌，灭绝了他们， 未灭以先，我没有归回。

wǒ zhuī gǎn wǒ de chóu dí ， miè jué le tā men ， wèi miè yǐ xiān ， wǒ méi yǒu guī huí 。

I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them. I didn’t turn again until they were consumed.

我灭绝了他们， 打伤了他们，使他们不能起来； 他们都倒在我的脚下。

wǒ miè jué le tā men ， dǎ shāng le tā men ， shǐ tā men bù néng qǐ lái ； tā men dōu dǎo zài wǒ de jiǎo xià 。

I have consumed them, and struck them through, so that they can’t arise. Yes, they have fallen under my feet.

因为你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能争战； 你也使那起来攻击我的都服在我以下。

yīn wèi nǐ céng yǐ lì liàng shù wǒ de yāo ， shǐ wǒ néng zhēng zhàn ； nǐ yě shǐ nà qǐ lái gōng jī wǒ de dōu fú zài wǒ yǐ xià 。

For you have armed me with strength for the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.

你又使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑， 叫我能以剪除那恨我的人。

nǐ yòu shǐ wǒ de chóu dí zài wǒ miàn qián zhuǎn bèi táo pǎo ， jiào wǒ néng yǐ jiǎn chú nà hèn wǒ de rén 。

You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, that I might cut off those who hate me.

他们仰望，却无人拯救； 就是呼求耶和华，他也不应允。

tā men yǎng wàng ， què wú rén zhěng jiù ； jiù shì hū qiú yē hé huá ， tā yě bú yīng yǔn 。

They looked, but there was no one to save; even to the LORD, but he didn’t answer them.

我捣碎他们，如同地上的灰尘， 践踏他们，四散在地，如同街上的泥土。

wǒ dǎo suì tā men ， rú tóng dì shàng de huī chén ， jiàn tà tā men ， sì sàn zài dì ， rú tóng jiē shàng de ní tǔ 。

Then I beat them as small as the dust of the earth. I crushed them as the mire of the streets, and spread them abroad.

你救我脱离我百姓的争竞， 保护我作列国的元首； 我素不认识的民必事奉我。

nǐ jiù wǒ tuō lí wǒ bǎi xìng de zhēng jìng ， bǎo hù wǒ zuò liè guó de yuán shǒu ； wǒ sù bú rèn shi de mín bì shì fèng wǒ 。

You also have delivered me from the strivings of my people. You have kept me to be the head of the nations. A people whom I have not known will serve me.

外邦人要投降我， 一听见我的名声就必顺从我。

wài bāng rén yào tóu xiáng wǒ ， yì tīng jiàn wǒ de míng shēng jiù bì shùn cóng wǒ 。

The foreigners will submit themselves to me. As soon as they hear of me, they will obey me.

外邦人要衰残， 战战兢兢地出他们的营寨。

wài bāng rén yào shuāi cán ， zhàn zhàn jīng jīng dì chū tā men de yíng zhài 。

The foreigners will fade away, and will come trembling out of their close places.

耶和华是活神，愿我的磐石被人称颂！ 愿 神—那拯救我的磐石被人尊崇！

yē hé huá shì huó shén ， yuàn wǒ de pán shí bèi rén chēng sòng ！ yuàn shén — nà zhěng jiù wǒ de pán shí bèi rén zūn chóng ！

The LORD lives! Blessed be my rock! Exalted be God, the rock of my salvation,

这位 神就是那为我伸冤、 使众民服在我以下的。

zhè wèi shén jiù shì nà wèi wǒ shēn yuān 、 shǐ zhòng mín fú zài wǒ yǐ xià de 。

even the God who executes vengeance for me, who brings down peoples under me,

你救我脱离仇敌， 又把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的； 你救我脱离强暴的人。

nǐ jiù wǒ tuō lí chóu dí ， yòu bǎ wǒ jǔ qǐ ， gāo guò nà xiē qǐ lái gōng jī wǒ de ； nǐ jiù wǒ tuō lí qiáng bào de rén 。

who brings me away from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man.

耶和华啊，因此我要在外邦中称谢你， 歌颂你的名。

yē hé huá a ， yīn cǐ wǒ yào zài wài bāng zhōng chēng xiè nǐ ， gē sòng nǐ de míng 。

Therefore I will give thanks to you, LORD, among the nations, and will sing praises to your name.

耶和华赐极大的救恩给他所立的王， 施慈爱给他的受膏者， 就是给大卫和他的后裔， 直到永远！

yē hé huá cì jí dà de jiù ēn gěi tā suǒ lì de wáng ， shī cí ài gěi tā de shòu gāo zhě ， jiù shì gěi dà wèi hé tā de hòu yì ， zhí dào yǒng yuǎn ！

He gives great deliverance to his king, and shows loving kindness to his anointed, to David and to his offspring, forever more.”
