据我看来，解送囚犯，不指明他的罪案是不合理的。」
jù wǒ kàn lái ， jiè sòng qiú fàn ， bù zhǐ míng tā de zuì àn shì bù hé lǐ de 。」
For it seems to me unreasonable, in sending a prisoner, not to also specify the charges against him.”
