好叫你们行事为人对得起主，凡事蒙他喜悦，在一切善事上结果子，渐渐地多知道 神；
hǎo jiào nǐ men xíng shì wèi rén duì de qǐ zhǔ ， fán shì méng tā xǐ yuè ， zài yí qiè shàn shì shàng jié guǒ zǐ ， jiàn jiàn de duō zhī dào shén ；
that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God,
