若不肯与你和好，反要与你打仗，你就要围困那城。
ruò bù kěn yǔ nǐ hé hǎo ， fǎn yào yǔ nǐ dǎ zhàng ， nǐ jiù yào wéi kùn nà chéng 。
If it will make no peace with you, but will make war against you, then you shall besiege it.
