Deuteronomy 26:5

你要在耶和华—你 神面前说：『我祖原是一个将亡的亚兰人，下到埃及寄居。他人口稀少，在那里却成了又大又强、人数很多的国民。

nǐ yào zài yē hé huá — nǐ shén miàn qián shuō ：『 wǒ zǔ yuán shì yí ge jiāng wáng de yà lán rén ， xià dào āi jí jì jū 。 tā rén kǒu xī shǎo ， zài nà li què chéng le yòu dà yòu qiáng 、 rén shù hěn duō de guó mín 。

You shall answer and say before the LORD your God, “My father was a Syrian ready to perish. He went down into Egypt, and lived there, few in number. There he became a great, mighty, and populous nation.
