要里外包上精金，四围镶上金牙边。
yào lǐ wài bāo shàng jīng jīn ， sì wéi xiāng shàng jīn yá biān 。
You shall overlay it with pure gold. You shall overlay it inside and outside, and you shall make a gold molding around it.
