我再指着凡受割礼的人确实地说，他是欠着行全律法的债。
wǒ zài zhǐ zhe fán shòu gē lǐ de rén què shí de shuō ， tā shì qiàn zhe xíng quán lǜ fǎ de zhài 。
Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
