lùn hǎi páng kuàng yě de mò shì : yǒu chóu dí cóng kuàng yě , cóng kě pà zhī dì ér lái , hǎo xiàng nán fāng de xuán fēng , měng rán sǎo guò 。

The burden of the wilderness of the sea. As whirlwinds in the South sweep through, it comes from the wilderness, from an awesome land.

使

lìng rén qī cǎn de yì xiàng yǐ mò shì yú wǒ 。 guǐ zhà de xíng guǐ zhà , huǐ miè de xíng huǐ miè 。 yǐ lán nǎ , nǐ yào shàng qù ! mǐ dǐ yà a , nǐ yào wéi kùn ! zhǔ shuō : wǒ shǐ yí qiè tàn xī zhǐ zhù 。

A grievous vision is declared to me. The treacherous man deals treacherously, and the destroyer destroys. Go up, Elam; attack! I have stopped all of Media’s sighing.

suǒ yǐ , wǒ mǎn yāo téng tòng ; tòng kǔ jiāng wǒ zhuā zhù , hǎo xiàng chǎn nán de fù rén yí yàng 。 wǒ téng tòng shèn zhì bù néng tīng ; wǒ jīng huáng shèn zhì bù néng kàn 。

Therefore my thighs are filled with anguish. Pains have seized me, like the pains of a woman in labor. I am in so much pain that I can’t hear. I am so dismayed that I can’t see.

wǒ xīn huāng zhāng , jīng kǒng wēi hè wǒ 。 wǒ suǒ xiàn mù de huáng hūn , biàn wèi wǒ de zhàn jīng 。

My heart flutters. Horror has frightened me. The twilight that I desired has been turned into trembling for me.

tā men bǎi shè yán xí , pài rén shǒu wàng , yòu chī yòu hē 。 shǒu lǐng a , nǐ men qǐ lái , yòng yóu mǒ dùn pái 。

They prepare the table. They set the watch. They eat. They drink. Rise up, you princes, oil the shield!

使

zhǔ duì wǒ rú cǐ shuō : nǐ qù shè lì shǒu wàng de , shǐ tā jiāng suǒ kàn jiàn de shù shuō 。

For the Lord said to me, “Go, set a watchman. Let him declare what he sees.

tā kàn jiàn jūn duì , jiù shì qí mǎ de yí duì yi duì dì lái , yòu kàn jiàn lǘ duì , luò tuó duì , jiù yào cè ěr xì tīng 。

When he sees a troop, horsemen in pairs, a troop of donkeys, a troop of camels, he shall listen diligently with great attentiveness.”

tā xiàng shī zi hǒu jiào , shuō : zhǔ a , wǒ bái rì cháng zhàn zài wàng lóu shàng , zhěng yè lì zài wǒ shǒu wàng suǒ 。

He cried like a lion: “Lord, I stand continually on the watchtower in the daytime, and every night I stay at my post.

kàn nǎ , yǒu yí duì jūn bīng qí zhe mǎ , yí duì yi duì dì lái 。 tā jiù shuō : bā bǐ lún qīng dǎo le ! qīng dǎo le ! tā yí qiè diāo kè de shén xiàng dōu dǎ suì yú dì 。

Behold, here comes a troop of men, horsemen in pairs.” He answered, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon; and all the engraved images of her gods are broken to the ground.

wǒ bèi dǎ de hé jià , wǒ chǎng shàng de gǔ a , wǒ cóng wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén nà lǐ suǒ tīng jiàn de , dōu gào sù nǐ men le 。

You are my threshing, and the grain of my floor!” That which I have heard from the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, I have declared to you.

lùn dù mǎ de mò shì : yǒu rén shēng cóng xī ěr hū wèn wǒ shuō : shǒu wàng de a , yè lǐ rú hé ? shǒu wàng de a , yè lǐ rú hé ?

The burden of Dumah. One calls to me out of Seir, “Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?”

shǒu wàng de shuō : zǎo chén jiāng dào , hēi yè yě lái 。 nǐ men ruò yào wèn jiù kě yǐ wèn , kě yǐ huí tóu zài lái 。

The watchman said, “The morning comes, and also the night. If you will inquire, inquire. Come back again.”

宿

lùn ā lā bó de mò shì : dǐ dàn jié bàn de kè lǚ a , nǐ men bì zài ā lā bó de shù lín zhōng zhù sù 。

The burden on Arabia. You will lodge in the thickets in Arabia, you caravans of Dedanites.

tí mǎ dì de jū mín ná shuǐ lái , sòng gěi kǒu kě de , ná bǐng lái yíng jiē táo bì de 。

They brought water to him who was thirsty. The inhabitants of the land of Tema met the fugitives with their bread.

yīn wèi tā men táo bì dāo jiàn hé chū le qiào de dāo , bìng shàng le xián de gōng yǔ dāo bīng de zhòng zāi 。

For they fled away from the swords, from the drawn sword, from the bent bow, and from the heat of battle.

zhǔ duì wǒ zhè yàng shuō :「 yì nián zhī nèi , zhào gù gōng de nián shù , jī dá de yí qiè róng yào bì guī yú wú yǒu 。

For the Lord said to me, “Within a year, as a worker bound by contract would count it, all the glory of Kedar will fail,

。」

gōng jiàn shǒu suǒ yú shèng de , jiù shì jī dá rén de yǒng shì , bì rán xī shǎo , yīn wèi zhè shì yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén shuō de 。」

and the residue of the number of the archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, will be few; for the LORD, the God of Israel, has spoken it.”
