我已立他作万民的见证， 为万民的君王和司令。
wǒ yǐ lì tā zuò wàn mín de jiàn zhèng ， wèi wàn mín de jūn wáng hé sī lìng 。
Behold, I have given him for a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander to the peoples.
