爱惜自己生命的，就失丧生命；在这世上恨恶自己生命的，就要保守生命到永生。
ài xī zì jǐ shēng mìng de ， jiù shī sàng shēng mìng ； zài zhè shì shàng hèn wù zì jǐ shēng mìng de ， jiù yào bǎo shǒu shēng mìng dào yǒng shēng 。
He who loves his life will lose it. He who hates his life in this world will keep it to eternal life.
