Joshua 23

耶和华使以色列人安静，不与四围的一切仇敌争战，已经多日。约书亚年纪老迈，

yē hé huá shǐ yǐ sè liè rén ān jìng ， bù yǔ sì wéi de yí qiè chóu dí zhēng zhàn ， yǐ jīng duō rì 。 yuē shū yà nián jì lǎo mài ，

After many days, when the LORD had given rest to Israel from their enemies all around, and Joshua was old and well advanced in years,

就把以色列众人的长老、族长、审判官，并官长都召了来，对他们说：「我年纪已经老迈。

jiù bǎ yǐ sè liè zhòng rén de zhǎng lǎo 、 zú zhǎng 、 shěn pàn guān ， bìng guān zhǎng dōu zhào le lái ， duì tā men shuō ：「 wǒ nián jì yǐ jīng lǎo mài 。

Joshua called for all Israel, for their elders and for their heads, and for their judges and for their officers, and said to them, “I am old and well advanced in years.

耶和华—你们的 神因你们的缘故向那些国所行的一切事，你们亲眼看见了，因那为你们争战的是耶和华—你们的 神。

yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén yīn nǐ men de yuán gù xiàng nà xiē guó suǒ xíng de yí qiè shì ， nǐ men qīn yǎn kàn jiàn le ， yīn nà wèi nǐ men zhēng zhàn de shì yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén 。

You have seen all that the LORD your God has done to all these nations because of you; for it is the LORD your God who has fought for you.

我所剪除和所剩下的各国，从约旦河起到日落之处的大海，我已经拈阄分给你们各支派为业。

wǒ suǒ jiǎn chú hé suǒ shèng xià de gè guó ， cóng yuē dàn hé qǐ dào rì luò zhī chù de dà hǎi ， wǒ yǐ jīng niān jiū fēn gěi nǐ men gè zhī pài wèi yè 。

Behold, I have allotted to you these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from the Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even to the great sea toward the going down of the sun.

耶和华—你们的 神必将他们从你们面前赶出去，使他们离开你们，你们就必得他们的地为业，正如耶和华—你们的 神所应许的。

yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén bì jiāng tā men cóng nǐ men miàn qián gǎn chū qù ， shǐ tā men lí kāi nǐ men ， nǐ men jiù bì dé tā men de dì wèi yè ， zhèng rú yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén suǒ yīng xǔ de 。

The LORD your God will thrust them out from before you, and drive them from out of your sight. You shall possess their land, as the LORD your God spoke to you.

所以，你们要大大壮胆，谨守遵行写在摩西律法书上的一切话，不可偏离左右。

suǒ yǐ ， nǐ men yào dà dà zhuàng dǎn ， jǐn shǒu zūn xíng xiě zài mó xī lǜ fǎ shū shàng de yí qiè huà ， bù kě piān lí zuǒ yòu 。

“Therefore be very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that you not turn away from it to the right hand or to the left;

不可与你们中间所剩下的这些国民搀杂。他们的神，你们不可提他的名，不可指着他起誓，也不可事奉、叩拜；

bù kě yǔ nǐ men zhōng jiān suǒ shèng xià de zhè xiē guó mín chān zá 。 tā men de shén ， nǐ men bù kě tí tā de míng ， bù kě zhǐ zhe tā qǐ shì ， yě bù kě shì fèng 、 kòu bài ；

that you not come among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow down yourselves to them;

只要照着你们到今日所行的，专靠耶和华—你们的 神。

zhī yào zhào zhe nǐ men dào jīn rì suǒ xíng de ， zhuān kào yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén 。

but hold fast to the LORD your God, as you have done to this day.

因为耶和华已经把又大又强的国民从你们面前赶出；直到今日，没有一人在你们面前站立得住。

yīn wèi yē hé huá yǐ jīng bǎ yòu dà yòu qiáng de guó mín cóng nǐ men miàn qián gǎn chū ； zhí dào jīn rì ， méi yǒu yì rén zài nǐ men miàn qián zhàn lì dé zhù 。

“For the LORD has driven great and strong nations out from before you. But as for you, no man has stood before you to this day.

你们一人必追赶千人，因耶和华—你们的 神照他所应许的，为你们争战。

nǐ men yì rén bì zhuī gǎn qiān rén ， yīn yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén zhào tā suǒ yīng xǔ de ， wèi nǐ men zhēng zhàn 。

One man of you shall chase a thousand; for it is the LORD your God who fights for you, as he spoke to you.

你们要分外谨慎，爱耶和华—你们的 神。

nǐ men yào fèn wài jǐn shèn ， ài yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén 。

Take good heed therefore to yourselves, that you love the LORD your God.

你们若稍微转去，与你们中间所剩下的这些国民联络，彼此结亲，互相往来，

nǐ men ruò shāo wēi zhuǎn qù ， yǔ nǐ men zhōng jiān suǒ shèng xià de zhè xiē guó mín lián luò ， bǐ cǐ jié qīn ， hù xiāng wǎng lái ，

“But if you do at all go back, and hold fast to the remnant of these nations, even these who remain among you, and make marriages with them, and go in to them, and they to you;

你们要确实知道，耶和华—你们的 神必不再将他们从你们眼前赶出；他们却要成为你们的网罗、机槛、肋上的鞭、眼中的刺，直到你们在耶和华—你们 神所赐的这美地上灭亡。

nǐ men yào què shí zhī dào ， yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén bì bú zài jiāng tā men cóng nǐ men yǎn qián gǎn chū ； tā men què yào chéng wéi nǐ men de wǎng luó 、 jī kǎn 、 lèi shàng de biān 、 yǎn zhōng de cì ， zhí dào nǐ men zài yē hé huá — nǐ men shén suǒ cì de zhè měi dì shàng miè wáng 。

know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no longer drive these nations from out of your sight; but they shall be a snare and a trap to you, a scourge in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you.

「我现在要走世人必走的路。你们是一心一意地知道，耶和华—你们 神所应许赐福与你们的话没有一句落空，都应验在你们身上了。

「 wǒ xiàn zài yào zǒu shì rén bì zǒu de lù 。 nǐ men shì yì xīn yí yì dì zhī dào ， yē hé huá — nǐ men shén suǒ yìng xǔ cì fú yǔ nǐ men de huà méi yǒu yí jù luò kōng ， dōu yìng yàn zài nǐ men shēn shàng le 。

“Behold, today I am going the way of all the earth. You know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spoke concerning you. All have happened to you. Not one thing has failed of it.

耶和华—你们 神所应许的一切福气怎样临到你们身上，耶和华也必照样使各样祸患临到你们身上，直到把你们从耶和华—你们 神所赐的这美地上除灭。

yē hé huá — nǐ men shén suǒ yīng xǔ de yí qiè fú qì zěn yàng lín dào nǐ men shēn shàng ， yē hé huá yě bì zhào yàng shǐ gè yàng huò huàn lín dào nǐ men shēn shàng ， zhí dào bǎ nǐ men cóng yē hé huá — nǐ men shén suǒ cì de zhè měi dì shàng chú miè 。

It shall happen that as all the good things have come on you of which the LORD your God spoke to you, so the LORD will bring on you all the evil things, until he has destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God has given you,

你们若违背耶和华—你们 神吩咐你们所守的约，去事奉别神，叩拜他，耶和华的怒气必向你们发作，使你们在他所赐的美地上速速灭亡。」

nǐ men ruò wéi bèi yē hé huá — nǐ men shén fēn fù nǐ men suǒ shǒu de yuē ， qù shì fèng bié shén ， kòu bài tā ， yē hé huá de nù qì bì xiàng nǐ men fā zuò ， shǐ nǐ men zài tā suǒ cì de měi dì shàng sù sù miè wáng 。」

when you disobey the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and go and serve other gods, and bow down yourselves to them. Then the LORD’s anger will be kindled against you, and you will perish quickly from off the good land which he has given to you.”
