Lamentations 3
我是因耶和华忿怒的杖， 遭遇困苦的人。
wǒ shì yīn yē hé huá fèn nù de zhàng ， zāo yù kùn kǔ de rén 。
I am the man who has seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.
他引导我，使我行在黑暗中， 不行在光明里。
tā yǐn dǎo wǒ ， shǐ wǒ xíng zài hēi àn zhōng ， bù xíng zài guāng míng lǐ 。
He has led me and caused me to walk in darkness, and not in light.
他真是终日再三反手攻击我。
tā zhēn shì zhōng rì zài sān fǎn shǒu gōng jī wǒ 。
Surely he turns his hand against me again and again all day long.
他使我的皮肉枯干； 他折断 我的骨头。
tā shǐ wǒ de pí ròu kū gān ； tā zhé duàn wǒ de gǔ tou 。
He has made my flesh and my skin old. He has broken my bones.
他筑垒攻击我， 用苦楚 和艰难围困我。
tā zhù lěi gōng jī wǒ ， yòng kǔ chǔ hé jiān nán wéi kùn wǒ 。
He has built against me, and surrounded me with bitterness and hardship.
他使我住在幽暗之处， 像死了许久的人一样。
tā shǐ wǒ zhù zài yōu àn zhī chù ， xiàng sǐ le xǔ jiǔ de rén yí yàng 。
He has made me dwell in dark places, as those who have been long dead.
他用篱笆围住我，使我不能出去； 他使我的铜链沉重。
tā yòng lí bā wéi zhù wǒ ， shǐ wǒ bù néng chū qù ； tā shǐ wǒ de tóng liàn chén zhòng 。
He has walled me about, so that I can’t go out. He has made my chain heavy.
我哀号求救； 他使我的祷告不得上达。
wǒ āi háo qiú jiù ； tā shǐ wǒ de dǎo gào bù dé shàng dá 。
Yes, when I cry, and call for help, he shuts out my prayer.
他用凿过的石头挡住我的道； 他使我的路弯曲。
tā yòng záo guò de shí tou dǎng zhù wǒ de dào ； tā shǐ wǒ de lù wān qū 。
He has walled up my ways with cut stone. He has made my paths crooked.
他向我如熊埋伏， 如狮子在隐密处。
tā xiàng wǒ rú xióng mái fú ， rú shī zi zài yǐn mì chù 。
He is to me as a bear lying in wait, as a lion in hiding.
他使我转离正路， 将我撕碎，使我凄凉。
tā shǐ wǒ zhuǎn lí zhèng lù ， jiāng wǒ sī suì ， shǐ wǒ qī liáng 。
He has turned away my path, and pulled me in pieces. He has made me desolate.
他张弓将我当作箭靶子。
tā zhāng gōng jiāng wǒ dàng zuò jiàn bǎ zǐ 。
He has bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。
tā bǎ jiàn dài zhōng de jiàn shè rù wǒ de fèi fǔ 。
He has caused the shafts of his quiver to enter into my kidneys.
我成了众民的笑话； 他们终日以我为歌曲。
wǒ chéng le zhòng mín de xiào huà ； tā men zhōng rì yǐ wǒ wèi gē qǔ 。
I have become a derision to all my people, and their song all day long.
他用苦楚充满我，使我饱用茵 。
tā yòng kǔ chǔ chōng mǎn wǒ ， shǐ wǒ bǎo yòng yīn 。
He has filled me with bitterness. He has stuffed me with wormwood.
他又用沙石碜断我的牙， 用灰尘将我蒙蔽。
tā yòu yòng shā shí chěn duàn wǒ de yá ， yòng huī chén jiāng wǒ méng bì 。
He has also broken my teeth with gravel. He has covered me with ashes.
你使我远离平安， 我忘记好处。
nǐ shǐ wǒ yuǎn lí píng ān ， wǒ wàng jì hǎo chù 。
You have removed my soul far away from peace. I forgot prosperity.
我就说：我的力量衰败； 我在耶和华那里毫无指望！
wǒ jiù shuō ： wǒ de lì liàng shuāi bài ； wǒ zài yē hé huá nà lǐ háo wú zhǐ wàng ！
I said, “My strength has perished, along with my expectation from the LORD.”
耶和华啊，求你记念我 如茵 和苦胆的困苦窘迫。
yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ jì niàn wǒ rú yīn hé kǔ dǎn de kùn kǔ jiǒng pò 。
Remember my affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the bitterness.
我心想念这些， 就在里面忧闷。
wǒ xīn xiǎng niàn zhè xiē ， jiù zài lǐ miàn yōu mèn 。
My soul still remembers them, and is bowed down within me.
我想起这事， 心里就有指望。
wǒ xiǎng qǐ zhè shì ， xīn lǐ jiù yǒu zhǐ wàng 。
This I recall to my mind; therefore I have hope.
我们不致消灭， 是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱； 是因他的怜悯不致断绝。
wǒ men bú zhì xiāo miè ， shì chū yú yē hé huá zhū bān de cí ài ； shì yīn tā de lián mǐn bú zhì duàn jué 。
It is because of the LORD’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his mercies don’t fail.
每早晨，这都是新的； 你的诚实极其广大！
měi zǎo chén ， zhè dōu shì xīn de ； nǐ de chéng shí jí qí guǎng dà ！
They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness.
我心里说：耶和华是我的分， 因此，我要仰望他。
wǒ xīn lǐ shuō ： yē hé huá shì wǒ de fēn ， yīn cǐ ， wǒ yào yǎng wàng tā 。
“The LORD is my portion,” says my soul. “Therefore I will hope in him.”
凡等候耶和华，心里寻求他的， 耶和华必施恩给他。
fán děng hòu yē hé huá ， xīn lǐ xún qiú tā de ， yē hé huá bì shī ēn gěi tā 。
The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
人仰望耶和华， 静默等候他的救恩， 这原是好的。
rén yǎng wàng yē hé huá ， jìng mò děng hòu tā de jiù ēn ， zhè yuán shì hǎo de 。
It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
人在幼年负轭， 这原是好的。
rén zài yòu nián fù è ， zhè yuán shì hǎo de 。
It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
他当独坐无言， 因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。
tā dāng dú zuò wú yán ， yīn wèi zhè shì yē hé huá jiā zài tā shēn shàng de 。
Let him sit alone and keep silence, because he has laid it on him.
他当口贴尘埃， 或者有指望。
tā dāng kǒu tiē chén āi ， huò zhě yǒu zhǐ wàng 。
Let him put his mouth in the dust, if it is so that there may be hope.
他当由人打他的腮颊， 要满受凌辱。
tā dāng yóu rén dǎ tā de sāi jiá ， yào mǎn shòu líng rǔ 。
Let him give his cheek to him who strikes him. Let him be filled full of reproach.
主虽使人忧愁， 还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。
zhǔ suī shǐ rén yōu chóu ， hái yào zhào tā zhū bān de cí ài fā lián mǐn 。
For though he causes grief, yet he will have compassion according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
因他并不甘心使人受苦， 使人忧愁。
yīn tā bìng bù gān xīn shǐ rén shòu kǔ ， shǐ rén yōu chóu 。
For he does not afflict willingly, nor grieve the children of men.
人将世上被囚的踹 在脚下，
rén jiāng shì shàng bèi qiú de chuài zài jiǎo xià ，
To crush under foot all the prisoners of the earth,
或在至高者面前屈枉人，
huò zài zhì gāo zhě miàn qián qū wǎng rén ，
to turn away the right of a man before the face of the Most High,
或在人的讼事上颠倒是非， 这都是主看不上的。
huò zài rén de sòng shì shàng diān dǎo shì fēi ， zhè dōu shì zhǔ kàn bú shàng de 。
to subvert a man in his cause, the Lord doesn’t approve.
除非主命定， 谁能说成就成呢？
chú fēi zhǔ mìng dìng ， shuí néng shuō chéng jiù chéng ne ？
Who is he who says, and it comes to pass, when the Lord doesn’t command it?
祸福不都出于至高者的口吗？
huò fú bù dōu chū yú zhì gāo zhě de kǒu ma ？
Doesn’t evil and good come out of the mouth of the Most High?
活人因自己的罪受罚， 为何发怨言呢？
huó rén yīn zì jǐ de zuì shòu fá ， wèi hé fā yuàn yán ne ？
Why should a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?
我们当深深考察自己的行为， 再归向耶和华。
wǒ men dāng shēn shēn kǎo chá zì jǐ de xíng wéi ， zài guī xiàng yē hé huá 。
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
我们当诚心向天上的 神举手祷告。
wǒ men dāng chéng xīn xiàng tiān shàng de shén jǔ shǒu dǎo gào 。
Let’s lift up our heart with our hands to God in the heavens.
我们犯罪背逆， 你并不赦免。
wǒ men fàn zuì bèi nì ， nǐ bìng bú shè miǎn 。
“We have transgressed and have rebelled. You have not pardoned.
你自被怒气遮蔽，追赶我们； 你施行杀戮，并不顾惜。
nǐ zì bèi nù qì zhē bì ， zhuī gǎn wǒ men ； nǐ shī xíng shā lù ， bìng bú gù xī 。
“You have covered us with anger and pursued us. You have killed. You have not pitied.
你以黑云遮蔽自己， 以致祷告不得透入。
nǐ yǐ hēi yún zhē bì zì jǐ ， yǐ zhì dǎo gào bù dé tòu rù 。
You have covered yourself with a cloud, so that no prayer can pass through.
你使我们在万民中成为污秽和渣滓。
nǐ shǐ wǒ men zài wàn mín zhōng chéng wéi wū huì hé zhā zǐ 。
You have made us an off-scouring and refuse in the middle of the peoples.
我们的仇敌都向我们大大张口。
wǒ men de chóu dí dōu xiàng wǒ men dà dà zhāng kǒu 。
“All our enemies have opened their mouth wide against us.
恐惧和陷坑，残害和毁灭， 都临近我们。
kǒng jù hé xiàn kēng ， cán hài hé huǐ miè ， dōu lín jìn wǒ men 。
Terror and the pit have come on us, devastation and destruction.”
因我众民遭的毁灭， 我就眼泪下流如河。
yīn wǒ zhòng mín zāo de huǐ miè ， wǒ jiù yǎn lèi xià liú rú hé 。
My eye runs down with streams of water, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
我的眼多多流泪， 总不止息，
wǒ de yǎn duō duō liú lèi ， zǒng bù zhǐ xī ，
My eye pours down and doesn’t cease, without any intermission,
直等耶和华垂顾， 从天观看。
zhí děng yē hé huá chuí gù ， cóng tiān guān kàn 。
until the LORD looks down, and sees from heaven.
因我本城的众民， 我的眼，使我的心伤痛。
yīn wǒ běn chéng de zhòng mín ， wǒ de yǎn ， shǐ wǒ de xīn shāng tòng 。
My eye affects my soul, because of all the daughters of my city.
无故与我为仇的追逼我， 像追雀鸟一样。
wú gù yǔ wǒ wèi chóu de zhuī bī wǒ ， xiàng zhuī què niǎo yí yàng 。
They have chased me relentlessly like a bird, those who are my enemies without cause.
他们使我的命在牢狱中断绝， 并将一块石头抛在我身上。
tā men shǐ wǒ de mìng zài láo yù zhōng duàn jué ， bìng jiāng yí kuài shí tou pāo zài wǒ shēn shàng 。
They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and have cast a stone on me.
众水流过我头， 我说：我命断绝了！
zhòng shuǐ liú guò wǒ tóu ， wǒ shuō ： wǒ mìng duàn jué le ！
Waters flowed over my head. I said, “I am cut off.”
耶和华啊， 我从深牢中求告你的名。
yē hé huá a ， wǒ cóng shēn láo zhōng qiú gào nǐ de míng 。
I called on your name, LORD, out of the lowest dungeon.
你曾听见我的声音； 我求你解救， 你不要掩耳不听。
nǐ céng tīng jiàn wǒ de shēng yīn ； wǒ qiú nǐ jiě jiù ， nǐ bú yào yǎn ěr bù tīng 。
You heard my voice: “Don’t hide your ear from my sighing, and my cry.”
我求告你的日子，你临近我， 说：不要惧怕！
wǒ qiú gào nǐ de rì zi ， nǐ lín jìn wǒ ， shuō ： bú yào jù pà ！
You came near in the day that I called on you. You said, “Don’t be afraid.”
主啊，你伸明了我的冤； 你救赎了我的命。
zhǔ a ， nǐ shēn míng le wǒ de yuān ； nǐ jiù shú le wǒ de mìng 。
Lord, you have pleaded the causes of my soul. You have redeemed my life.
耶和华啊，你见了我受的委屈； 求你为我伸冤。
yē hé huá a ， nǐ jiàn le wǒ shòu de wěi qu ； qiú nǐ wèi wǒ shēn yuān 。
LORD, you have seen my wrong. Judge my cause.
他们仇恨我，谋害我， 你都看见了。
tā men chóu hèn wǒ ， móu hài wǒ ， nǐ dōu kàn jiàn le 。
You have seen all their vengeance and all their plans against me.
耶和华啊，你听见他们辱骂我的话， 知道他们向我所设的计，
yē hé huá a ， nǐ tīng jiàn tā men rǔ mà wǒ de huà ， zhī dào tā men xiàng wǒ suǒ shè de jì ，
You have heard their reproach, LORD, and all their plans against me,
并那些起来攻击我的人口中所说的话， 以及终日向我所设的计谋。
bìng nà xiē qǐ lái gōng jī wǒ de rén kǒu zhōng suǒ shuō de huà ， yǐ jí zhōng rì xiàng wǒ suǒ shè de jì móu 。
the lips of those that rose up against me, and their plots against me all day long.
求你观看， 他们坐下，起来，都以我为歌曲。
qiú nǐ guān kàn ， tā men zuò xià ， qǐ lái ， dōu yǐ wǒ wèi gē qǔ 。
You see their sitting down and their rising up. I am their song.
耶和华啊，你要按着他们手所做的 向他们施行报应。
yē hé huá a ， nǐ yào àn zhe tā men shǒu suǒ zuò de xiàng tā men shī xíng bào yìng 。
You will pay them back, LORD, according to the work of their hands.
你要使他们心里刚硬， 使你的咒诅临到他们。
nǐ yào shǐ tā men xīn lǐ gāng yìng ， shǐ nǐ de zhòu zǔ lín dào tā men 。
You will give them hardness of heart, your curse to them.
你要发怒追赶他们， 从耶和华的天下除灭他们。
nǐ yào fā nù zhuī gǎn tā men ， cóng yē hé huá de tiān xià chú miè tā men 。
You will pursue them in anger, and destroy them from under the heavens of the LORD.
