Leviticus 11

耶和华对摩西、亚伦说：

yē hé huá duì mó xī 、 yà lún shuō ：

The LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying to them,

「你们晓谕以色列人说，在地上一切走兽中可吃的乃是这些：

「 nǐ men xiǎo yù yǐ sè liè rén shuō ， zài dì shàng yí qiè zǒu shòu zhōng kě chī de nǎi shì zhè xiē ：

“Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘These are the living things which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth.

凡蹄分两瓣、倒嚼的走兽，你们都可以吃。

fán tí fēn liǎng bàn 、 dǎo jiáo de zǒu shòu ， nǐ men dōu kě yǐ chī 。

Whatever parts the hoof, and is cloven-footed, and chews the cud among the animals, that you may eat.

但那倒嚼或分蹄之中不可吃的乃是：骆驼—因为倒嚼不分蹄，就与你们不洁净；

dàn nà dǎo jiáo huò fēn tí zhī zhōng bù kě chī de nǎi shì ： luò tuó — yīn wèi dǎo jiáo bù fēn tí ， jiù yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng ；

“‘Nevertheless these you shall not eat of those that chew the cud, or of those who part the hoof: the camel, because it chews the cud but doesn’t have a parted hoof, is unclean to you.

沙番—因为倒嚼不分蹄，就与你们不洁净；

shā fān — yīn wèi dǎo jiáo bù fēn tí ， jiù yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng ；

The hyrax, because it chews the cud but doesn’t have a parted hoof, is unclean to you.

兔子—因为倒嚼不分蹄，就与你们不洁净；

tù zi — yīn wèi dǎo jiáo bù fēn tí ， jiù yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng ；

The hare, because it chews the cud but doesn’t have a parted hoof, is unclean to you.

猪—因为蹄分两瓣，却不倒嚼，就与你们不洁净。

zhū — yīn wèi tí fēn liǎng bàn ， què bù dǎo jiáo ， jiù yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng 。

The pig, because it has a split hoof, and is cloven-footed, but doesn’t chew the cud, is unclean to you.

这些兽的肉，你们不可吃；死的，你们不可摸，都与你们不洁净。

zhè xiē shòu de ròu ， nǐ men bù kě chī ； sǐ de ， nǐ men bù kě mō ， dōu yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng 。

You shall not eat their meat. You shall not touch their carcasses. They are unclean to you.

「水中可吃的乃是这些：凡在水里、海里、河里、有翅有鳞的，都可以吃。

「 shuǐ zhōng kě chī de nǎi shì zhè xiē ： fán zài shuǐ lǐ 、 hǎi lǐ 、 hé lǐ 、 yǒu chì yǒu lín de ， dōu kě yǐ chī 。

“‘You may eat of all these that are in the waters: whatever has fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, that you may eat.

凡在海里、河里，并一切水里游动的活物，无翅无鳞的，你们都当以为可憎。

fán zài hǎi lǐ 、 hé lǐ ， bìng yí qiè shuǐ lǐ yóu dòng de huó wù ， wú chì wú lín de ， nǐ men dōu dāng yǐ wéi kě zēng 。

All that don’t have fins and scales in the seas and rivers, all that move in the waters, and all the living creatures that are in the waters, they are an abomination to you,

这些无翅无鳞、以为可憎的，你们不可吃它的肉；死的也当以为可憎。

zhè xiē wú chì wú lín 、 yǐ wéi kě zēng de ， nǐ men bù kě chī tā de ròu ； sǐ de yě dāng yǐ wéi kě zēng 。

and you shall detest them. You shall not eat of their meat, and you shall detest their carcasses.

凡水里无翅无鳞的，你们都当以为可憎。

fán shuǐ lǐ wú chì wú lín de ， nǐ men dōu dāng yǐ wéi kě zēng 。

Whatever has no fins nor scales in the waters is an abomination to you.

「雀鸟中你们当以为可憎、不可吃的乃是：雕、狗头雕、红头雕、

「 què niǎo zhōng nǐ men dāng yǐ wéi kě zēng 、 bù kě chī de nǎi shì ： diāo 、 gǒu tóu diāo 、 hóng tóu diāo 、

“‘You shall detest these among the birds; they shall not be eaten because they are an abomination: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture,

鹞鹰、小鹰与其类；

yào yīng 、 xiǎo yīng yǔ qí lèi ；

the red kite, any kind of black kite,

乌鸦与其类；

wū yā yǔ qí lèi ；

any kind of raven,

鸵鸟、夜鹰、鱼鹰、鹰与其类；

tuó niǎo 、 yè yīng 、 yú yīng 、 yīng yǔ qí lèi ；

the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk,

鸮鸟、鸬鹚、猫头鹰、

xiāo niǎo 、 lú cí 、 māo tóu yīng 、

the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl,

角鸱、鹈鹕、秃雕、

jiǎo chī 、 tí hú 、 tū diāo 、

the white owl, the desert owl, the osprey,

鹳、鹭鸶与其类；戴 与蝙蝠。

guàn 、 lù sī yǔ qí lèi ； dài yǔ biān fú 。

the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe, and the bat.

「凡有翅膀用四足爬行的物，你们都当以为可憎。

「 fán yǒu chì bǎng yòng sì zú pá xíng de wù ， nǐ men dōu dāng yǐ wéi kě zēng 。

“‘All flying insects that walk on all fours are an abomination to you.

只是有翅膀用四足爬行的物中，有足有腿，在地上蹦跳的，你们还可以吃。

zhǐ shì yǒu chì bǎng yòng sì zú pá xíng de wù zhōng ， yǒu zú yǒu tuǐ ， zài dì shàng bèng tiào de ， nǐ men hái kě yǐ chī 。

Yet you may eat these: of all winged creeping things that go on all fours, which have long, jointed legs for hopping on the earth.

其中有蝗虫、蚂蚱、蟋蟀与其类；蚱蜢与其类；这些你们都可以吃。

qí zhōng yǒu huáng chóng 、 mà zha 、 xī shuài yǔ qí lèi ； zhà měng yǔ qí lèi ； zhè xiē nǐ men dōu kě yǐ chī 。

Even of these you may eat: any kind of locust, any kind of katydid, any kind of cricket, and any kind of grasshopper.

但是有翅膀有四足的爬物，你们都当以为可憎。

dàn shì yǒu chì bǎng yǒu sì zú de pá wù ， nǐ men dōu dāng yǐ wéi kě zēng 。

But all winged creeping things which have four feet are an abomination to you.

「这些都能使你们不洁净。凡摸了死的，必不洁净到晚上。

「 zhè xiē dōu néng shǐ nǐ men bù jié jìng 。 fán mō le sǐ de ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng 。

“‘By these you will become unclean: whoever touches their carcass shall be unclean until the evening.

凡拿了死的，必不洁净到晚上，并要洗衣服。

fán ná le sǐ de ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng ， bìng yào xǐ yī fu 。

Whoever carries any part of their carcass shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the evening.

凡走兽分蹄不成两瓣、也不倒嚼的，是与你们不洁净；凡摸了的就不洁净。

fán zǒu shòu fēn tí bù chéng liǎng bàn 、 yě bù dǎo jiáo de ， shì yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng ； fán mō le de jiù bù jié jìng 。

“‘Every animal which has a split hoof that isn’t completely divided, or doesn’t chew the cud, is unclean to you. Everyone who touches them shall be unclean.

凡四足的走兽，用掌行走的，是与你们不洁净；摸其尸的，必不洁净到晚上。

fán sì zú de zǒu shòu ， yòng zhǎng xíng zǒu de ， shì yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng ； mō qí shī de ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng 。

Whatever goes on its paws, among all animals that go on all fours, they are unclean to you. Whoever touches their carcass shall be unclean until the evening.

拿其尸的，必不洁净到晚上，并要洗衣服。这些是与你们不洁净的。

ná qí shī de ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng ， bìng yào xǐ yī fu 。 zhè xiē shì yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng de 。

He who carries their carcass shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the evening. They are unclean to you.

「地上爬物与你们不洁净的乃是这些：鼬鼠、鼫鼠、蜥蜴与其类；

「 dì shàng pá wù yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng de nǎi shì zhè xiē ： yòu shǔ 、 shí shǔ 、 xī yì yǔ qí lèi ；

“‘These are they which are unclean to you among the creeping things that creep on the earth: the weasel, the rat, any kind of great lizard,

壁虎、龙子、守宫、蛇医、蝘蜓。

bì hǔ 、 lóng zǐ 、 shǒu gōng 、 shé yī 、 yǎn tíng 。

the gecko, and the monitor lizard, the wall lizard, the skink, and the chameleon.

这些爬物都是与你们不洁净的。在它死了以后，凡摸了的，必不洁净到晚上。

zhè xiē pá wù dōu shì yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng de 。 zài tā sǐ le yǐ hòu ， fán mō le de ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng 。

These are they which are unclean to you among all that creep. Whoever touches them when they are dead shall be unclean until the evening.

其中死了的，掉在什么东西上，这东西就不洁净，无论是木器、衣服、皮子、口袋，不拘是做什么工用的器皿，须要放在水中，必不洁净到晚上，到晚上才洁净了。

qí zhōng sǐ le de ， diào zài shén me dōng xī shàng ， zhè dōng xī jiù bù jié jìng ， wú lùn shì mù qì 、 yī fu 、 pí zǐ 、 kǒu dài ， bù jū shì zuò shén me gōng yòng de qì mǐn ， xū yào fàng zài shuǐ zhōng ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng ， dào wǎn shàng cái jié jìng le 。

Anything they fall on when they are dead shall be unclean; whether it is any vessel of wood, or clothing, or skin, or sack, whatever vessel it is, with which any work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the evening. Then it will be clean.

若有死了掉在瓦器里的，其中不拘有什么，就不洁净，你们要把这瓦器打破了。

ruò yǒu sǐ le diào zài wǎ qì lǐ de ， qí zhōng bù jū yǒu shén me ， jiù bù jié jìng ， nǐ men yào bǎ zhè wǎ qì dǎ pò le 。

Every earthen vessel into which any of them falls and all that is in it shall be unclean. You shall break it.

其中一切可吃的食物，沾水的就不洁净，并且那样器皿中一切可喝的，也必不洁净。

qí zhōng yí qiè kě chī de shí wù ， zhān shuǐ de jiù bù jié jìng ， bìng qiě nà yàng qì mǐn zhōng yí qiè kě hē de ， yě bì bù jié jìng 。

All food which may be eaten which is soaked in water shall be unclean. All drink that may be drunk in every such vessel shall be unclean.

其中已死的，若有一点掉在什么物件上，那物件就不洁净，不拘是炉子，是锅台，就要打碎，都不洁净，也必与你们不洁净。

qí zhōng yǐ sǐ de ， ruò yǒu yì diǎn diào zài shén me wù jiàn shàng ， nà wù jiàn jiù bù jié jìng ， bù jū shì lú zǐ ， shì guō tái ， jiù yào dǎ suì ， dōu bù jié jìng ， yě bì yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng 。

Everything whereupon part of their carcass falls shall be unclean; whether oven, or range for pots, it shall be broken in pieces. They are unclean, and shall be unclean to you.

但是泉源或是聚水的池子仍是洁净；惟挨了那死的，就不洁净。

dàn shì quán yuán huò shì jù shuǐ de chí zǐ réng shì jié jìng ； wéi āi le nà sǐ de ， jiù bù jié jìng 。

Nevertheless a spring or a cistern in which water is gathered shall be clean, but that which touches their carcass shall be unclean.

若是死的，有一点掉在要种的子粒上，子粒仍是洁净；

ruò shì sǐ de ， yǒu yì diǎn diào zài yào zhǒng de zǐ lì shàng ， zǐ lì réng shì jié jìng ；

If part of their carcass falls on any sowing seed which is to be sown, it is clean.

若水已经浇在子粒上，那死的有一点掉在上头，这子粒就与你们不洁净。

ruò shuǐ yǐ jīng jiāo zài zǐ lì shàng ， nà sǐ de yǒu yì diǎn diào zài shàng tóu ， zhè zǐ lì jiù yǔ nǐ men bù jié jìng 。

But if water is put on the seed, and part of their carcass falls on it, it is unclean to you.

「你们可吃的走兽若是死了，有人摸它，必不洁净到晚上；

「 nǐ men kě chī de zǒu shòu ruò shì sǐ le ， yǒu rén mō tā ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng ；

“‘If any animal of which you may eat dies, he who touches its carcass shall be unclean until the evening.

有人吃那死了的走兽，必不洁净到晚上，并要洗衣服；拿了死走兽的，必不洁净到晚上，并要洗衣服。

yǒu rén chī nà sǐ le de zǒu shòu ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng ， bìng yào xǐ yī fu ； ná le sǐ zǒu shòu de ， bì bù jié jìng dào wǎn shàng ， bìng yào xǐ yī fu 。

He who eats of its carcass shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the evening. He also who carries its carcass shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the evening.

「凡地上的爬物是可憎的，都不可吃。

「 fán dì shàng de pá wù shì kě zēng de ， dōu bù kě chī 。

“‘Every creeping thing that creeps on the earth is an abomination. It shall not be eaten.

凡用肚子行走的和用四足行走的，或是有许多足的，就是一切爬在地上的，你们都不可吃，因为是可憎的。

fán yòng dù zǐ xíng zǒu de hé yòng sì zú xíng zǒu de ， huò shì yǒu xǔ duō zú de ， jiù shì yí qiè pá zài dì shàng de ， nǐ men dōu bù kě chī ， yīn wèi shì kě zēng de 。

Whatever goes on its belly, and whatever goes on all fours, or whatever has many feet, even all creeping things that creep on the earth, them you shall not eat; for they are an abomination.

你们不可因什么爬物使自己成为可憎的，也不可因这些使自己不洁净，以致染了污秽。

nǐ men bù kě yīn shén me pá wù shǐ zì jǐ chéng wèi kě zēng de ， yě bù kě yīn zhè xiē shǐ zì jǐ bù jié jìng ， yǐ zhì rǎn le wū huì 。

You shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creeps. You shall not make yourselves unclean with them, that you should be defiled by them.

我是耶和华—你们的 神；所以你们要成为圣洁，因为我是圣洁的。你们也不可在地上的爬物污秽自己。

wǒ shì yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén ； suǒ yǐ nǐ men yào chéng wéi shèng jié ， yīn wèi wǒ shì shèng jié de 。 nǐ men yě bù kě zài dì shàng de pá wù wū huì zì jǐ 。

For I am the LORD your God. Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am holy. You shall not defile yourselves with any kind of creeping thing that moves on the earth.

我是把你们从埃及地领出来的耶和华，要作你们的 神；所以你们要圣洁，因为我是圣洁的。」

wǒ shì bǎ nǐ men cóng āi jí dì lǐng chū lái de yē hé huá ， yào zuò nǐ men de shén ； suǒ yǐ nǐ men yào shèng jié ， yīn wèi wǒ shì shèng jié de 。」

For I am the LORD who brought you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

这是走兽、飞鸟，和水中游动的活物，并地上爬物的条例。

zhè shì zǒu shòu 、 fēi niǎo ， hé shuǐ zhōng yóu dòng de huó wù ， bìng dì shàng pá wù de tiáo lì 。

“‘This is the law of the animal, and of the bird, and of every living creature that moves in the waters, and of every creature that creeps on the earth,

要把洁净的和不洁净的，可吃的与不可吃的活物，都分别出来。

yào bǎ jié jìng de hé bù jié jìng de ， kě chī de yǔ bù kě chī de huó wù ， dōu fēn bié chū lái 。

to make a distinction between the unclean and the clean, and between the living thing that may be eaten and the living thing that may not be eaten.’”
