他顶前若掉了头发，他不过是顶门秃，还是洁净。
tā dǐng qián ruò diào le tóu fa ， tā bú guò shì dǐng mén tū ， hái shì jié jìng 。
If his hair has fallen off from the front part of his head, his forehead is bald. He is clean.
