yē hé huá duì mó xī shuō :

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

「 nǐ xiǎo yù yǐ sè liè rén shuō : rén hái tè xǔ de yuàn , bèi xǔ de rén yào àn nǐ suǒ gū de jià zhí guī gěi yē hé huá 。

“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man consecrates a person to the LORD in a vow, according to your valuation,

nǐ gū dìng de , cóng èr shí suì dào liù shí suì de nán rén , yào àn shèng suǒ de píng , gū dìng jià yín wǔ shí shè kè lè 。

your valuation of a male from twenty years old to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

ruò shì nǚ rén , nǐ yào gū dìng sān shí shè kè lè 。

If she is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

ruò shì cóng wǔ suì dào èr shí suì , nán zǐ nǐ yào gū dìng èr shí shè kè lè , nǚ zǐ gū dìng shí shè kè lè 。

If the person is from five years old to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

ruò shì cóng yí yuè dào wǔ suì , nán zǐ nǐ yào gū dìng wǔ shè kè lè , nǚ zǐ gū dìng sān shè kè lè 。

If the person is from a month old to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

ruò shì cóng liù shí suì yǐ shàng , nán rén nǐ yào gū dìng shí wǔ shè kè lè , nǚ rén gū dìng shí shè kè lè 。

If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if he is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

tā ruò pín qióng , bù néng zhào nǐ suǒ gū dìng de jià , jiù yào bǎ tā dài dào jì sī miàn qián , jì sī yào àn xǔ yuàn rén de lì liàng gū dìng tā de jià 。

But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall assign a value to him. The priest shall assign a value according to his ability to pay.

「 suǒ xǔ de ruò shì shēng chù , jiù shì rén xiàn gěi yē hé huá wèi gòng wù de , fán zhè yí lèi xiàn gěi yē hé huá de , dōu yào chéng wéi shèng 。

“‘If it is an animal of which men offer an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD becomes holy.

rén bù kě gǎi huàn , yě bù kě gēng huàn , huò shì hǎo de huàn huài de , huò shì huài de huàn hǎo de 。 ruò yǐ shēng chù gēng huàn shēng chù , suǒ xǔ de yǔ suǒ huàn de dōu yào chéng wéi shèng 。

He shall not alter it, nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. If he shall at all exchange animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy.

ruò shēng chù bù jié jìng , shì bù kě xiàn gěi yē hé huá wèi gòng wù de , jiù yào bǎ shēng chù ān zhì zài jì sī miàn qián 。

If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to the LORD, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

jì sī jiù yào gū dìng jià zhí ; shēng chù shì hǎo shì huài , jì sī zěn yàng gū dìng , jiù yào yǐ zěn yàng wèi shì 。

and the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall be.

tā ruò yí dìng yào shú huí , jiù yào zài nǐ suǒ gū dìng de jià zhí yǐ wài jiā shàng wǔ fēn zhī yī 。

But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

「 rén jiāng fáng wū fēn bié wèi shèng , guī gěi yē hé huá , jì sī jiù yào gū dìng jià zhí 。 fáng wū shì hǎo shì huài , jì sī zěn yàng gū dìng , jiù yào yǐ zěn yàng wèi dìng 。

“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall stand.

jiāng fáng wū fēn bié wèi shèng de rén , ruò yào shú huí fáng wū , jiù bì zài nǐ suǒ gū dìng de jià zhí yǐ wài jiā shàng wǔ fēn zhī yī , fáng wū réng jiù guī tā 。

If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

「 rén ruò jiāng chéng shòu wèi yè de jǐ fēn dì fēn bié wèi shèng , guī gěi yē hé huá , nǐ yào àn zhè dì sā zhǒng duō shǎo gū dìng jià zhí , ruò sā dà mài yí hè méi ěr , yào gū jià wǔ shí shè kè lè 。

“‘If a man dedicates to the LORD part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. The sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

tā ruò cóng xǐ nián jiāng dì fēn bié wèi shèng , jiù yào yǐ nǐ suǒ gū dìng de jià wèi dìng 。

If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

tǎng ruò tā zài xǐ nián yǐ hòu jiāng dì fēn bié wèi shèng , jì sī jiù yào àn zhe wèi dào xǐ nián suǒ shèng de nián shù tuī suàn jià zhí , yě yào cóng nǐ suǒ gū de jiǎn qù jià zhí 。

But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

便

jiāng dì fēn bié wèi shèng de rén ruò dìng yào bǎ dì shú huí , tā biàn yào zài nǐ suǒ gū de jià zhí yǐ wài jiā shàng wǔ fēn zhī yī , dì jiù zhǔn dìng guī tā 。

If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.

tā ruò bù shú huí nà dì , huò shì jiāng dì mài gěi bié rén , jiù zài bù néng shú le 。

If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;

but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a devoted field. It shall be owned by the priests.

tā ruò jiāng suǒ mǎi de yí kuài dì , bú shì chéng shòu wèi yè de , fēn bié wèi shèng guī gěi yē hé huá ,

“‘If he dedicates a field to the LORD which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,

jì sī jiù yào jiāng nǐ suǒ gū de jià zhí gěi tā tuī suàn dào xǐ nián 。 dāng rì , tā yào yǐ nǐ suǒ gū de jià yín wèi shèng , guī gěi yē hé huá 。

then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to the LORD.

dào le xǐ nián , nà dì yào guī mài zhǔ , jiù shì nà chéng shòu wèi yè de yuán zhǔ 。

In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

fán nǐ suǒ gū dìng de jià yín dōu yào àn zhe shèng suǒ de píng : èr shí jì lā wèi yí shè kè lè 。

All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

「 wéi dú shēng chù zhōng tóu shēng de , wú lùn shì niú shì yáng , jì guī yē hé huá , shuí yě bù kě zài fēn bié wèi shèng , yīn wèi zhè shì yē hé huá de 。

“‘However the firstborn among animals, which belongs to the LORD as a firstborn, no man may dedicate, whether an ox or a sheep. It is the LORD’s.

If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it; or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

「 dàn yí qiè yǒng xiàn de , jiù shì rén cóng tā suǒ yǒu yǒng xiàn gěi yē hé huá de , wú lùn shì rén , shì shēng chù , shì tā chéng shòu wèi yè de dì , dōu bù kě mài , yě bù kě shú 。 fán yǒng xiàn de shì guī gěi yē hé huá wèi zhì shèng 。

“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man devotes to the LORD of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. Everything that is permanently devoted is most holy to the LORD.

。」

fán cóng rén zhōng dāng miè de dōu bù kě shú , bì bèi zhì sǐ 。」

“‘No one devoted to destruction, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed. He shall surely be put to death.

「 dì shàng suǒ yǒu de , wú lùn shì dì shàng de zhǒng zi shì shù shàng de guǒ zǐ , shí fēn zhī yī shì yē hé huá de , shì guī gěi yē hé huá wèi shèng de 。

“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is the LORD’s. It is holy to the LORD.

rén ruò yào shú zhè shí fēn zhī yī de shén me wù , jiù yào jiā shàng wǔ fēn zhī yī 。

If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.

fán niú qún yáng qún zhōng , yí qiè cóng zhàng xià jīng guò de , měi dì shí zhǐ yào guī gěi yē hé huá wèi shèng 。

All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD.

。」

bù kě wèn shì hǎo shì huài , yě bù kě gēng huàn ; ruò dìng yào gēng huàn , suǒ gēng huàn de yǔ běn lái de shēng chù dōu yào chéng wéi shèng , bù kě shú huí 。」

He shall not examine whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it. If he exchanges it at all, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”
