Nahum 3

祸哉！这流人血的城， 充满谎诈和强暴— 抢夺的事总不止息。

huò zāi ！ zhè liú rén xuè de chéng ， chōng mǎn huǎng zhà hé qiáng bào — qiǎng duó de shì zǒng bù zhǐ xī 。

Woe to the bloody city! It is all full of lies and robbery—no end to the prey.

鞭声响亮，车轮轰轰， 马匹踢跳，车辆奔腾，

biān shēng xiǎng liàng ， chē lún hōng hōng ， mǎ pǐ tī tiào ， chē liàng bēn téng ，

The noise of the whip, the noise of the rattling of wheels, prancing horses, and bounding chariots,

马兵争先，刀剑发光， 枪矛闪烁，被杀的甚多， 尸首成了大堆， 尸骸无数，人碰着而跌倒，

mǎ bīng zhēng xiān ， dāo jiàn fā guāng ， qiāng máo shǎn shuò ， bèi shā de shèn duō ， shī shǒu chéng le dà duī ， shī hái wú shù ， rén pèng zhe ér diē dǎo ，

the horseman charging, and the flashing sword, the glittering spear, and a multitude of slain, and a great heap of corpses, and there is no end of the bodies. They stumble on their bodies

都因那美貌的妓女多有淫行， 惯行邪术，借淫行诱惑列国， 用邪术诱惑 多族。

dōu yīn nà měi mào de jì nǚ duō yǒu yín xíng ， guàn xíng xié shù ， jiè yín xíng yòu huò liè guó ， yòng xié shù yòu huò duō zú 。

because of the multitude of the prostitution of the alluring prostitute, the mistress of witchcraft, who sells nations through her prostitution, and families through her witchcraft.

万军之耶和华说：我与你为敌； 我必揭起你的衣襟，蒙在你脸上， 使列国看见你的赤体， 使列邦观看你的丑陋。

wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá shuō ： wǒ yǔ nǐ wèi dí ； wǒ bì jiē qǐ nǐ de yī jīn ， méng zài nǐ liǎn shàng ， shǐ liè guó kàn jiàn nǐ de chì tǐ ， shǐ liè bāng guān kàn nǐ de chǒu lòu 。

“Behold, I am against you,” says the LORD of Armies, “and I will lift your skirts over your face. I will show the nations your nakedness, and the kingdoms your shame.

我必将可憎污秽之物抛在你身上， 辱没你，为众目所观。

wǒ bì jiāng kě zēng wū huì zhī wù pāo zài nǐ shēn shàng ， rǔ mò nǐ ， wèi zhòng mù suǒ guān 。

I will throw abominable filth on you and make you vile, and will make you a spectacle.

凡看见你的，都必逃跑离开你， 说：尼尼微荒凉了！有谁为你悲伤呢？ 我何处寻得安慰你的人呢？

fán kàn jiàn nǐ de ， dōu bì táo pǎo lí kāi nǐ ， shuō ： ní ní wēi huāng liáng le ！ yǒu shuí wèi nǐ bēi shāng ne ？ wǒ hé chù xún dé ān wèi nǐ de rén ne ？

It will happen that all those who look at you will flee from you, and say, ‘Nineveh is laid waste! Who will mourn for her?’ Where will I seek comforters for you?”

你岂比挪亚们强呢？ 挪亚们坐落在众河之间，周围有水； 海 作她的濠沟， 又作她的城墙。

nǐ qǐ bǐ nuó yà men qiáng ne ？ nuó yà men zuò luò zài zhòng hé zhī jiān ， zhōu wéi yǒu shuǐ ； hǎi zuò tā de háo gōu ， yòu zuò tā de chéng qiáng 。

Are you better than No-Amon, who was situated among the rivers, who had the waters around her, whose rampart was the sea, and her wall was of the sea?

古实和埃及是她无穷的力量； 弗人和路比族是她的帮手。

gǔ shí hé āi jí shì tā wú qióng de lì liàng ； fú rén hé lù bǐ zú shì tā de bāng shǒu 。

Cush and Egypt were her boundless strength. Put and Libya were her helpers.

但她被迁移，被掳去； 她的婴孩在各市口上也被摔死。 人为她的尊贵人拈阄； 她所有的大人都被链子锁着。

dàn tā bèi qiān yí ， bèi lǔ qù ； tā de yīng hái zài gè shì kǒu shàng yě bèi shuāi sǐ 。 rén wéi tā de zūn guì rén niān jiū ； tā suǒ yǒu de dà rén dōu bèi liàn zǐ suǒ zhe 。

Yet was she carried away. She went into captivity. Her young children also were dashed in pieces at the head of all the streets, and they cast lots for her honorable men, and all her great men were bound in chains.

你也必喝醉，必被埋藏， 并因仇敌的缘故寻求避难所。

nǐ yě bì hē zuì ， bì bèi mái cáng ， bìng yīn chóu dí de yuán gù xún qiú bì nàn suǒ 。

You also will be drunken. You will be hidden. You also will seek a stronghold because of the enemy.

你一切保障必像无花果树上初熟的无花果， 若一摇撼就落在想吃之人的口中。

nǐ yí qiè bǎo zhàng bì xiàng wú huā guǒ shù shàng chū shú de wú huā guǒ ， ruò yì yáo hàn jiù luò zài xiǎng chī zhī rén de kǒu zhōng 。

All your fortresses will be like fig trees with the first-ripe figs. If they are shaken, they fall into the mouth of the eater.

你地上的人民如同妇女； 你国中的关口向仇敌敞开； 你的门闩被火焚烧。

nǐ dì shàng de rén mín rú tóng fù nǚ ； nǐ guó zhōng de guān kǒu xiàng chóu dí chǎng kāi ； nǐ de mén shuān bèi huǒ fén shāo 。

Behold, your troops among you are women. The gates of your land are set wide open to your enemies. The fire has devoured your bars.

你要打水预备受困； 要坚固你的保障， 踹土和泥，修补砖窑。

nǐ yào dǎ shuǐ yù bèi shòu kùn ； yào jiān gù nǐ de bǎo zhàng ， chuài tǔ hé ní ， xiū bǔ zhuān yáo 。

Draw water for the siege. Strengthen your fortresses. Go into the clay, and tread the mortar. Make the brick kiln strong.

在那里，火必烧灭你； 刀必杀戮你， 吞灭你如同蝻子。 任你加增人数多如蝻子， 多如蝗虫吧！

zài nà lǐ ， huǒ bì shāo miè nǐ ； dāo bì shā lù nǐ ， tūn miè nǐ rú tóng nǎn zǐ 。 rèn nǐ jiā zēng rén shù duō rú nǎn zǐ ， duō rú huáng chóng ba ！

There the fire will devour you. The sword will cut you off. It will devour you like the grasshopper. Multiply like grasshoppers. Multiply like the locust.

你增添商贾，多过天上的星； 蝻子吃尽而去。

nǐ zēng tiān shāng jiǎ ， duō guò tiān shàng de xīng ； nǎn zǐ chī jìn ér qù 。

You have increased your merchants more than the stars of the skies. The grasshopper strips and flees away.

你的首领多如蝗虫； 你的军长仿佛成群的蚂蚱， 天凉的时候齐落在篱笆上， 日头一出便都飞去， 人不知道落在何处。

nǐ de shǒu lǐng duō rú huáng chóng ； nǐ de jūn zhǎng fǎng fú chéng qún de mà zha ， tiān liáng de shí hòu qí luò zài lí bā shàng ， rì tou yì chū biàn dōu fēi qù ， rén bù zhī dào luò zài hé chù 。

Your guards are like the locusts, and your officials like the swarms of locusts, which settle on the walls on a cold day, but when the sun appears, they flee away, and their place is not known where they are.

亚述王啊，你的牧人睡觉； 你的贵胄安歇； 你的人民散在山间，无人招聚。

yà shù wáng a ， nǐ de mù rén shuì jué ； nǐ de guì zhòu ān xiē ； nǐ de rén mín sàn zài shān jiān ， wú rén zhāo jù 。

Your shepherds slumber, king of Assyria. Your nobles lie down. Your people are scattered on the mountains, and there is no one to gather them.

你的损伤无法医治； 你的伤痕极其重大。 凡听你信息的必都因此向你拍掌。 你所行的恶谁没有时常遭遇呢？

nǐ de sǔn shāng wú fǎ yī zhì ； nǐ de shāng hén jí qí zhòng dà 。 fán tīng nǐ xìn xī de bì dōu yīn cǐ xiàng nǐ pāi zhǎng 。 nǐ suǒ xíng de è shuí méi yǒu shí cháng zāo yù ne ？

There is no healing your wound, for your injury is fatal. All who hear the report of you clap their hands over you, for who hasn’t felt your endless cruelty?
