Proverbs 29:18

没有异象 ，民就放肆； 惟遵守律法的，便为有福。
méi yǒu yì xiàng ， mín jiù fàng sì ； wéi zūn shǒu lǜ fǎ de ， biàn wéi yǒu fú 。
Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but one who keeps the law is blessed.
