要垂听被囚之人的叹息， 要释放将要死的人，
yào chuí tīng bèi qiú zhī rén de tàn xī ， yào shì fàng jiāng yào sǐ de rén ，
to hear the groans of the prisoner, to free those who are condemned to death,
