Psalms 116:14

我要在他众民面前向耶和华还我的愿。

wǒ yào zài tā zhòng mín miàn qián xiàng yē hé huá huán wǒ de yuàn 。

I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people.
