因为律法是惹动忿怒的 ；哪里没有律法，那里就没有过犯。
yīn wèi lǜ fǎ shì rě dòng fèn nù de ； nǎ lǐ méi yǒu lǜ fǎ ， nà lǐ jiù méi yǒu guò fàn 。
For the law produces wrath; for where there is no law, neither is there disobedience.
