rú jīn , nà xiē zài jī dū yē sū lǐ de jiù bú dìng zuì le 。

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

使

yīn wèi cì shēng mìng shèng líng de lǜ , zài jī dū yē sū lǐ shì fàng le wǒ , shǐ wǒ tuō lí zuì hé sǐ de lǜ le 。

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.

lǜ fǎ jì yīn ròu tǐ ruǎn ruò , yǒu suǒ bù néng xíng de , shén jiù chāi qiǎn zì jǐ de ér zǐ , chéng wéi zuì shēn de xíng zhuàng , zuò le shú zuì jì , zài ròu tǐ zhōng dìng le zuì àn ,

For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,

使

shǐ lǜ fǎ de yì chéng jiù zài wǒ men zhè bù suí cóng ròu tǐ 、 zhī suí cóng shèng líng de rén shēn shàng 。

that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

yīn wèi , suí cóng ròu tǐ de rén tǐ tiē ròu tǐ de shì ; suí cóng shèng líng de rén tǐ tiē shèng líng de shì 。

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

tǐ tiē ròu tǐ de , jiù shì sǐ ; tǐ tiē shèng líng de , nǎi shì shēng mìng 、 píng ān 。

For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace;

yuán lái tǐ tiē ròu tǐ de , jiù shì yǔ shén wèi chóu ; yīn wèi bù fú shén de lǜ fǎ , yě shì bù néng fú ,

because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God, for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be.

ér qiě shǔ ròu tǐ de rén bù néng dé shén de xǐ huan 。

Those who are in the flesh can’t please God.

rú guǒ shén de líng zhù zài nǐ men xīn lǐ , nǐ men jiù bù shǔ ròu tǐ , nǎi shǔ shèng líng le 。 rén ruò méi yǒu jī dū de líng , jiù bú shì shǔ jī dū de 。

But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his.

jī dū ruò zài nǐ men xīn lǐ , shēn tǐ jiù yīn zuì ér sǐ , xīn líng què yīn yì ér huó 。

If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness.

使

rán ér , jiào yē sū cóng sǐ lǐ fù huó zhě de líng ruò zhù zài nǐ men xīn lǐ , nà jiào jī dū yē sū cóng sǐ lǐ fù huó de , yě bì jiè zhe zhù zài nǐ men xīn lǐ de shèng líng , shǐ nǐ men bì sǐ de shēn tǐ yòu huó guò lái 。

But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.

dì xiong men , zhè yàng kàn lái , wǒ men bìng bú shì qiàn ròu tǐ de zhài qù shùn cóng ròu tǐ huó zhe 。

So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

nǐ men ruò shùn cóng ròu tǐ huó zhe , bì yào sǐ ; ruò kào zhe shèng líng zhì sǐ shēn tǐ de è xíng , bì yào huó zhe 。

For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

yīn wèi fán bèi shén de líng yǐn dǎo de , dōu shì shén de ér zi 。

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.

:「!」

nǐ men suǒ shòu de , bú shì nú pú de xīn , réng jiù hài pà ; suǒ shòu de , nǎi shì ér zi de xīn , yīn cǐ wǒ men hū jiào :「 ā bà ! fù !」

For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”

shèng líng yǔ wǒ men de xīn tóng zhèng wǒ men shì shén de ér nǚ ;

The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God;

jì shì ér nǚ , biàn shì hòu sì , jiù shì shén de hòu sì , hé jī dū tóng zuò hòu sì 。 rú guǒ wǒ men hé tā yì tóng shòu kǔ , yě bì hé tā yì tóng dé róng yào 。

and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.

wǒ xiǎng , xiàn zài de kǔ chǔ ruò bǐ qǐ jiāng lái yào xiǎn yú wǒ men de róng yào jiù bù zú jiè yì le 。

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us.

shòu zào zhī wù qiè wàng děng hòu shén de zhòng zǐ xiǎn chū lái 。

For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.

yīn wèi shòu zào zhī wù fú zài xū kōng zhī xià , bú shì zì jǐ yuàn yì , nǎi shì yīn nà jiào tā rú cǐ de 。

For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope

dàn shòu zào zhī wù réng rán zhǐ wàng tuō lí bài huài de xiá zhì , dé xiǎng shén ér nǚ zì yóu de róng yào 。

that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.

wǒ men zhī dào , yí qiè shòu zào zhī wù yì tóng tàn xī , láo kǔ , zhí dào rú jīn 。

For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.

bú dàn rú cǐ , jiù shì wǒ men zhè yǒu shèng líng chū jié guǒ zǐ de , yě shì zì jǐ xīn lǐ tàn xī , děng hòu dé zhe ér zi de míng fēn , nǎi shì wǒ men de shēn tǐ dé shú 。

Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.

wǒ men dé jiù shì zài hū pàn wàng ; zhǐ shì suǒ jiàn de pàn wàng bú shì pàn wàng , shuí hái pàn wàng tā suǒ jiàn de ne ?

For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees?

dàn wǒ men ruò pàn wàng nà suǒ bú jiàn de , jiù bì rěn nài děng hòu 。

But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.

kuàng qiě , wǒ men de ruǎn ruò yǒu shèng líng bāng zhù ; wǒ men běn bù xiǎo de dāng zěn yàng dǎo gào , zhǐ shì shèng líng qīn zì yòng shuō bù chū lái de tàn xī tì wǒ men dǎo gào 。

In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered.

jiàn chá rén xīn de , xiǎo dé shèng líng de yì sī , yīn wèi shèng líng zhào zhe shén de zhǐ yì tì shèng tú qí qiú 。

He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.

wǒ men xiǎo de wàn shì dōu hù xiāng xiào lì , jiào ài shén de rén dé yì chù , jiù shì àn tā zhǐ yì bèi zhào de rén 。

We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.

使

yīn wèi tā yù xiān suǒ zhī dào de rén , jiù yù xiān dìng xià xiào fǎ tā ér zi de mú yàng , shǐ tā ér zi zài xǔ duō dì xiong zhōng zuò zhǎng zǐ 。

For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

yù xiān suǒ dìng xià de rén yòu zhào tā men lái ; suǒ zhào lái de rén yòu chēng tā men wèi yì ; suǒ chēng wéi yì de rén yòu jiào tā men dé róng yào 。

Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified.

jì shì zhè yàng , hái yǒu shén me shuō de ne ? shén ruò bāng zhù wǒ men , shuí néng dí dǎng wǒ men ne ?

What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

shén jì bú ài xī zì jǐ de ér zi , wèi wǒ men zhòng rén shè le , qǐ bù yě bǎ wàn wù hé tā yì tóng bái bái dì cì gěi wǒ men ma ?

He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?

shuí néng kòng gào shén suǒ jiǎn xuǎn de rén ne ? yǒu shén chēng tā men wèi yì le 。

Who could bring a charge against God’s chosen ones? It is God who justifies.

shuí néng dìng tā men de zuì ne ? yǒu jī dū yē sū yǐ jīng sǐ le , ér qiě cóng sǐ lǐ fù huó , xiàn jīn zài shén de yòu biān , yě tì wǒ men qí qiú 。

Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

shuí néng shǐ wǒ men yǔ jī dū de ài gé jué ne ? nán dào shì huàn nàn ma ? shì kùn kǔ ma ? shì bī pò ma ? shì jī è ma ? shì chì shēn lù tǐ ma ? shì wēi xiǎn ma ? shì dāo jiàn ma ?

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

rú jīng shàng suǒ jì : wǒ men wèi nǐ de yuán gù zhōng rì bèi shā ; rén kàn wǒ men rú jiāng zǎi de yáng 。

Even as it is written, “For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

rán ér , kào zhe ài wǒ men de zhǔ , zài zhè yí qiè de shì shàng yǐ jīng dé shèng yǒu yú le 。

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

使

yīn wèi wǒ shēn xìn wú lùn shì sǐ , shì shēng , shì tiān shǐ , shì zhǎng quán de , shì yǒu néng de , shì xiàn zài de shì , shì jiāng lái de shì ,

For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,

shì gāo chù de , shì dī chù de , shì bié de shòu zào zhī wù , dōu bù néng jiào wǒ men yǔ shén de ài gé jué ; zhè ài shì zài wǒ men de zhǔ jī dū yē sū lǐ de 。

nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
