安逸的妇女啊，要战兢； 无虑的女子啊，要受骚扰。 脱去衣服，赤着身体， 腰束麻布。
ān yì de fù nǚ a ， yào zhàn jīng ； wú lǜ de nǚ zǐ a ， yào shòu sāo rǎo 。 tuō qù yī fu ， chì zhe shēn tǐ ， yāo shù má bù 。
Soyez dans l’effroi, insouciantes! Tremblez, indolentes! Déshabillez-vous, mettez-vous à nu Et ceignez vos reins!
