我游行的时候，观看你们所敬拜的，遇见一座坛，上面写着『未识之神』。你们所不认识而敬拜的，我现在告诉你们。
wǒ yóu xíng de shí hou ， guān kàn nǐ men suǒ jìng bài de ， yù jiàn yí zuò tán ， shàng miàn xiě zhe 『 wèi shí zhī shén 』。 nǐ men suǒ bú rèn shi ér jìng bài de ， wǒ xiàn zài gào sù nǐ men 。
For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this inscription: ‘TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.’ What therefore you worship in ignorance, I announce to you.
