他们吃饱了，就把船上的麦子抛在海里，为要叫船轻一点。
tā men chī bǎo le ， jiù bǎ chuán shàng de mài zi pāo zài hǎi lǐ ， wèi yào jiào chuán qīng yì diǎn 。
When they had eaten enough, they lightened the ship, throwing out the wheat into the sea.
