申命记 22

「你若看见弟兄的牛或羊失迷了路，不可佯为不见，总要把它牵回来交给你的弟兄。

「 nǐ ruò kàn jiàn dì xiong de niú huò yáng shī mí le lù ， bù kě yáng wèi bú jiàn ， zǒng yào bǎ tā qiān huí lái jiāo gěi nǐ de dì xiong 。

You shall not see your brother’s ox or his sheep go astray and hide yourself from them. You shall surely bring them again to your brother.

你弟兄若离你远，或是你不认识他，就要牵到你家去，留在你那里，等你弟兄来寻找就还给他。

nǐ dì xiong ruò lí nǐ yuǎn ， huò shì nǐ bú rèn shi tā ， jiù yào qiān dào nǐ jiā qù ， liú zài nǐ nà lǐ ， děng nǐ dì xiong lái xún zhǎo jiù hái gěi tā 。

If your brother isn’t near to you, or if you don’t know him, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother comes looking for it, and you shall restore it to him.

你的弟兄无论失落什么，或是驴，或是衣服，你若遇见，都要这样行，不可佯为不见。

nǐ de dì xiong wú lùn shī luò shén me ， huò shì lǘ ， huò shì yī fu ， nǐ ruò yù jiàn ， dōu yào zhè yàng xíng ， bù kě yáng wèi bú jiàn 。

So you shall do with his donkey. So you shall do with his garment. So you shall do with every lost thing of your brother’s, which he has lost and you have found. You may not hide yourself.

你若看见弟兄的牛或驴跌倒在路上，不可佯为不见，总要帮助他拉起来。

nǐ ruò kàn jiàn dì xiong de niú huò lǘ diē dǎo zài lù shang ， bù kě yáng wèi bú jiàn ， zǒng yào bāng zhù tā lā qǐ lái 。

You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way, and hide yourself from them. You shall surely help him to lift them up again.

「妇女不可穿戴男子所穿戴的，男子也不可穿妇女的衣服，因为这样行都是耶和华—你 神所憎恶的。

「 fù nǚ bù kě chuān dài nán zǐ suǒ chuān dài de ， nán zǐ yě bù kě chuān fù nǚ de yī fu ， yīn wèi zhè yàng xíng dōu shì yē hé huá — nǐ shén suǒ zēng wù de 。

A woman shall not wear men’s clothing, neither shall a man put on women’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God.

「你若路上遇见鸟窝，或在树上或在地上，里头有雏或有蛋，母鸟伏在雏上或在蛋上，你不可连母带雏一并取去。

「 nǐ ruò lù shang yù jiàn niǎo wō ， huò zài shù shàng huò zài dì shàng ， lǐ tou yǒu chú huò yǒu dàn ， mǔ niǎo fú zài chú shàng huò zài dàn shàng ， nǐ bù kě lián mǔ dài chú yí bìng qǔ qù 。

If you come across a bird’s nest on the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young.

总要放母，只可取雏；这样你就可以享福，日子得以长久。

zǒng yào fàng mǔ ， zhī kě qǔ chú ； zhè yàng nǐ jiù kě yǐ xiǎng fú ， rì zi dé yǐ cháng jiǔ 。

You shall surely let the hen go, but the young you may take for yourself, that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.

「你若建造房屋，要在房上的四围安栏杆，免得有人从房上掉下来，流血的罪就归于你家。

「 nǐ ruò jiàn zào fáng wū ， yào zài fáng shàng de sì wéi ān lán gān ， miǎn de yǒu rén cóng fáng shàng diào xià lái ， liú xuè de zuì jiù guī yú nǐ jiā 。

When you build a new house, then you shall make a railing around your roof, so that you don’t bring blood on your house if anyone falls from there.

「不可把两样种子种在你的葡萄园里，免得你撒种所结的和葡萄园的果子都要充公。

「 bù kě bǎ liǎng yàng zhǒng zi zhǒng zài nǐ de pú táo yuán lǐ ， miǎn de nǐ sā zhǒng suǒ jié de hé pú táo yuán de guǒ zǐ dōu yào chōng gōng 。

You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest all the fruit be defiled, the seed which you have sown, and the increase of the vineyard.

不可并用牛、驴耕地。

bù kě bìng yòng niú 、 lǘ gēng dì 。

You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.

不可穿羊毛、细麻两样搀杂料做的衣服。

bù kě chuān yáng máo 、 xì má liǎng yàng chān zá liào zuò de yī fu 。

You shall not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.

「你要在所披的外衣上四围做 子。」

「 nǐ yào zài suǒ pī de wài yī shàng sì wéi zuò zǐ 。」

You shall make yourselves fringes on the four corners of your cloak with which you cover yourself.

「人若娶妻，与她同房之后恨恶她，

「 rén ruò qǔ qī ， yǔ tā tóng fáng zhī hòu hèn è tā ，

If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, hates her,

信口说她，将丑名加在她身上，说：『我娶了这女子，与她同房，见她没有贞洁的凭据』；

xìn kǒu shuō tā ， jiāng chǒu míng jiā zài tā shēn shàng ， shuō ：『 wǒ qǔ le zhè nǚ zǐ ， yǔ tā tóng fáng ， jiàn tā méi yǒu zhēn jié de píng jù 』；

accuses her of shameful things, gives her a bad name, and says, “I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn’t find in her the tokens of virginity;”

女子的父母就要把女子贞洁的凭据拿出来，带到本城门长老那里。

nǚ zǐ de fù mǔ jiù yào bǎ nǚ zǐ zhēn jié de píng jù ná chū lái ， dài dào běn chéng mén zhǎng lǎo nà lǐ 。

then the young lady’s father and mother shall take and bring the tokens of the young lady’s virginity to the elders of the city in the gate.

女子的父亲要对长老说：『我将我的女儿给这人为妻，他恨恶她，

nǚ zǐ de fù qīn yào duì zhǎng lǎo shuō ：『 wǒ jiāng wǒ de nǚ ér gěi zhè rén wéi qī ， tā hèn è tā ，

The young lady’s father shall tell the elders, “I gave my daughter to this man as his wife, and he hates her.

信口说她，说：我见你的女儿没有贞洁的凭据；其实这就是我女儿贞洁的凭据。』父母就把那布铺在本城的长老面前。

xìn kǒu shuō tā ， shuō ： wǒ jiàn nǐ de nǚ ér méi yǒu zhēn jié de píng jù ； qí shí zhè jiù shì wǒ nǚ ér zhēn jié de píng jù 。』 fù mǔ jiù bǎ nà bù pù zài běn chéng de zhǎng lǎo miàn qián 。

Behold, he has accused her of shameful things, saying, ‘I didn’t find in your daughter the tokens of virginity;’ and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity.” They shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

本城的长老要拿住那人，惩治他，

běn chéng de zhǎng lǎo yào ná zhù nà rén ， chéng zhì tā ，

The elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him.

并要罚他一百舍客勒银子，给女子的父亲，因为他将丑名加在以色列的一个处女身上。女子仍作他的妻，终身不可休她。

bìng yào fá tā yì bǎi shè kè lè yín zi ， gěi nǚ zǐ de fù qīn ， yīn wèi tā jiāng chǒu míng jiā zài yǐ sè liè de yí gè chǔ nǚ shēn shàng 。 nǚ zǐ réng zuò tā de qī ， zhōng shēn bù kě xiū tā 。

They shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver, and give them to the father of the young lady, because he has given a bad name to a virgin of Israel. She shall be his wife. He may not put her away all his days.

但这事若是真的，女子没有贞洁的凭据，

dàn zhè shì ruò shì zhēn de ， nǚ zǐ méi yǒu zhēn jié de píng jù ，

But if this thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young lady,

就要将女子带到她父家的门口，本城的人要用石头将她打死；因为她在父家行了淫乱，在以色列中做了丑事。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。

jiù yào jiāng nǚ zǐ dài dào tā fù jiā de mén kǒu ， běn chéng de rén yào yòng shí tou jiāng tā dǎ sǐ ； yīn wèi tā zài fù jiā xíng le yín luàn ， zài yǐ sè liè zhōng zuò le chǒu shì 。 zhè yàng ， jiù bǎ nà è cóng nǐ men zhōng jiān chú diào 。

then they shall bring out the young lady to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done folly in Israel, to play the prostitute in her father’s house. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

「若遇见人与有丈夫的妇人行淫，就要将奸夫淫妇一并治死。这样，就把那恶从以色列中除掉。

「 ruò yù jiàn rén yǔ yǒu zhàng fu de fù rén xíng yín ， jiù yào jiāng jiān fū yín fù yí bìng zhì sǐ 。 zhè yàng ， jiù bǎ nà è cóng yǐ sè liè zhōng chú diào 。

If a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both die, the man who lay with the woman and the woman. So you shall remove the evil from Israel.

「若有处女已经许配丈夫，有人在城里遇见她，与她行淫，

「 ruò yǒu chǔ nǚ yǐ jīng xǔ pèi zhàng fu ， yǒu rén zài chéng lǐ yù jiàn tā ， yǔ tā xíng yín ，

If there is a young lady who is a virgin pledged to be married to a husband, and a man finds her in the city, and lies with her,

你们就要把这二人带到本城门，用石头打死—女子是因为虽在城里却没有喊叫；男子是因为玷污别人的妻。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。

nǐ men jiù yào bǎ zhè èr rén dài dào běn chéng mén ， yòng shí tou dǎ sǐ — nǚ zǐ shì yīn wèi suī zài chéng lǐ què méi yǒu hǎn jiào ； nán zǐ shì yīn wèi diàn wū bié rén de qī 。 zhè yàng ， jiù bǎ nà è cóng nǐ men zhōng jiān chú diào 。

then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones; the lady, because she didn’t cry, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbor’s wife. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

「若有男子在田野遇见已经许配人的女子，强与她行淫，只要将那男子治死。

「 ruò yǒu nán zǐ zài tián yě yù jiàn yǐ jīng xǔ pèi rén de nǚ zǐ ， qiáng yǔ tā xíng yín ， zhǐ yào jiāng nà nán zǐ zhì sǐ 。

But if the man finds the lady who is pledged to be married in the field, and the man forces her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die;

但不可办女子；她本没有该死的罪，这事就类乎人起来攻击邻舍，将他杀了一样。

dàn bù kě bàn nǚ zǐ ； tā běn méi yǒu gāi sǐ de zuì ， zhè shì jiù lèi hū rén qǐ lái gōng jī lín shè ， jiāng tā shā le yí yàng 。

but to the lady you shall do nothing. There is in the lady no sin worthy of death; for as when a man rises against his neighbor and kills him, even so is this matter;

因为男子是在田野遇见那已经许配人的女子，女子喊叫，并无人救她。

yīn wèi nán zǐ shì zài tián yě yù jiàn nà yǐ jīng xǔ pèi rén de nǚ zǐ ， nǚ zǐ hǎn jiào ， bìng wú rén jiù tā 。

for he found her in the field, the pledged to be married lady cried, and there was no one to save her.

「若有男子遇见没有许配人的处女，抓住她，与她行淫，被人看见，

「 ruò yǒu nán zǐ yù jiàn méi yǒu xǔ pèi rén de chǔ nǚ ， zhuā zhù tā ， yǔ tā xíng yín ， bèi rén kàn jiàn ，

If a man finds a lady who is a virgin, who is not pledged to be married, grabs her and lies with her, and they are found,

这男子就要拿五十舍客勒银子给女子的父亲；因他玷污了这女子，就要娶她为妻，终身不可休她。

zhè nán zǐ jiù yào ná wǔ shí shè kè lè yín zi gěi nǚ zǐ de fù qīn ； yīn tā diàn wū le zhè nǚ zǐ ， jiù yào qǔ tā wèi qī ， zhōng shēn bù kě xiū tā 。

then the man who lay with her shall give to the lady’s father fifty shekels of silver. She shall be his wife, because he has humbled her. He may not put her away all his days.

「人不可娶继母为妻；不可掀开他父亲的衣襟。」

「 rén bù kě qǔ jì mǔ wèi qī ； bù kě xiān kāi tā fù qīn de yī jīn 。」

A man shall not take his father’s wife, and shall not uncover his father’s skirt.
