所以要站稳了，用真理当作带子束腰，用公义当作护心镜遮胸，
suǒ yǐ yào zhàn wěn le ， yòng zhēn lǐ dàng zuò dài zi shù yāo ， yòng gōng yì dàng zuò hù xīn jìng zhē xiōng ，
Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
