你当为以色列的王作起哀歌，

nǐ dāng wèi yǐ sè liè de wáng zuò qǐ āi gē ，

“Moreover, take up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,

说： 你的母亲是什么呢？ 是个母狮子，蹲伏在狮子中间， 在少壮狮子中养育小狮子。

shuō ： nǐ de mǔ qīn shì shén me ne ？ shì gè mǔ shī zi ， dūn fú zài shī zi zhōng jiān ， zài shào zhuàng shī zi zhōng yǎng yù xiǎo shī zi 。

and say, ‘What was your mother? A lioness. She couched among lions, in the middle of the young lions she nourished her cubs.

在它小狮子中养大一个， 成了少壮狮子， 学会抓食而吃人。

zài tā xiǎo shī zi zhōng yǎng dà yí gè ， chéng le shào zhuàng shī zi ， xué huì zhuā shí ér chī rén 。

She brought up one of her cubs. He became a young lion. He learned to catch the prey. He devoured men.

列国听见了就把它捉在他们的坑中， 用钩子拉到埃及地去。

liè guó tīng jiàn le jiù bǎ tā zhuō zài tā men de kēng zhōng ， yòng gōu zǐ lā dào āi jí dì qù 。

The nations also heard of him. He was taken in their pit; and they brought him with hooks to the land of Egypt.

母狮见自己等候失了指望， 就从它小狮子中又将一个养为少壮狮子。

mǔ shī jiàn zì jǐ děng hòu shī le zhǐ wàng ， jiù cóng tā xiǎo shī zi zhōng yòu jiāng yí gè yǎng wèi shào zhuàng shī zi 。

“‘Now when she saw that she had waited, and her hope was lost, then she took another of her cubs, and made him a young lion.

它在众狮子中走来走去， 成了少壮狮子， 学会抓食而吃人。

tā zài zhòng shī zi zhōng zǒu lái zǒu qù ， chéng le shào zhuàng shī zi ， xué huì zhuā shí ér chī rén 。

He went up and down among the lions. He became a young lion. He learned to catch the prey. He devoured men.

它知道列国的宫殿， 又使他们的城邑变为荒场； 因它咆哮的声音， 遍地和其中所有的就都荒废。

tā zhī dào liè guó de gōng diàn ， yòu shǐ tā men de chéng yì biàn wèi huāng chǎng ； yīn tā páo xiào de shēng yīn ， biàn dì hé qí zhōng suǒ yǒu de jiù dōu huāng fèi 。

He knew their palaces, and laid waste their cities. The land was desolate with its fullness, because of the noise of his roaring.

于是四围邦国各省的人来攻击它， 将网撒在它身上， 捉在他们的坑中。

yú shì sì wéi bāng guó gè shěng de rén lái gōng jī tā ， jiāng wǎng sā zài tā shēn shàng ， zhuō zài tā men de kēng zhōng 。

Then the nations attacked him on every side from the provinces. They spread their net over him. He was taken in their pit.

他们用钩子钩住它，将它放在笼中， 带到巴比伦王那里， 将它放入坚固之所， 使它的声音在以色列山上不再听见。

tā men yòng gōu zǐ gōu zhù tā ， jiāng tā fàng zài lóng zhōng ， dài dào bā bǐ lún wáng nà lǐ ， jiāng tā fàng rù jiān gù zhī suǒ ， shǐ tā de shēng yīn zài yǐ sè liè shān shàng bú zài tīng jiàn 。

They put him in a cage with hooks, and brought him to the king of Babylon. They brought him into strongholds, so that his voice should no more be heard on the mountains of Israel.

你的母亲先前如葡萄树， 极其茂盛 ，栽于水旁。 因为水多， 就多结果子，满生枝子；

nǐ de mǔ qīn xiān qián rú pú táo shù ， jí qí mào shèng ， zāi yú shuǐ páng 。 yīn wèi shuǐ duō ， jiù duō jié guǒ zǐ ， mǎn shēng zhī zǐ ；

“‘Your mother was like a vine in your blood, planted by the waters. It was fruitful and full of branches by reason of many waters.

生出坚固的枝干，可作掌权者的杖。 这枝干高举在茂密的枝中， 而且它生长高大，枝子繁多， 远远可见。

shēng chū jiān gù de zhī gàn ， kě zuò zhǎng quán zhě de zhàng 。 zhè zhī gàn gāo jǔ zài mào mì de zhī zhōng ， ér qiě tā shēng zhǎng gāo dà ， zhī zǐ fán duō ， yuǎn yuǎn kě jiàn 。

It had strong branches for the scepters of those who ruled. Their stature was exalted among the thick boughs. They were seen in their height with the multitude of their branches.

但这葡萄树因忿怒被拔出摔在地上； 东风吹干其上的果子， 坚固的枝干折断枯干， 被火烧毁了；

dàn zhè pú táo shù yīn fèn nù bèi bá chū shuāi zài dì shàng ； dōng fēng chuī gān qí shàng de guǒ zǐ ， jiān gù de zhī gàn zhé duàn kū gān ， bèi huǒ shāo huǐ le ；

But it was plucked up in fury. It was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up its fruit. Its strong branches were broken off and withered. The fire consumed them.

如今栽于旷野干旱无水之地。

rú jīn zāi yú kuàng yě gān hàn wú shuǐ zhī dì 。

Now it is planted in the wilderness, in a dry and thirsty land.

火也从它枝干中发出， 烧灭果子， 以致没有坚固的枝干可做掌权者的杖。 这是哀歌，也必用以作哀歌。

huǒ yě cóng tā zhī gàn zhōng fā chū ， shāo miè guǒ zǐ ， yǐ zhì méi yǒu jiān gù de zhī gàn kě zuò zhǎng quán zhě de zhàng 。 zhè shì āi gē ， yě bì yòng yǐ zuò āi gē 。

Fire has gone out of its branches. It has devoured its fruit, so that there is in it no strong branch to be a scepter to rule.’ This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.”
