故此，他理当为百姓和自己献祭赎罪。
gù cǐ ， tā lǐ dāng wèi bǎi xìng hé zì jǐ xiàn jì shú zuì 。
Because of this, he must offer sacrifices for sins for the people, as well as for himself.
