参孙到了迦萨，在那里看见一个妓女，就与她亲近。

cān sūn dào le jiā sà ， zài nà lǐ kàn jiàn yí gè jì nǚ ， jiù yǔ tā qīn jìn 。

Samson went to Gaza, and saw there a prostitute, and went in to her.

有人告诉迦萨人说：「参孙到这里来了！」他们就把他团团围住，终夜在城门悄悄埋伏，说：「等到天亮我们便杀他。」

yǒu rén gào sù jiā sà rén shuō ：「 cān sūn dào zhè lǐ lái le ！」 tā men jiù bǎ tā tuán tuán wéi zhù ， zhōng yè zài chéng mén qiāo qiāo mái fú ， shuō ：「 děng dào tiān liàng wǒ men biàn shā tā 。」

The Gazites were told, “Samson is here!” They surrounded him and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying, “Wait until morning light; then we will kill him.”

参孙睡到半夜，起来，将城门的门扇、门框、门闩，一齐拆下来，扛在肩上，扛到希伯 前的山顶上。

cān sūn shuì dào bàn yè ， qǐ lái ， jiāng chéng mén de mén shàn 、 mén kuàng 、 mén shuān ， yì qí chāi xià lái ， káng zài jiān shàng ， káng dào xī bó qián de shān dǐng shàng 。

Samson lay until midnight, then arose at midnight and took hold of the doors of the gate of the city, with the two posts, and plucked them up, bar and all, and put them on his shoulders and carried them up to the top of the mountain that is before Hebron.

后来，参孙在梭烈谷喜爱一个妇人，名叫大利拉。

hòu lái ， cān sūn zài suō liè gǔ xǐ ài yí gè fù rén ， míng jiào dà lì lā 。

It came to pass afterward that he loved a woman in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah.

非利士人的首领上去见那妇人，对她说：「求你诓哄参孙，探探他因何有这么大的力气，我们用何法能胜他，捆绑克制他。我们就每人给你一千一百舍客勒银子。」

fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng shàng qù jiàn nà fù rén ， duì tā shuō ：「 qiú nǐ kuāng hǒng cān sūn ， tàn tàn tā yīn hé yǒu zhè me dà de lì qi ， wǒ men yòng hé fǎ néng shèng tā ， kǔn bǎng kè zhì tā 。 wǒ men jiù měi rén gěi nǐ yì qiān yì bǎi shè kè lè yín zi 。」

The lords of the Philistines came up to her and said to her, “Entice him, and see in which his great strength lies, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him; and we will each give you eleven hundred pieces of silver.”

大利拉对参孙说：「求你告诉我，你因何有这么大的力气，当用何法捆绑克制你。」

dà lì lā duì cān sūn shuō ：「 qiú nǐ gào sù wǒ ， nǐ yīn hé yǒu zhè me dà de lì qi ， dāng yòng hé fǎ kǔn bǎng kè zhì nǐ 。」

Delilah said to Samson, “Please tell me where your great strength lies, and what you might be bound to afflict you.”

参孙回答说：「人若用七条未干的青绳子捆绑我，我就软弱像别人一样。」

cān sūn huí dá shuō ：「 rén ruò yòng qī tiáo wèi gān de qīng shéng zi kǔn bǎng wǒ ， wǒ jiù ruǎn ruò xiàng bié rén yí yàng 。」

Samson said to her, “If they bind me with seven green cords that were never dried, then shall I become weak, and be as another man.”

于是非利士人的首领拿了七条未干的青绳子来，交给妇人，她就用绳子捆绑参孙。

yú shì fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng ná le qī tiáo wèi gān de qīng shéng zi lái ， jiāo gěi fù rén ， tā jiù yòng shéng zi kǔn bǎng cān sūn 。

Then the lords of the Philistines brought up to her seven green cords which had not been dried, and she bound him with them.

有人预先埋伏在妇人的内室里。妇人说：「参孙哪，非利士人拿你来了！」参孙就挣断绳子，如挣断经火的麻线一般。这样，他力气的根由人还是不知道。

yǒu rén yù xiān mái fú zài fù rén de nèi shì lǐ 。 fù rén shuō ：「 cān sūn nǎ ， fēi lì shì rén ná nǐ lái le ！」 cān sūn jiù zhèng duàn shéng zi ， rú zhèng duàn jīng huǒ de má xiàn yì bān 。 zhè yàng ， tā lì qi de gēn yóu rén hái shì bù zhī dào 。

Now she had an ambush waiting in the inner room. She said to him, “The Philistines are on you, Samson!” He broke the cords as a flax thread is broken when it touches the fire. So his strength was not known.

大利拉对参孙说：「你欺哄我，向我说谎言。现在求你告诉我当用何法捆绑你。」

dà lì lā duì cān sūn shuō ：「 nǐ qī hǒng wǒ ， xiàng wǒ shuō huǎng yán 。 xiàn zài qiú nǐ gào sù wǒ dāng yòng hé fǎ kǔn bǎng nǐ 。」

Delilah said to Samson, “Behold, you have mocked me, and told me lies. Now please tell me how you might be bound.”

参孙回答说：「人若用没有使过的新绳捆绑我，我就软弱像别人一样。」

cān sūn huí dá shuō ：「 rén ruò yòng méi yǒu shǐ guò de xīn shéng kǔn bǎng wǒ ， wǒ jiù ruǎn ruò xiàng bié rén yí yàng 。」

He said to her, “If they only bind me with new ropes with which no work has been done, then I will become weak, and be as another man.”

大利拉就用新绳捆绑他，对他说：「参孙哪，非利士人拿你来了！」有人预先埋伏在内室里。参孙将臂上的绳挣断了，如挣断一条线一样。

dà lì lā jiù yòng xīn shéng kǔn bǎng tā ， duì tā shuō ：「 cān sūn nǎ ， fēi lì shì rén ná nǐ lái le ！」 yǒu rén yù xiān mái fú zài nèi shì lǐ 。 cān sūn jiāng bì shàng de shéng zhèng duàn le ， rú zhèng duàn yì tiáo xiàn yí yàng 。

So Delilah took new ropes and bound him with them, then said to him, “The Philistines are on you, Samson!” The ambush was waiting in the inner room. He broke them off his arms like a thread.

大利拉对参孙说：「你到如今还是欺哄我，向我说谎言。求你告诉我，当用何法捆绑你。」参孙回答说：「你若将我头上的七条发绺，与纬线同织就可以了。」

dà lì lā duì cān sūn shuō ：「 nǐ dào rú jīn hái shì qī hǒng wǒ ， xiàng wǒ shuō huǎng yán 。 qiú nǐ gào sù wǒ ， dāng yòng hé fǎ kǔn bǎng nǐ 。」 cān sūn huí dá shuō ：「 nǐ ruò jiāng wǒ tóu shàng de qī tiáo fā liǔ ， yǔ wěi xiàn tóng zhī jiù kě yǐ le 。」

Delilah said to Samson, “Until now, you have mocked me and told me lies. Tell me with what you might be bound.” He said to her, “If you weave the seven locks of my head with the fabric on the loom.”

于是大利拉将他的发绺与纬线同织，用橛子钉住，对他说：「参孙哪，非利士人拿你来了！」参孙从睡中醒来，将机上的橛子和纬线一齐都拔出来了。

yú shì dà lì lā jiāng tā de fā liǔ yǔ wěi xiàn tóng zhī ， yòng jué zǐ dīng zhù ， duì tā shuō ：「 cān sūn nǎ ， fēi lì shì rén ná nǐ lái le ！」 cān sūn cóng shuì zhōng xǐng lái ， jiāng jī shàng de jué zǐ hé wěi xiàn yì qí dōu bá chū lái le 。

She fastened it with the pin, and said to him, “The Philistines are on you, Samson!” He awakened out of his sleep, and plucked away the pin of the beam and the fabric.

大利拉对参孙说：「你既不与我同心，怎么说你爱我呢？你这三次欺哄我，没有告诉我，你因何有这么大的力气。」

dà lì lā duì cān sūn shuō ：「 nǐ jì bù yǔ wǒ tóng xīn ， zěn me shuō nǐ ài wǒ ne ？ nǐ zhè sān cì qī hǒng wǒ ， méi yǒu gào sù wǒ ， nǐ yīn hé yǒu zhè me dà de lì qi 。」

She said to him, “How can you say, ‘I love you,’ when your heart is not with me? You have mocked me these three times, and have not told me where your great strength lies.”

大利拉天天用话催逼他，甚至他心里烦闷要死。

dà lì lā tiān tiān yòng huà cuī bī tā ， shèn zhì tā xīn lǐ fán mèn yào sǐ 。

When she pressed him daily with her words and urged him, his soul was troubled to death.

参孙就把心中所藏的都告诉了她，对她说：「向来人没有用剃头刀剃我的头，因为我自出母胎就归 神作拿细耳人；若剃了我的头发，我的力气就离开我，我便软弱像别人一样。」

cān sūn jiù bǎ xīn zhōng suǒ cáng de dōu gào sù le tā ， duì tā shuō ：「 xiàng lái rén méi yǒu yòng tì tóu dāo tì wǒ de tóu ， yīn wèi wǒ zì chū mǔ tāi jiù guī shén zuò ná xì ěr rén ； ruò tì le wǒ de tóu fa ， wǒ de lì qi jiù lí kāi wǒ ， wǒ biàn ruǎn ruò xiàng bié rén yí yàng 。」

He told her all his heart and said to her, “No razor has ever come on my head; for I have been a Nazirite to God from my mother’s womb. If I am shaved, then my strength will go from me and I will become weak, and be like any other man.”

大利拉见他把心中所藏的都告诉了她，就打发人到非利士人的首领那里，对他们说：「他已经把心中所藏的都告诉了我，请你们再上来一次。」于是非利士人的首领手里拿着银子，上到妇人那里。

dà lì lā jiàn tā bǎ xīn zhōng suǒ cáng de dōu gào sù le tā ， jiù dǎ fā rén dào fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng nà lǐ ， duì tā men shuō ：「 tā yǐ jīng bǎ xīn zhōng suǒ cáng de dōu gào sù le wǒ ， qǐng nǐ men zài shàng lái yí cì 。」 yú shì fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng shǒu lǐ ná zhe yín zi ， shàng dào fù rén nà lǐ 。

When Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, “Come up this once, for he has told me all his heart.” Then the lords of the Philistines came up to her and brought the money in their hand.

大利拉使参孙枕着她的膝睡觉，叫了一个人来剃除他头上的七条发绺。于是大利拉克制他，他的力气就离开他了。

dà lì lā shǐ cān sūn zhěn zhe tā de xī shuì jiào ， jiào le yí gè rén lái tì chú tā tóu shàng de qī tiáo fā liǔ 。 yú shì dà lì lā kè zhì tā ， tā de lì qi jiù lí kāi tā le 。

She made him sleep on her knees; and she called for a man and shaved off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.

大利拉说：「参孙哪，非利士人拿你来了！」参孙从睡中醒来，心里说：「我要像前几次出去活动身体」；他却不知道耶和华已经离开他了。

dà lì lā shuō ：「 cān sūn nǎ ， fēi lì shì rén ná nǐ lái le ！」 cān sūn cóng shuì zhōng xǐng lái ， xīn lǐ shuō ：「 wǒ yào xiàng qián jǐ cì chū qù huó dòng shēn tǐ 」； tā què bù zhī dào yē hé huá yǐ jīng lí kāi tā le 。

She said, “The Philistines are upon you, Samson!” He awoke out of his sleep, and said, “I will go out as at other times, and shake myself free.” But he didn’t know that the LORD had departed from him.

非利士人将他拿住，剜了他的眼睛，带他下到迦萨，用铜链拘索他；他就在监里推磨。

fēi lì shì rén jiāng tā ná zhù ， wān le tā de yǎn jīng ， dài tā xià dào jiā sà ， yòng tóng liàn jū suǒ tā ； tā jiù zài jiān lǐ tuī mò 。

The Philistines laid hold on him and put out his eyes; and they brought him down to Gaza and bound him with fetters of bronze; and he ground at the mill in the prison.

然而他的头发被剃之后，又渐渐长起来了。

rán ér tā de tóu fa bèi tì zhī hòu ， yòu jiàn jiàn cháng qǐ lái le 。

However, the hair of his head began to grow again after he was shaved.

非利士人的首领聚集，要给他们的神大衮献大祭，并且欢乐，因为他们说：「我们的神将我们的仇敌参孙交在我们手中了。」

fēi lì shì rén de shǒu lǐng jù jí ， yào gěi tā men de shén dà gǔn xiàn dà jì ， bìng qiě huān lè ， yīn wèi tā men shuō ：「 wǒ men de shén jiāng wǒ men de chóu dí cān sūn jiāo zài wǒ men shǒu zhōng le 。」

The lords of the Philistines gathered together to offer a great sacrifice to Dagon their god, and to rejoice; for they said, “Our god has delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.”

众人看见参孙，就赞美他们的神说：「我们的神将毁坏我们地、杀害我们许多人的仇敌交在我们手中了。」

zhòng rén kàn jiàn cān sūn ， jiù zàn měi tā men de shén shuō ：「 wǒ men de shén jiāng huǐ huài wǒ men dì 、 shā hài wǒ men xǔ duō rén de chóu dí jiāo zài wǒ men shǒu zhōng le 。」

When the people saw him, they praised their god; for they said, “Our god has delivered our enemy and the destroyer of our country, who has slain many of us, into our hand.”

他们正宴乐的时候，就说：「叫参孙来，在我们面前戏耍戏耍。」于是将参孙从监里提出来，他就在众人面前戏耍。他们使他站在两柱中间。

tā men zhèng yàn lè de shí hòu ， jiù shuō ：「 jiào cān sūn lái ， zài wǒ men miàn qián xì shuǎ xì shuǎ 。」 yú shì jiāng cān sūn cóng jiān lǐ tí chū lái ， tā jiù zài zhòng rén miàn qián xì shuǎ 。 tā men shǐ tā zhàn zài liǎng zhù zhōng jiān 。

When their hearts were merry, they said, “Call for Samson, that he may entertain us.” They called for Samson out of the prison; and he performed before them. They set him between the pillars;

参孙向拉他手的童子说：「求你让我摸着托房的柱子，我要靠一靠。」

cān sūn xiàng lā tā shǒu de tóng zǐ shuō ：「 qiú nǐ ràng wǒ mō zhe tuō fáng de zhù zi ， wǒ yào kào yi kào 。」

and Samson said to the boy who held him by the hand, “Allow me to feel the pillars on which the house rests, that I may lean on them.”

那时房内充满男女，非利士人的众首领也都在那里。房的平顶上约有三千男女观看参孙戏耍。

nà shí fáng nèi chōng mǎn nán nǚ ， fēi lì shì rén de zhòng shǒu lǐng yě dōu zài nà lǐ 。 fáng de píng dǐng shàng yuē yǒu sān qiān nán nǚ guān kàn cān sūn xì shuǎ 。

Now the house was full of men and women; and all the lords of the Philistines were there; and there were on the roof about three thousand men and women, who saw while Samson performed.

参孙求告耶和华说：「主耶和华啊，求你眷念我。 神啊，求你赐我这一次的力量，使我在非利士人身上报那剜我双眼的仇。」

cān sūn qiú gào yē hé huá shuō ：「 zhǔ yē hé huá a ， qiú nǐ juàn niàn wǒ 。 shén a ， qiú nǐ cì wǒ zhè yí cì de lì liàng ， shǐ wǒ zài fēi lì shì rén shēn shàng bào nà wān wǒ shuāng yǎn de chóu 。」

Samson called to the LORD, and said, “Lord GOD, remember me, please, and strengthen me, please, only this once, God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.”

参孙就抱住托房的那两根柱子：左手抱一根，右手抱一根，

cān sūn jiù bào zhù tuō fáng de nà liǎng gēn zhù zi ： zuǒ shǒu bào yì gēn ， yòu shǒu bào yì gēn ，

Samson took hold of the two middle pillars on which the house rested and leaned on them, the one with his right hand and the other with his left.

说：「我情愿与非利士人同死！」就尽力屈身，房子倒塌，压住首领和房内的众人。这样，参孙死时所杀的人比活着所杀的还多。

shuō ：「 wǒ qíng yuàn yǔ fēi lì shì rén tóng sǐ ！」 jiù jìn lì qū shēn ， fáng zi dǎo tā ， yā zhù shǒu lǐng hé fáng nèi de zhòng rén 。 zhè yàng ， cān sūn sǐ shí suǒ shā de rén bǐ huó zhe suǒ shā de hái duō 。

Samson said, “Let me die with the Philistines!” He bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell on the lords, and on all the people who were in it. So the dead that he killed at his death were more than those who he killed in his life.

参孙的弟兄和他父的全家都下去取他的尸首，抬上来葬在琐拉和以实陶中间，在他父玛挪亚的坟墓里。参孙作以色列的士师二十年。

cān sūn de dì xiong hé tā fù de quán jiā dōu xià qù qǔ tā de shī shǒu ， tái shàng lái zàng zài suǒ lā hé yǐ shí táo zhōng jiān ， zài tā fù mǎ nuó yà de fén mù lǐ 。 cān sūn zuò yǐ sè liè dī shì shī èr shí nián 。

Then his brothers and all the house of his father came down and took him, and brought him up and buried him between Zorah and Eshtaol in the burial site of Manoah his father. He judged Israel twenty years.
