若在皮上发散开了，祭司就要定他为不洁净，是灾病。
ruò zài pí shàng fā sàn kāi le ， jì sī jiù yào dìng tā wèi bù jié jìng ， shì zāi bìng 。
If it spreads in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is a plague.
