「若有人听见发誓的声音 ，他本是见证，却不把所看见的、所知道的说出来，这就是罪；他要担当他的罪孽。

「 ruò yǒu rén tīng jiàn fā shì de shēng yīn ， tā běn shì jiàn zhèng ， què bù bǎ suǒ kàn jiàn de 、 suǒ zhī dào de shuō chū lái ， zhè jiù shì zuì ； tā yào dān dāng tā de zuì niè 。

“‘If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

或是有人摸了不洁的物，无论是不洁的死兽，是不洁的死畜，是不洁的死虫，他却不知道，因此成了不洁，就有了罪。

huò shì yǒu rén mō le bù jié de wù ， wú lùn shì bù jié de sǐ shòu ， shì bù jié de sǐ chù ， shì bù jié de sǐ chóng ， tā què bù zhī dào ， yīn cǐ chéng le bù jié ， jiù yǒu le zuì 。

“‘Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.

或是他摸了别人的污秽，无论是染了什么污秽，他却不知道，一知道了就有了罪。

huò shì tā mō le bié rén de wū huì ， wú lùn shì rǎn le shén me wū huì ， tā què bù zhī dào ， yì zhī dào le jiù yǒu le zuì 。

“‘Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness is with which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty.

或是有人嘴里冒失发誓，要行恶，要行善，无论人在什么事上冒失发誓，他却不知道，一知道了就要在这其中的一件上有了罪。

huò shì yǒu rén zuǐ lǐ mào shī fā shì ， yào xíng è ， yào xíng shàn ， wú lùn rén zài shén me shì shàng mào shi fā shì ， tā què bù zhī dào ， yì zhī dào le jiù yào zài zhè qí zhōng de yí jiàn shàng yǒu le zuì 。

“‘Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil or to do good—whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him—when he knows of it, then he will be guilty of one of these.

他有了罪的时候，就要承认所犯的罪，

tā yǒu le zuì de shí hòu ， jiù yào chéng rèn suǒ fàn de zuì ，

It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned;

并要因所犯的罪，把他的赎愆祭牲—就是羊群中的母羊，或是一只羊羔，或是一只山羊—牵到耶和华面前为赎罪祭。至于他的罪，祭司要为他赎了。

bìng yào yīn suǒ fàn de zuì ， bǎ tā de shú qiān jì shēng — jiù shì yáng qún zhōng de mǔ yáng ， huò shì yì zhī yáng gāo ， huò shì yì zhī shān yáng — qiān dào yē hé huá miàn qián wèi shú zuì jì 。 zhì yú tā de zuì ， jì sī yào wèi tā shú le 。

and he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD for his sin which he has sinned: a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.

「他的力量若不够献一只羊羔，就要因所犯的罪，把两只斑鸠或是两只雏鸽带到耶和华面前为赎愆祭：一只作赎罪祭，一只作燔祭。

「 tā de lì liàng ruò bú gòu xiàn yì zhī yáng gāo ， jiù yào yīn suǒ fàn de zuì ， bǎ liǎng zhī bān jiū huò shì liǎng zhī chú gē dài dào yē hé huá miàn qián wèi shú qiān jì ： yì zhī zuò shú zuì jì ， yì zhī zuò fán jì 。

“‘If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

把这些带到祭司那里，祭司就要先把那赎罪祭献上，从鸟的颈项上揪下头来，只是不可把鸟撕断，

bǎ zhè xiē dài dào jì sī nà lǐ ， jì sī jiù yào xiān bǎ nà shú zuì jì xiàn shàng ， cóng niǎo de jǐng xiàng shàng jiū xià tóu lái ， zhǐ shì bù kě bǎ niǎo sī duàn ，

He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the sin offering. He shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.

也把些赎罪祭牲的血弹在坛的旁边，剩下的血要流在坛的脚那里；这是赎罪祭。

yě bǎ xiē shú zuì jì shēng de xuè tán zài tán de páng biān ， shèng xià de xuè yào liú zài tán de jiǎo nà lǐ ； zhè shì shú zuì jì 。

He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.

他要照例献第二只为燔祭。至于他所犯的罪，祭司要为他赎了，他必蒙赦免。

tā yào zhào lì xiàn dì èr zhī wèi fán jì 。 zhì yú tā suǒ fàn de zuì ， jì sī yào wèi tā shú le ， tā bì méng shè miǎn 。

He shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has sinned, and he shall be forgiven.

「他的力量若不够献两只斑鸠或是两只雏鸽，就要因所犯的罪带供物来，就是细面伊法十分之一为赎罪祭；不可加上油，也不可加上乳香，因为是赎罪祭。

「 tā de lì liàng ruò bú gòu xiàn liǎng zhī bān jiū huò shì liǎng zhī chú gē ， jiù yào yīn suǒ fàn de zuì dài gòng wù lái ， jiù shì xì miàn yī fǎ shí fēn zhī yī wèi shú zuì jì ； bù kě jiā shàng yóu ， yě bù kě jiā shàng rǔ xiāng ， yīn wèi shì shú zuì jì 。

“‘But if he can’t afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that in which he has sinned, one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

他要把供物带到祭司那里，祭司要取出自己的一把来作为纪念，按献给耶和华火祭的条例烧在坛上；这是赎罪祭。

tā yào bǎ gòng wù dài dào jì sī nà lǐ ， jì sī yào qǔ chū zì jǐ de yì bǎ lái zuò wéi jì niàn ， àn xiàn gěi yē hé huá huǒ jì de tiáo lì shāo zài tán shàng ； zhè shì shú zuì jì 。

He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of the LORD made by fire. It is a sin offering.

至于他在这几件事中所犯的罪，祭司要为他赎了，他必蒙赦免。剩下的面都归与祭司，和素祭一样。」

zhì yú tā zài zhè jǐ jiàn shì zhōng suǒ fàn de zuì ， jì sī yào wèi tā shú le ， tā bì méng shè miǎn 。 shèng xià de miàn dōu guī yǔ jì sī ， hé sù jì yí yàng 。」

The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned in any of these things, and he will be forgiven; and the rest shall be the priest’s, as the meal offering.’”

耶和华晓谕摩西说：

yē hé huá xiǎo yù mó xī shuō ：

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

「人若在耶和华的圣物上误犯了罪，有了过犯，就要照你所估的，按圣所的舍客勒拿银子，将赎愆祭牲—就是羊群中一只没有残疾的公绵羊—牵到耶和华面前为赎愆祭；

「 rén ruò zài yē hé huá de shèng wù shàng wù fàn le zuì ， yǒu le guò fàn ， jiù yào zhào nǐ suǒ gū de ， àn shèng suǒ de shè kè lè ná yín zi ， jiāng shú qiān jì shēng — jiù shì yáng qún zhōng yì zhī méi yǒu cán jí de gōng mián yáng — qiān dào yē hé huá miàn qián wèi shú qiān jì ；

“If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding the LORD’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

并且他因在圣物上的差错要偿还，另外加五分之一，都给祭司。祭司要用赎愆祭的公绵羊为他赎罪，他必蒙赦免。

bìng qiě tā yīn zài shèng wù shàng de chā cuò yào cháng huán ， lìng wài jiā wǔ fēn zhī yī ， dōu gěi jì sī 。 jì sī yào yòng shú qiān jì de gōng mián yáng wèi tā shú zuì ， tā bì méng shè miǎn 。

He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.

「若有人犯罪，行了耶和华所吩咐不可行的什么事，他虽然不知道，还是有了罪，就要担当他的罪孽；

「 ruò yǒu rén fàn zuì ， xíng le yē hé huá suǒ fēn fù bù kě xíng de shén me shì ， tā suī rán bù zhī dào ， hái shì yǒu le zuì ， jiù yào dān dāng tā de zuì niè ；

“If anyone sins, doing any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, though he didn’t know it, he is still guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

也要照你所估定的价，从羊群中牵一只没有残疾的公绵羊来，给祭司作赎愆祭。至于他误行的那错事，祭司要为他赎罪，他必蒙赦免。

yě yào zhào nǐ suǒ gū dìng de jià ， cóng yáng qún zhōng qiān yì zhī méi yǒu cán jí de gōng mián yáng lái ， gěi jì sī zuò shú qiān jì 。 zhì yú tā wù xíng de nà cuò shì ， jì sī yào wèi tā shú zuì ， tā bì méng shè miǎn 。

He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.

这是赎愆祭，因他在耶和华面前实在有了罪。」

zhè shì shú qiān jì ， yīn tā zài yē hé huá miàn qián shí zài yǒu le zuì 。」

It is a trespass offering. He is certainly guilty before the LORD.”
