签名的是：哈迦利亚的儿子—省长尼希米，和西底家；

又有利未人，就是亚散尼的儿子耶书亚、希拿达的子孙宾内、甲篾；

yòu yǒu lì wèi rén ， jiù shì yà sàn ní de ér zi yē shū yà 、 xī ná dá de zǐ sūn bīn nèi 、 jiǎ miè ；

The Levites: Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;

还有他们的弟兄示巴尼、荷第雅、基利他、毗莱雅、哈难、

hái yǒu tā men de dì xiong shì bā ní 、 hé dì yǎ 、 jī lì tā 、 pí lái yǎ 、 hā nán 、

and their brothers, Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,

米迦、利合、哈沙比雅、

其余的民、祭司、利未人、守门的、歌唱的、尼提宁，和一切离绝邻邦居民归服 神律法的，并他们的妻子、儿女，凡有知识能明白的，

qí yú de mín 、 jì sī 、 lì wèi rén 、 shǒu mén de 、 gē chàng de 、 ní tí níng ， hé yí qiè lí jué lín bāng jū mín guī fú shén lǜ fǎ de ， bìng tā men de qī zǐ 、 ér nǚ ， fán yǒu zhī shi néng míng bái de ，

The rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all those who had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters—everyone who had knowledge and understanding—

都随从他们贵胄的弟兄，发咒起誓，必遵行 神借他仆人摩西所传的律法，谨守遵行耶和华—我们主的一切诫命、典章、律例；

dōu suí cóng tā men guì zhòu de dì xiōng ， fā zhòu qǐ shì ， bì zūn xíng shén jiè tā pú rén mó xī suǒ chuán de lǜ fǎ ， jǐn shǒu zūn xíng yē hé huá — wǒ men zhǔ de yí qiè jiè mìng 、 diǎn zhāng 、 lǜ lì ；

joined with their brothers, their nobles, and entered into a curse and into an oath, to walk in God’s law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes;

并不将我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

bìng bù jiāng wǒ men de nǚ ér jià gěi zhè dì de jū mín ， yě bú wèi wǒ men de ér zi qǔ tā men de nǚ ér 。

and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

这地的居民若在安息日，或什么圣日，带了货物或粮食来卖给我们，我们必不买。每逢第七年必不耕种，凡欠我们债的必不追讨。

zhè dì de jū mín ruò zài ān xī rì ， huò shén me shèng rì ， dài le huò wù huò liáng shí lái mài gěi wǒ men ， wǒ men bì bù mǎi 。 měi féng dì qī nián bì bù gēng zhòng ， fán qiàn wǒ men zhài de bì bù zhuī tǎo 。

and if the peoples of the land bring wares or any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy from them on the Sabbath, or on a holy day; and that we would forego the seventh year crops and the exaction of every debt.

我们又为自己定例，每年各人捐银一舍客勒三分之一，为我们 神殿的使用，

wǒ men yòu wèi zì jǐ dìng lì ， měi nián gè rén juān yín yí shè kè lè sān fēn zhī yī ， wèi wǒ men shén diàn de shǐ yòng ，

Also we made ordinances for ourselves, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God:

就是为陈设饼、常献的素祭，和燔祭，安息日、月朔、节期所献的与圣物，并以色列人的赎罪祭，以及我们 神殿里一切的费用。

jiù shì wèi chén shè bǐng 、 cháng xiàn de sù jì ， hé fán jì ， ān xī rì 、 yuè shuò 、 jié qī suǒ xiàn de yǔ shèng wù ， bìng yǐ sè liè rén de shú zuì jì ， yǐ jí wǒ men shén diàn lǐ yí qiè de fèi yòng 。

for the show bread, for the continual meal offering, for the continual burnt offering, for the Sabbaths, for the new moons, for the set feasts, for the holy things, for the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.

我们的祭司、利未人，和百姓都掣签，看每年是哪一族按定期将献祭的柴奉到我们 神的殿里，照着律法上所写的，烧在耶和华—我们 神的坛上。

wǒ men de jì sī 、 lì wèi rén ， hé bǎi xìng dōu chè qiān ， kàn měi nián shì nǎ yì zú àn dìng qī jiāng xiàn jì de chái fèng dào wǒ men shén de diàn lǐ ， zhào zhe lǜ fǎ shàng suǒ xiě de ， shāo zài yē hé huá — wǒ men shén de tán shàng 。

We, the priests, the Levites, and the people, cast lots for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, according to our fathers’ houses, at times appointed year by year, to burn on the LORD our God’s altar, as it is written in the law;

又定每年将我们地上初熟的土产和各样树上初熟的果子都奉到耶和华的殿里。

yòu dìng měi nián jiāng wǒ men dì shàng chū shú de tǔ chǎn hé gè yàng shù shàng chū shú de guǒ zǐ dōu fèng dào yē hé huá de diàn lǐ 。

and to bring the first fruits of our ground and the first fruits of all fruit of all kinds of trees, year by year, to the LORD’s house;

又照律法上所写的，将我们头胎的儿子和首生的牛羊都奉到我们 神的殿，交给我们 神殿里供职的祭司；

yòu zhào lǜ fǎ shàng suǒ xiě de ， jiāng wǒ men tóu tāi de ér zi hé shǒu shēng de niú yáng dōu fèng dào wǒ men shén de diàn ， jiāo gěi wǒ men shén diàn lǐ gòng zhí de jì sī ；

also the firstborn of our sons and of our livestock, as it is written in the law, and the firstborn of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God;

并将初熟之麦子所磨的面和举祭、各样树上初熟的果子、新酒与油奉给祭司，收在我们 神殿的库房里，把我们地上所产的十分之一奉给利未人，因利未人在我们一切城邑的土产中当取十分之一。

bìng jiāng chū shú zhī mài zi suǒ mó de miàn hé jǔ jì 、 gè yàng shù shàng chū shú de guǒ zǐ 、 xīn jiǔ yǔ yóu fèng gěi jì sī ， shōu zài wǒ men shén diàn de kù fáng lǐ ， bǎ wǒ men dì shàng suǒ chǎn de shí fēn zhī yī fèng gěi lì wèi rén ， yīn lì wèi rén zài wǒ men yí qiè chéng yì de tǔ chǎn zhōng dāng qǔ shí fēn zhī yī 。

and that we should bring the first fruits of our dough, our wave offerings, the fruit of all kinds of trees, and the new wine and the oil, to the priests, to the rooms of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground to the Levites; for they, the Levites, take the tithes in all our farming villages.

利未人取十分之一的时候，亚伦的子孙中，当有一个祭司与利未人同在。利未人也当从十分之一中取十分之一，奉到我们 神殿的屋子里，收在库房中。

lì wèi rén qǔ shí fēn zhī yī de shí hòu ， yà lún de zǐ sūn zhōng ， dāng yǒu yí gè jì sī yǔ lì wèi rén tóng zài 。 lì wèi rén yě dāng cóng shí fēn zhī yì zhōng qǔ shí fēn zhī yī ， fèng dào wǒ men shén diàn de wū zi lǐ ， shōu zài kù fáng zhōng 。

The priest, the descendent of Aaron, shall be with the Levites when the Levites take tithes. The Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the rooms, into the treasure house.

以色列人和利未人要将五谷、新酒，和油为举祭，奉到收存圣所器皿的屋子里，就是供职的祭司、守门的、歌唱的所住的屋子。这样，我们就不离弃我们 神的殿。

yǐ sè liè rén hé lì wèi rén yào jiāng wǔ gǔ 、 xīn jiǔ ， hé yóu wèi jǔ jì ， fèng dào shōu cún shèng suǒ qì mǐn de wū zi lǐ ， jiù shì gòng zhí de jì sī 、 shǒu mén de 、 gē chàng de suǒ zhù de wū zi 。 zhè yàng ， wǒ men jiù bù lí qì wǒ men shén de diàn 。

For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the wave offering of the grain, of the new wine, and of the oil, to the rooms where the vessels of the sanctuary are, and the priests who minister, with the gatekeepers and the singers. We will not forsake the house of our God.
