大衛王對會眾說：「我兒子所羅門是上帝特選的，還年幼嬌嫩；這工程甚大，因這殿不是為人，乃是為耶和華上帝建造的。

dà wèi wáng duì huì zhòng shuō ：「 wǒ ér zi suǒ luó mén shì shén tè xuǎn de ， hái nián yòu jiāo nèn ； zhè gōng chéng shèn dà ， yīn zhè diàn bú shì wèi rén ， nǎi shì wèi yē hé huá shén jiàn zào de 。

David the king said to all the assembly, “Solomon my son, whom alone God has chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great; for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God.

我為我上帝的殿已經盡力，預備金子做金器，銀子做銀器，銅做銅器，鐵做鐵器，木做木器，還有紅瑪瑙可鑲嵌的寶石，彩石和一切的寶石，並許多漢白玉。

wǒ wèi wǒ shén de diàn yǐ jīng jìn lì ， yù bèi jīn zǐ zuò jīn qì ， yín zǐ zuò yín qì ， tóng zuò tóng qì ， tiě zuò tiě qì ， mù zuò mù qì ， hái yǒu hóng mǎ nǎo kě xiāng qiàn de bǎo shí ， cǎi shí hé yí qiè de bǎo shí ， bìng xǔ duō hàn bái yù 。

Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God the gold for the things of gold, the silver for the things of silver, the bronze for the things of bronze, iron for the things of iron, and wood for the things of wood, also onyx stones, stones to be set, stones for inlaid work of various colors, all kinds of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance.

且因我心中愛慕我上帝的殿，就在預備建造聖殿的材料之外，又將我自己積蓄的金銀獻上，建造我上帝的殿，

qiě yīn wǒ xīn zhōng ài mù wǒ shén de diàn ， jiù zài yù bèi jiàn zào shèng diàn de cái liào zhī wài ， yòu jiāng wǒ zì jǐ jī xù de jīn yín xiàn shàng ， jiàn zào wǒ shén de diàn ，

In addition, because I have set my affection on the house of my God, since I have a treasure of my own of gold and silver, I give it to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house:

就是俄斐金三千他連得、精鍊的銀子七千他連得，以貼殿牆。

jiù shì é fěi jīn sān qiān tā lián dé 、 jīng liàn de yín zi qī qiān tā lián dé ， yǐ tiē diàn qiáng 。

even three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, with which to overlay the walls of the houses;

金子做金器，銀子做銀器，並藉匠人的手製造一切。今日有誰樂意將自己獻給耶和華呢？」

jīn zǐ zuò jīn qì ， yín zi zuò yín qì ， bìng jiè jiàng rén de shǒu zhì zào yí qiè 。 jīn rì yǒu shuí lè yì jiāng zì jǐ xiàn gěi yē hé huá ne ？」

of gold for the things of gold, and of silver for the things of silver, and for all kinds of work to be made by the hands of artisans. Who then offers willingly to consecrate himself today to the LORD?”

於是，眾族長和以色列各支派的首領、千夫長、百夫長，並監管王工的官長，都樂意獻上。

yú shì ， zhòng zú zhǎng hé yǐ sè liè gè zhī pài de shǒu lǐng 、 qiān fū cháng 、 bǎi fū zhǎng ， bìng jiān guǎn wáng gōng de guān zhǎng ， dōu lè yì xiàn shàng 。

Then the princes of the fathers’ households, and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers over the king’s work, offered willingly;

他們為上帝殿的使用獻上金子五千他連得零一萬達利克，銀子一萬他連得，銅一萬八千他連得，鐵十萬他連得。

tā men wèi shén diàn de shǐ yòng xiàn shàng jīn zǐ wǔ qiān tā lián dé líng yī wàn dá lì kè ， yín zi yí wàn tā lián dé ， tóng yí wàn bā qiān tā lián dé ， tiě shí wàn tā lián dé 。

and they gave for the service of God’s house of gold five thousand talents and ten thousand darics, of silver ten thousand talents, of bronze eighteen thousand talents, and of iron one hundred thousand talents.

凡有寶石的都交給革順人耶歇，送入耶和華殿的府庫。

fán yǒu bǎo shí de dōu jiāo gěi gé shùn rén yē xiē ， sòng rù yē hé huá diàn de fǔ kù 。

People with whom precious stones were found gave them to the treasure of the LORD’s house, under the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite.

因這些人誠心樂意獻給耶和華，百姓就歡喜，大衛王也大大歡喜。

yīn zhè xiē rén chéng xīn lè yì xiàn gěi yē hé huá ， bǎi xìng jiù huān xǐ ， dà wèi wáng yě dà dà huān xǐ 。

Then the people rejoiced, because they offered willingly, because with a perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD; and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.

所以，大衛在會眾面前稱頌耶和華說：「耶和華－我們的父，以色列的上帝是應當稱頌，直到永永遠遠的！

suǒ yǐ ， dà wèi zài huì zhòng miàn qián chēng sòng yē hé huá shuō ：「 yē hé huá — wǒ men de fù ， yǐ sè liè de shén shì yīng dāng chēng sòng ， zhí dào yǒng yǒng yuǎn yuǎn de ！

Therefore David blessed the LORD before all the assembly; and David said, “You are blessed, LORD, the God of Israel our father, forever and ever.

耶和華啊，尊大、能力、榮耀、強勝、威嚴都是你的；凡天上地下的都是你的；國度也是你的，並且你為至高，為萬有之首。

yē hé huá a ， zūn dà 、 néng lì 、 róng yào 、 qiáng shèng 、 wēi yán dōu shì nǐ de ； fán tiān shàng dì xià de dōu shì nǐ de ； guó dù yě shì nǐ de ， bìng qiě nǐ wèi zhì gāo ， wèi wàn yǒu zhī shǒu 。

Yours, LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, LORD, and you are exalted as head above all.

豐富尊榮都從你而來，你也治理萬物。在你手裏有大能大力，使人尊大強盛都出於你。

fēng fù zūn róng dōu cóng nǐ ér lái ， nǐ yě zhì lǐ wàn wù 。 zài nǐ shǒu lǐ yǒu dà néng dà lì ， shǐ rén zūn dà qiáng shèng dōu chū yú nǐ 。

Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all! In your hand is power and might! It is in your hand to make great, and to give strength to all!

我們的上帝啊，現在我們稱謝你，讚美你榮耀之名！

wǒ men de shén a ， xiàn zài wǒ men chēng xiè nǐ ， zàn měi nǐ róng yào zhī míng ！

Now therefore, our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name.

「我算甚麼，我的民算甚麼，竟能如此樂意奉獻？因為萬物都從你而來，我們把從你而得的獻給你。

「 wǒ suàn shén me ， wǒ de mín suàn shén me ， jìng néng rú cǐ lè yì fèng xiàn ？ yīn wèi wàn wù dōu cóng nǐ ér lái ， wǒ men bǎ cóng nǐ ér dé de xiàn gěi nǐ 。

But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from you, and we have given you of your own.

我們在你面前是客旅，是寄居的，與我們列祖一樣。我們在世的日子如影兒，不能長存 。

wǒ men zài nǐ miàn qián shì kè lǚ ， shì jì jū de ， yǔ wǒ men liè zǔ yí yàng 。 wǒ men zài shì de rì zi rú yǐng ér ， bù néng cháng cún 。

For we are strangers before you and foreigners, as all our fathers were. Our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is no remaining.

耶和華－我們的上帝啊，我們預備這許多材料，要為你的聖名建造殿宇，都是從你而來，都是屬你的。

yē hé huá — wǒ men de shén a ， wǒ men yù bèi zhè xǔ duō cái liào ， yào wèi nǐ de shèng míng jiàn zào diàn yǔ ， dōu shì cóng nǐ ér lái ， dōu shì shǔ nǐ de 。

LORD our God, all this store that we have prepared to build you a house for your holy name comes from your hand, and is all your own.

我的上帝啊，我知道你察驗人心，喜悅正直；我以正直的心樂意獻上這一切物。現在我喜歡見你的民在這裏都樂意奉獻與你。

wǒ de shén a ， wǒ zhī dào nǐ chá yàn rén xīn ， xǐ yuè zhèng zhí ； wǒ yǐ zhèng zhí de xīn lè yì xiàn shàng zhè yí qiè wù 。 xiàn zài wǒ xǐ huan jiàn nǐ de mín zài zhè lǐ dōu lè yì fèng xiàn yǔ nǐ 。

I know also, my God, that you try the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things. Now I have seen with joy your people, who are present here, offer willingly to you.

耶和華－我們列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的上帝啊，求你使你的民常存這樣的心思意念，堅定他們的心歸向你，

yē hé huá — wǒ men liè zǔ yà bó lā hǎn 、 yǐ sā 、 yǐ sè liè de shén a ， qiú nǐ shǐ nǐ de mín cháng cún zhè yàng de xīn sī yì niàn ， jiān dìng tā men de xīn guī xiàng nǐ ，

LORD, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this desire forever in the thoughts of the heart of your people, and prepare their heart for you;

又求你賜我兒子所羅門誠實的心，遵守你的命令、法度、律例，成就這一切的事，用我所預備的建造殿宇。」

yòu qiú nǐ cì wǒ ér zi suǒ luó mén chéng shí de xīn ， zūn shǒu nǐ de mìng lìng 、 fǎ dù 、 lǜ lì ， chéng jiù zhè yí qiè de shì ， yòng wǒ suǒ yù bèi de jiàn zào diàn yǔ 。」

and give to Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep your commandments, your testimonies, and your statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for which I have made provision.”

大衛對全會眾說：「你們應當稱頌耶和華－你們的上帝。」於是會眾稱頌耶和華－他們列祖的上帝，低頭拜耶和華與王。

dà wèi duì quán huì zhòng shuō ：「 nǐ men yīng dāng chēng sòng yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén 。」 yú shì huì zhòng chēng sòng yē hé huá — tā men liè zǔ de shén ， dī tóu bài yē hé huá yǔ wáng 。

Then David said to all the assembly, “Now bless the LORD your God!” All the assembly blessed the LORD, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads and prostrated themselves before the LORD and the king.

次日，他們向耶和華獻平安祭和燔祭，就是獻公牛一千隻，公綿羊一千隻，羊羔一千隻，並同獻的奠祭；又為以色列眾人獻許多的祭。那日，他們在耶和華面前吃喝，大大歡樂。

cì rì ， tā men xiàng yē hé huá xiàn píng ān jì hé fán jì ， jiù shì xiàn gōng niú yì qiān zhī ， gōng mián yáng yì qiān zhī ， yáng gāo yì qiān zhī ， bìng tóng xiàn de diàn jì ； yòu wèi yǐ sè liè zhòng rén xiàn xǔ duō de jì 。 nà rì ， tā men zài yē hé huá miàn qián chī hē ， dà dà huān lè 。

They sacrificed sacrifices to the LORD and offered burnt offerings to the LORD on the next day after that day, even one thousand bulls, one thousand rams, and one thousand lambs, with their drink offerings and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel,

他們奉耶和華的命再膏大衛的兒子所羅門作王，又膏撒督作祭司。

tā men fèng yē hé huá de mìng zài gāo dà wèi de ér zi suǒ luó mén zuò wáng ， yòu gāo sā dū zuò jì sī 。

and ate and drank before the LORD on that day with great gladness. They made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him before the LORD to be prince, and Zadok to be priest.

於是所羅門坐在耶和華所賜的位上，接續他父親大衛作王，萬事亨通；以色列眾人也都聽從他。

yú shì suǒ luó mén zuò zài yē hé huá suǒ cì de wèi shàng ， jiē xù tā fù qīn dà wèi zuò wáng ， wàn shì hēng tōng ； yǐ sè liè zhòng rén yě dōu tīng cóng tā 。

Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.

眾首領和勇士，並大衛王的眾子，都順服所羅門王。

zhòng shǒu lǐng hé yǒng shì ， bìng dà wèi wáng de zhòng zǐ ， dōu shùn fú suǒ luó mén wáng 。

All the princes, the mighty men, and also all of the sons of King David submitted themselves to Solomon the king.

耶和華使所羅門在以色列眾人眼前甚為尊大，極其威嚴，勝過在他以前的以色列王。

yē hé huá shǐ suǒ luó mén zài yǐ sè liè zhòng rén yǎn qián shèn wéi zūn dà ， jí qí wēi yán ， shèng guò zài tā yǐ qián de yǐ sè liè wáng 。

The LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and gave to him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.

耶西的兒子大衛作以色列眾人的王，

yē xī de ér zi dà wèi zuò yǐ sè liè zhòng rén de wáng ，

Now David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.

作王共四十年：在希伯崙作王七年，在耶路撒冷作王三十三年。

zuò wáng gòng sì shí nián ： zài xī bó zuò wáng qī nián ， zài yē lù sā lěng zuò wáng sān shí sān nián 。

The time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; he reigned seven years in Hebron, and he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.

他年紀老邁，日子滿足，享受豐富、尊榮，就死了。他兒子所羅門接續他作王。

tā nián jì lǎo mài ， rì zi mǎn zú ， xiǎng shòu fēng fù 、 zūn róng ， jiù sǐ le 。 tā ér zi suǒ luó mén jiē xù tā zuò wáng 。

He died at a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor; and Solomon his son reigned in his place.

大衛王始終的事都寫在先見撒母耳的書上和先知拿單並先見迦得的書上。

dà wèi wáng shǐ zhōng de shì dōu xiě zài xiān jiàn sā mǔ ěr de shū shàng hé xiān zhī ná dān bìng xiān jiàn jiā dé de shū shàng 。

Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the history of Samuel the seer, and in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the history of Gad the seer,

他的國事和他的勇力，以及他和以色列並列國所經過的事都寫在這書上。

tā de guó shì hé tā de yǒng lì ， yǐ jí tā hé yǐ sè liè bìng liè guó suǒ jīng guò de shì dōu xiě zài zhè shū shàng 。

with all his reign and his might, and the events that involved him, Israel, and all the kingdoms of the lands.
