以下是大衛末了的話。耶西的兒子大衛得居高位，是雅各上帝所膏的，作以色列的美歌者，說：
yǐ xià shì dà wèi mò liǎo de huà 。 yē xī de ér zi dà wèi dé jū gāo wèi ， shì yǎ gè shén suǒ gāo de ， zuò yǐ sè liè de měi gē zhě ， shuō ：
Now these are the last words of David. David the son of Jesse says, the man who was raised on high says, the anointed of the God of Jacob, the sweet psalmist of Israel:
耶和華的靈藉着我說： 他的話在我口中。
yē hé huá de líng jiè zhe wǒ shuō ： tā de huà zài wǒ kǒu zhōng 。
“The LORD’s Spirit spoke by me. His word was on my tongue.
以色列的上帝、 以色列的磐石曉諭我說： 那以公義治理人民的， 敬畏上帝執掌權柄，
yǐ sè liè de shén 、 yǐ sè liè de pán shí xiǎo yù wǒ shuō ： nà yǐ gōng yì zhì lǐ rén mín de ， jìng wèi shén zhí zhǎng quán bǐng ，
The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me, ‘One who rules over men righteously, who rules in the fear of God,
他必像日出的晨光， 如無雲的清晨， 雨後的晴光， 使地發生嫩草。
tā bì xiàng rì chū de chén guāng ， rú wú yún de qīng chén ， yǔ hòu de qíng guāng ， shǐ dì fā shēng nèn cǎo 。
shall be as the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds, when the tender grass springs out of the earth, through clear shining after rain.’
我家在上帝面前並非如此； 上帝卻與我立永遠的約。 這約凡事堅穩， 關乎我的一切救恩和我一切所想望的， 他豈不為我成就嗎？
wǒ jiā zài shén miàn qián bìng fēi rú cǐ ； shén què yǔ wǒ lì yǒng yuǎn de yuē 。 zhè yuē fán shì jiān wěn ， guān hū wǒ de yí qiè jiù ēn hé wǒ yí qiè suǒ xiǎng wàng de ， tā qǐ bú wèi wǒ chéng jiù ma ？
Isn’t my house so with God? Yet he has made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things, and sure, for it is all my salvation and all my desire. Won’t he make it grow?
但匪類都必像荊棘被丟棄； 人不敢用手拿它；
dàn fěi lèi dōu bì xiàng jīng jí bèi diū qì ； rén bù gǎn yòng shǒu ná tā ；
But all the ungodly will be as thorns to be thrust away, because they can’t be taken with the hand.
拿它的人必帶鐵器和槍桿， 終久它必被火焚燒。
ná tā de rén bì dài tiě qì hé qiāng gǎn ， zhōng jiǔ tā bì bèi huǒ fén shāo 。
The man who touches them must be armed with iron and the staff of a spear. They will be utterly burned with fire in their place.”
大衛勇士的名字記在下面：他革捫人約設‧巴設，又稱伊斯尼人亞底挪，他是軍長的統領，一時擊殺了八百人。
dà wèi yǒng shì de míng zì jì zài xià miàn ： tā gé mén rén yuē shè · bā shè ， yòu chēng yī sī ní rén yà dǐ nuó ， tā shì jūn zhǎng de tǒng lǐng ， yì shí jī shā le bā bǎi rén 。
These are the names of the mighty men whom David had: Josheb Basshebeth a Tahchemonite, chief of the captains; he was called Adino the Eznite, who killed eight hundred at one time.
其次是亞合人朵多的兒子以利亞撒。從前非利士人聚集要打仗，以色列人迎着上去，有跟隨大衛的三個勇士向非利士人罵陣，其中有以利亞撒。
qí cì shì yà hé rén duǒ duō de ér zi yǐ lì yà sā 。 cóng qián fēi lì shì rén jù jí yào dǎ zhàng ， yǐ sè liè rén yíng zhe shàng qù ， yǒu gēn suí dà wèi de sān gè yǒng shì xiàng fēi lì shì rén mà zhèn ， qí zhōng yǒu yǐ lì yà sā 。
After him was Eleazar the son of Dodai the son of an Ahohite, one of the three mighty men with David when they defied the Philistines who were there gathered together to battle, and the men of Israel had gone away.
他起來擊殺非利士人，直到手臂疲乏，手黏住刀把。那日耶和華使以色列人大獲全勝；眾民在以利亞撒後頭專奪財物。
tā qǐ lái jī shā fēi lì shì rén ， zhí dào shǒu bì pí fá ， shǒu nián zhù dāo bà 。 nà rì yē hé huá shǐ yǐ sè liè rén dà huò quán shèng ； zhòng mín zài yǐ lì yà sā hòu tou zhuān duó cái wù 。
He arose and struck the Philistines until his hand was weary, and his hand froze to the sword; and the LORD worked a great victory that day; and the people returned after him only to take plunder.
其次是哈拉人亞基的兒子沙瑪。一日，非利士人聚集成群，在一塊長滿紅豆的田裏，眾民就在非利士人面前逃跑。
qí cì shì hā lā rén yà jī de ér zi shā mǎ 。 yí rì ， fēi lì shì rén jù jí chéng qún ， zài yí kuài cháng mǎn hóng dòu de tián lǐ ， zhòng mín jiù zài fēi lì shì rén miàn qián táo pǎo 。
After him was Shammah the son of Agee a Hararite. The Philistines had gathered together into a troop where there was a plot of ground full of lentils; and the people fled from the Philistines.
沙瑪卻站在那田間擊殺非利士人，救護了那田。耶和華使以色列人大獲全勝。
shā mǎ què zhàn zài nà tián jiān jī shā fēi lì shì rén ， jiù hù le nà tián 。 yē hé huá shǐ yǐ sè liè rén dà huò quán shèng 。
But he stood in the middle of the plot and defended it, and killed the Philistines; and the LORD worked a great victory.
收割的時候，有三十個勇士中的三個人下到亞杜蘭洞見大衛。非利士的軍兵在利乏音谷安營。
shōu gē de shí hòu ， yǒu sān shí gè yǒng shì zhōng de sān gè rén xià dào yà dù lán dòng jiàn dà wèi 。 fēi lì shì de jūn bīng zài lì fá yīn gǔ ān yíng 。
Three of the thirty chief men went down, and came to David in the harvest time to the cave of Adullam; and the troop of the Philistines was encamped in the valley of Rephaim.
那時大衛在山寨，非利士人的防營在伯利恆。
nà shí dà wèi zài shān zhài ， fēi lì shì rén de fáng yíng zài bó lì héng 。
David was then in the stronghold; and the garrison of the Philistines was then in Bethlehem.
大衛渴想，說：「甚願有人將伯利恆城門旁、井裏的水打來給我喝。」
dà wèi kě xiǎng ， shuō ：「 shèn yuàn yǒu rén jiāng bó lì héng chéng mén páng 、 jǐng lǐ de shuǐ dǎ lái gěi wǒ hē 。」
David said longingly, “Oh that someone would give me water to drink from the well of Bethlehem, which is by the gate!”
這三個勇士就闖過非利士人的營盤，從伯利恆城門旁的井裏打水，拿來奉給大衛。他卻不肯喝，將水奠在耶和華面前，
zhè sān gè yǒng shì jiù chuǎng guò fēi lì shì rén de yíng pán ， cóng bó lì héng chéng mén páng de jǐng lǐ dǎ shuǐ ， ná lái fèng gěi dà wèi 。 tā què bù kěn hē ， jiāng shuǐ diàn zài yē hé huá miàn qián ，
The three mighty men broke through the army of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate and took it and brought it to David; but he would not drink of it, but poured it out to the LORD.
說：「耶和華啊，這三個人冒死去打水；這水好像他們的血一般，我斷不敢喝。」如此，大衛不肯喝。這是三個勇士所做的事。
shuō ：「 yē hé huá a ， zhè sān gè rén mào sǐ qù dǎ shuǐ ； zhè shuǐ hǎo xiàng tā men de xuè yì bān ， wǒ duàn bù gǎn hē 。」 rú cǐ ， dà wèi bù kěn hē 。 zhè shì sān gè yǒng shì suǒ zuò de shì 。
He said, “Be it far from me, LORD, that I should do this! Isn’t this the blood of the men who risked their lives to go?” Therefore he would not drink it. The three mighty men did these things.
洗魯雅的兒子、約押的兄弟亞比篩是這三個勇士的首領；他舉槍殺了三百人，就在三個勇士裏得了名。
xǐ lǔ yǎ de ér zi 、 yuē yā de xiōng dì yà bǐ shāi shì zhè sān gè yǒng shì de shǒu lǐng ； tā jǔ qiāng shā le sān bǎi rén ， jiù zài sān gè yǒng shì lǐ dé le míng 。
Abishai, the brother of Joab, the son of Zeruiah, was chief of the three. He lifted up his spear against three hundred and killed them, and had a name among the three.
他在這三個勇士裏是最尊貴的，所以作他們的首領，只是不及前三個勇士。
tā zài zhè sān gè yǒng shì lǐ shì zuì zūn guì de ， suǒ yǐ zuò tā men de shǒu lǐng ， zhǐ shì bù jí qián sān gè yǒng shì 。
Wasn’t he most honorable of the three? Therefore he was made their captain. However he wasn’t included as one of the three.
有甲薛勇士耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅行過大能的事；他殺了摩押人亞利伊勒的兩個兒子，又在下雪的時候下坑裏去，殺了一個獅子，
yǒu jiǎ xuē yǒng shì yē hé yē dà de ér zi bǐ ná yǎ xíng guò dà néng de shì ； tā shā le mó yā rén yà lì yī lè de liǎng gè ér zi ， yòu zài xià xuě de shí hòu xià kēng lǐ qù ， shā le yí gè shī zi ，
Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man of Kabzeel, who had done mighty deeds, killed the two sons of Ariel of Moab. He also went down and killed a lion in the middle of a pit in a time of snow.
又殺了一個強壯的埃及人；埃及人手裏拿着槍，比拿雅只拿着棍子下去，從埃及人手裏奪過槍來，用那槍將他殺死。
yòu shā le yí gè qiáng zhuàng de āi jí rén ； āi jí rén shǒu lǐ ná zhe qiāng ， bǐ ná yǎ zhī ná zhe gùn zi xià qù ， cóng āi jí rén shǒu lǐ duó guò qiāng lái ， yòng nà qiāng jiāng tā shā sǐ 。
He killed a huge Egyptian, and the Egyptian had a spear in his hand; but he went down to him with a staff and plucked the spear out of the Egyptian’s hand, and killed him with his own spear.
這是耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅所行的事，就在三個勇士裏得了名。
zhè shì yē hé yē dà de ér zi bǐ ná yǎ suǒ xíng de shì ， jiù zài sān gè yǒng shì lǐ dé le míng 。
Benaiah the son of Jehoiada did these things, and had a name among the three mighty men.
他比那三十個勇士都尊貴，只是不及前三個勇士。大衛立他作護衛長。
tā bǐ nà sān shí gè yǒng shì dōu zūn guì ， zhǐ shì bù jí qián sān gè yǒng shì 。 dà wèi lì tā zuò hù wèi cháng 。
He was more honorable than the thirty, but he didn’t attain to the three. David set him over his guard.
三十個勇士裏有約押的兄弟亞撒黑，伯利恆人朵多的兒子伊勒哈難，
sān shí gè yǒng shì lǐ yǒu yuē yā de xiōng dì yà sā hēi ， bó lì héng rén duǒ duō de ér zi yī lè hā nán ，
Asahel the brother of Joab was one of the thirty: Elhanan the son of Dodo of Bethlehem,
帕勒提人希利斯，提哥亞人益吉的兒子以拉，
pà lè tí rén xī lì sī ， tí gē yà rén yì jí de ér zi yǐ lā ，
Helez the Paltite, Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite,
亞拿突人亞比以謝，戶沙人米本乃，
yà ná tū rén yà bǐ yǐ xiè ， hù shā rén mǐ běn nǎi ，
Abiezer the Anathothite, Mebunnai the Hushathite,
亞合人撒們，尼陀法人瑪哈萊，
yà hé rén sā men ， ní tuó fǎ rén mǎ hā lái ，
Zalmon the Ahohite, Maharai the Netophathite,
尼陀法人巴拿的兒子希立，便雅憫族、基比亞人利拜的兒子以太，
ní tuó fǎ rén bā ná de ér zi xī lì ， biàn yǎ mǐn zú 、 jī bǐ yà rén lì bài de ér zi yǐ tài ，
Heleb the son of Baanah the Netophathite, Ittai the son of Ribai of Gibeah of the children of Benjamin,
比拉頓人比拿雅，迦實溪人希太，
bǐ lā dùn rén bǐ ná yǎ ， jiā shí xī rén xī tài ，
Benaiah a Pirathonite, Hiddai of the brooks of Gaash.
伯亞拉巴人亞比亞本，巴魯米人押斯瑪弗，
bó · yà lā bā rén yà bǐ yà běn ， bā lǔ mǐ rén yā sī mǎ fú ，
Abialbon the Arbathite, Azmaveth the Barhumite,
沙本人以利雅哈巴，雅善兒子中的約拿單，
shā běn rén yǐ lì yǎ hā bā ， yǎ shàn ér zi zhōng de yuē ná dān ，
Eliahba the Shaalbonite, the sons of Jashen, Jonathan,
哈拉人沙瑪，哈拉人沙拉的兒子亞希暗，
hā lā rén shā mǎ ， hā lā rén shā lā de ér zi yà xī àn ，
Shammah the Hararite, Ahiam the son of Sharar the Ararite,
瑪迦人亞哈拜的兒子以利法列，基羅人亞希多弗的兒子以連，
mǎ jiā rén yà hā bài de ér zi yǐ lì fǎ liè ， jī luó rén yà xī duō fú de ér zi yǐ lián ，
Eliphelet the son of Ahasbai, the son of the Maacathite, Eliam the son of Ahithophel the Gilonite,
瑣巴人拿單的兒子以甲，迦得人巴尼，
suǒ bā rén ná dān de ér zi yǐ jiǎ ， jiā dé rén bā ní ，
Igal the son of Nathan of Zobah, Bani the Gadite,
亞捫人洗勒，比錄人拿哈萊（是給洗魯雅的兒子約押拿兵器的），
yà mén rén xǐ lè ， bǐ lù rén ná hā lái （ shì gěi xǐ lǔ yǎ de ér zi yuē yā ná bīng qì de ），
Zelek the Ammonite, Naharai the Beerothite, armor bearers to Joab the son of Zeruiah,
赫人烏利亞，共有三十七人。
hè rén wū lì yà ， gòng yǒu sān shí qī rén 。
and Uriah the Hittite: thirty-seven in all.
