滿了一把，得享安靜，強如滿了兩把，勞碌捕風。
mǎn le yì bǎ ， dé xiǎng ān jìng ， qiáng rú mǎn le liǎng bǎ ， láo lù bǔ fēng 。
Better is a handful, with quietness, than two handfuls with labor and chasing after wind.
