創世記 19

那兩個天使晚上到了所多瑪；羅得正坐在所多瑪城門口，看見他們，就起來迎接，臉伏於地下拜，

nà liǎng gè tiān shǐ wǎn shàng dào le suǒ duō mǎ ； luó dé zhèng zuò zài suǒ duō mǎ chéng mén kǒu ， kàn jiàn tā men ， jiù qǐ lái yíng jiē ， liǎn fú yú dì xià bài ，

The two angels came to Sodom at evening. Lot sat in the gate of Sodom. Lot saw them, and rose up to meet them. He bowed himself with his face to the earth,

說：「我主啊，請你們到僕人家裏洗洗腳，住一夜，清早起來再走。」他們說：「不！我們要在街上過夜。」

shuō ：「 wǒ zhǔ a ， qǐng nǐ men dào pú rén jiā lǐ xǐ xǐ jiǎo ， zhù yí yè ， qīng zǎo qǐ lái zài zǒu 。」 tā men shuō ：「 bù ！ wǒ men yào zài jiē shàng guò yè 。」

and he said, “See now, my lords, please come into your servant’s house, stay all night, wash your feet, and you can rise up early, and go on your way.” They said, “No, but we will stay in the street all night.”

羅得切切地請他們，他們這才進去，到他屋裏。羅得為他們預備筵席，烤無酵餅，他們就吃了。

luó dé qiè qiè dì qǐng tā men ， tā men zhè cái jìn qù ， dào tā wū lǐ 。 luó dé wèi tā men yù bèi yán xí ， kǎo wú jiào bǐng ， tā men jiù chī le 。

He urged them greatly, and they came in with him, and entered into his house. He made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.

他們還沒有躺下，所多瑪城裏各處的人，連老帶少，都來圍住那房子，

tā men hái méi yǒu tǎng xià ， suǒ duō mǎ chéng lǐ gè chù de rén ， lián lǎo dài shǎo ， dōu lái wéi zhù nà fáng zi ，

But before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, surrounded the house, both young and old, all the people from every quarter.

呼叫羅得說：「今日晚上到你這裏來的人在哪裏呢？把他們帶出來，任我們所為。」

hū jiào luó dé shuō ：「 jīn rì wǎn shàng dào nǐ zhè lǐ lái de rén zài nǎ lǐ ne ？ bǎ tā men dài chū lái ， rèn wǒ men suǒ wèi 。」

They called to Lot, and said to him, “Where are the men who came in to you this night? Bring them out to us, that we may have sex with them.”

羅得出來，把門關上，到眾人那裏，

luó dé chū lái ， bǎ mén guān shàng ， dào zhòng rén nà lǐ ，

Lot went out to them through the door, and shut the door after himself.

說：「眾弟兄，請你們不要做這惡事。

shuō ：「 zhòng dì xiong ， qǐng nǐ men bú yào zuò zhè è shì 。

He said, “Please, my brothers, don’t act so wickedly.

我有兩個女兒，還是處女，容我領出來，任憑你們的心願而行；只是這兩個人既然到我舍下，不要向他們做甚麼。」

wǒ yǒu liǎng gè nǚ ér ， hái shì chǔ nǚ ， róng wǒ lǐng chū lái ， rèn píng nǐ men de xīn yuàn ér xíng ； zhǐ shì zhè liǎng gè rén jì rán dào wǒ shè xià ， bú yào xiàng tā men zuò shén me 。」

See now, I have two virgin daughters. Please let me bring them out to you, and you may do to them what seems good to you. Only don’t do anything to these men, because they have come under the shadow of my roof.”

眾人說：「退去吧！」又說：「這個人來寄居，還想要作官哪！現在我們要害你比害他們更甚。」眾人就向前擁擠羅得，要攻破房門。

zhòng rén shuō ：「 tuì qù ba ！」 yòu shuō ：「 zhè ge rén lái jì jū ， hái xiǎng yào zuò guān nǎ ！ xiàn zài wǒ men yào hài nǐ bǐ hài tā men gèng shèn 。」 zhòng rén jiù xiàng qián yōng jǐ luó dé ， yào gōng pò fáng mén 。

They said, “Stand back!” Then they said, “This one fellow came in to live as a foreigner, and he appoints himself a judge. Now we will deal worse with you than with them!” They pressed hard on the man Lot, and came near to break the door.

只是那二人伸出手來，將羅得拉進屋去，把門關上，

zhǐ shì nà èr rén shēn chū shǒu lái ， jiāng luó dé lā jìn wū qù ， bǎ mén guān shàng ，

But the men reached out their hand, and brought Lot into the house to them, and shut the door.

並且使門外的人，無論老少，眼都昏迷；他們摸來摸去，總尋不着房門。

bìng qiě shǐ mén wài de rén ， wú lùn lǎo shào ， yǎn dōu hūn mí ； tā men mō lái mō qù ， zǒng xún bù zhe fáng mén 。

They struck the men who were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

二人對羅得說：「你這裏還有甚麼人嗎？無論是女婿是兒女，和這城中一切屬你的人，你都要將他們從這地方帶出去。

èr rén duì luó dé shuō ：「 nǐ zhè lǐ hái yǒu shén me rén ma ？ wú lùn shì nǚ xu shì ér nǚ ， hé zhè chéng zhōng yí qiè shǔ nǐ de rén ， nǐ dōu yào jiāng tā men cóng zhè dì fāng dài chū qù 。

The men said to Lot, “Do you have anybody else here? Sons-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city, bring them out of the place:

我們要毀滅這地方；因為城內罪惡的聲音在耶和華面前甚大，耶和華差我們來，要毀滅這地方。」

wǒ men yào huǐ miè zhè dì fāng ； yīn wèi chéng nèi zuì è de shēng yīn zài yē hé huá miàn qián shèn dà ， yē hé huá chà wǒ men lái ， yào huǐ miè zhè dì fāng 。」

for we will destroy this place, because the outcry against them has grown so great before the LORD that the LORD has sent us to destroy it.”

羅得就出去，告訴娶了 他女兒的女婿們說：「你們起來離開這地方，因為耶和華要毀滅這城。」他女婿們卻以為他說的是戲言。

luó dé jiù chū qù ， gào sù qǔ le tā nǚ ér de nǚ xu men shuō ：「 nǐ men qǐ lái lí kāi zhè dì fāng ， yīn wèi yē hé huá yào huǐ miè zhè chéng 。」 tā nǚ xu men què yǐ wéi tā shuō de shì xì yán 。

Lot went out, and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters, and said, “Get up! Get out of this place, for the LORD will destroy the city!” But he seemed to his sons-in-law to be joking.

天明了，天使催逼羅得說：「起來！帶着你的妻子和你在這裏的兩個女兒出去，免得你因這城裏的罪惡同被剿滅。」

tiān míng le ， tiān shǐ cuī bī luó dé shuō ：「 qǐ lái ！ dài zhe nǐ de qī zǐ hé nǐ zài zhè lǐ de liǎng gè nǚ ér chū qù ， miǎn de nǐ yīn zhè chéng lǐ de zuì è tóng bèi jiǎo miè 。」

When the morning came, then the angels hurried Lot, saying, “Get up! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, lest you be consumed in the iniquity of the city.”

但羅得遲延不走。二人因為耶和華憐恤羅得，就拉着他的手和他妻子的手，並他兩個女兒的手，把他們領出來，安置在城外；

dàn luó dé chí yán bù zǒu 。 èr rén yīn wèi yē hé huá lián xù luó dé ， jiù lā zhe tā de shǒu hé tā qī zǐ de shǒu ， bìng tā liǎng gè nǚ ér de shǒu ， bǎ tā men lǐng chū lái ， ān zhì zài chéng wài ；

But he lingered; and the men grabbed his hand, his wife’s hand, and his two daughters’ hands, the LORD being merciful to him; and they took him out, and set him outside of the city.

領他們出來以後，就說：「逃命吧！不可回頭看，也不可在平原站住。要往山上逃跑，免得你被剿滅。」

lǐng tā men chū lái yǐ hòu ， jiù shuō ：「 táo mìng ba ！ bù kě huí tóu kàn ， yě bù kě zài píng yuán zhàn zhù 。 yào wǎng shān shàng táo pǎo ， miǎn de nǐ bèi jiǎo miè 。」

It came to pass, when they had taken them out, that he said, “Escape for your life! Don’t look behind you, and don’t stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be consumed!”

羅得對他們說：「我主啊，不要如此！

luó dé duì tā men shuō ：「 wǒ zhǔ a ， bú yào rú cǐ ！

Lot said to them, “Oh, not so, my lord.

你僕人已經在你眼前蒙恩；你又向我顯出莫大的慈愛，救我的性命。我不能逃到山上去，恐怕這災禍臨到我，我便死了。

nǐ pú rén yǐ jīng zài nǐ yǎn qián méng ēn ； nǐ yòu xiàng wǒ xiǎn chū mò dà de cí ài ， jiù wǒ de xìng mìng 。 wǒ bù néng táo dào shān shàng qù ， kǒng pà zhè zāi huò lín dào wǒ ， wǒ biàn sǐ le 。

See now, your servant has found favor in your sight, and you have magnified your loving kindness, which you have shown to me in saving my life. I can’t escape to the mountain, lest evil overtake me, and I die.

看哪，這座城又小又近，容易逃到，這不是一個小的嗎？求你容我逃到那裏，我的性命就得存活。」

kàn nǎ ， zhè zuò chéng yòu xiǎo yòu jìn ， róng yì táo dào ， zhè bú shì yí gè xiǎo de ma ？ qiú nǐ róng wǒ táo dào nà lǐ ， wǒ de xìng mìng jiù dé cún huó 。」

See now, this city is near to flee to, and it is a little one. Oh let me escape there (isn’t it a little one?), and my soul will live.”

天使對他說：「這事我也應允你；我不傾覆你所說的這城。

tiān shǐ duì tā shuō ：「 zhè shì wǒ yě yīng yǔn nǐ ； wǒ bù qīng fù nǐ suǒ shuō de zhè chéng 。

He said to him, “Behold, I have granted your request concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow the city of which you have spoken.

你要速速地逃到那城；因為你還沒有到那裏，我不能做甚麼。」因此那城名叫瑣珥 。

nǐ yào sù sù dì táo dào nà chéng ； yīn wèi nǐ hái méi yǒu dào nà lǐ ， wǒ bù néng zuò shén me 。」 yīn cǐ nà chéng míng jiào suǒ ěr 。

Hurry, escape there, for I can’t do anything until you get there.” Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

羅得到了瑣珥，日頭已經出來了。

luó dé dào le suǒ ěr ， rì tou yǐ jīng chū lái le 。

The sun had risen on the earth when Lot came to Zoar.

當時，耶和華將硫磺與火從天上耶和華那裏降與所多瑪和蛾摩拉，

dāng shí ， yē hé huá jiāng liú huáng yǔ huǒ cóng tiān shàng yē hé huá nà lǐ jiàng yǔ suǒ duō mǎ hé é mó lā ，

Then the LORD rained on Sodom and on Gomorrah sulfur and fire from the LORD out of the sky.

把那些城和全平原，並城裏所有的居民，連地上生長的，都毀滅了。

bǎ nà xiē chéng hé quán píng yuán ， bìng chéng lǐ suǒ yǒu de jū mín ， lián dì shàng shēng zhǎng de ， dōu huǐ miè le 。

He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew on the ground.

羅得的妻子在後邊回頭一看，就變成了一根鹽柱。

luó dé de qī zǐ zài hòu biān huí tóu yí kàn ， jiù biàn chéng le yì gēn yán zhù 。

But Lot’s wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.

亞伯拉罕清早起來，到了他從前站在耶和華面前的地方，

yà bó lā hǎn qīng zǎo qǐ lái ， dào le tā cóng qián zhàn zài yē hé huá miàn qián de dì fāng ，

Abraham went up early in the morning to the place where he had stood before the LORD.

向所多瑪和蛾摩拉與平原的全地觀看，不料，那地方煙氣上騰，如同燒窯一般。

xiàng suǒ duō mǎ hé é mó lā yǔ píng yuán de quán dì guān kàn ， bú liào ， nà dì fāng yān qì shàng téng ， rú tóng shāo yáo yì bān 。

He looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and saw that the smoke of the land went up as the smoke of a furnace.

當上帝毀滅平原諸城的時候，他記念亞伯拉罕，正在傾覆羅得所住之城的時候，就打發羅得從傾覆之中出來。

dāng shén huǐ miè píng yuán zhū chéng de shí hòu ， tā jì niàn yà bó lā hǎn ， zhèng zài qīng fù luó dé suǒ zhù zhī chéng de shí hòu ， jiù dǎ fā luó dé cóng qīng fù zhī zhōng chū lái 。

When God destroyed the cities of the plain, God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the middle of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in which Lot lived.

羅得因為怕住在瑣珥，就同他兩個女兒從瑣珥上去，住在山裏；他和兩個女兒住在一個洞裏。

luó dé yīn wèi pà zhù zài suǒ ěr ， jiù tóng tā liǎng gè nǚ ér cóng suǒ ěr shàng qù ， zhù zài shān lǐ ； tā hé liǎng gè nǚ ér zhù zài yí gè dòng lǐ 。

Lot went up out of Zoar, and lived in the mountain, and his two daughters with him; for he was afraid to live in Zoar. He lived in a cave with his two daughters.

大女兒對小女兒說：「我們的父親老了，地上又無人按着世上的常規進到我們這裏。

dà nǚ ér duì xiǎo nǚ ér shuō ：「 wǒ men de fù qīn lǎo le ， dì shàng yòu wú rén àn zhe shì shàng de cháng guī jìn dào wǒ men zhè lǐ 。

The firstborn said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in to us in the way of all the earth.

來！我們可以叫父親喝酒，與他同寢。這樣，我們好從他存留後裔。」

lái ！ wǒ men kě yǐ jiào fù qīn hē jiǔ ， yǔ tā tóng qǐn 。 zhè yàng ， wǒ men hǎo cóng tā cún liú hòu yì 。」

Come, let’s make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve our father’s family line.”

於是，那夜她們叫父親喝酒，大女兒就進去和她父親同寢；她幾時躺下，幾時起來，父親都不知道。

yú shì ， nà yè tā men jiào fù qīn hē jiǔ ， dà nǚ ér jiù jìn qù hé tā fù qīn tóng qǐn ； tā jǐ shí tǎng xià ， jǐ shí qǐ lái ， fù qīn dōu bù zhī dào 。

They made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father. He didn’t know when she lay down, nor when she arose.

第二天，大女兒對小女兒說：「我昨夜與父親同寢。今夜我們再叫他喝酒，你可以進去與他同寢。這樣，我們好從父親存留後裔。」

dì èr tiān ， dà nǚ ér duì xiǎo nǚ ér shuō ：「 wǒ zuó yè yǔ fù qīn tóng qǐn 。 jīn yè wǒ men zài jiào tā hē jiǔ ， nǐ kě yǐ jìn qù yǔ tā tóng qǐn 。 zhè yàng ， wǒ men hǎo cóng fù qīn cún liú hòu yì 。」

It came to pass on the next day, that the firstborn said to the younger, “Behold, I lay last night with my father. Let’s make him drink wine again tonight. You go in, and lie with him, that we may preserve our father’s family line.”

於是，那夜她們又叫父親喝酒，小女兒起來與她父親同寢；她幾時躺下，幾時起來，父親都不知道。

yú shì ， nà yè tā men yòu jiào fù qīn hē jiǔ ， xiǎo nǚ ér qǐ lái yǔ tā fù qīn tóng qǐn ； tā jǐ shí tǎng xià ， jǐ shí qǐ lái ， fù qīn dōu bù zhī dào 。

They made their father drink wine that night also. The younger went and lay with him. He didn’t know when she lay down, nor when she got up.

這樣，羅得的兩個女兒都從她父親懷了孕。

zhè yàng ， luó dé de liǎng gè nǚ ér dōu cóng tā fù qīn huái le yùn 。

Thus both of Lot’s daughters were with child by their father.

大女兒生了兒子，給他起名叫摩押，就是現今摩押人的始祖。

dà nǚ ér shēng le ér zi ， gěi tā qǐ míng jiào mó yā ， jiù shì xiàn jīn mó yā rén de shǐ zǔ 。

The firstborn bore a son, and named him Moab. He is the father of the Moabites to this day.

小女兒也生了兒子，給他起名叫便‧亞米，就是現今亞捫人的始祖。

xiǎo nǚ ér yě shēng le ér zi ， gěi tā qǐ míng jiào biàn · yà mǐ ， jiù shì xiàn jīn yà mén rén de shǐ zǔ 。

The younger also bore a son, and called his name Ben Ammi. He is the father of the children of Ammon to this day.
