以賽亞書 18

唉！古實河外翅膀刷刷響聲之地，

ài ！ gǔ shí hé wài chì bǎng shuā shuā xiǎng shēng zhī dì ，

Ah, the land of the rustling of wings, which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia;

差遣使者在水面上， 坐蒲草船過海。 先知說：你們快行的使者， 要到高大光滑的民那裏去。 自從開國以來，那民極其可畏， 是分地界踐踏人的； 他們的地有江河分開。

chāi qiǎn shǐ zhě zài shuǐ miàn shàng ， zuò pú cǎo chuán guò hǎi 。 xiān zhī shuō ： nǐ men kuài xíng de shǐ zhě ， yào dào gāo dà guāng huá de mín nà lǐ qù 。 zì cóng kāi guó yǐ lái ， nà mín jí qí kě wèi ， shì fēn dì jiè jiàn tà rén de ； tā men de dì yǒu jiāng hé fēn kāi 。

that sends ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of papyrus on the waters, saying, “Go, you swift messengers, to a nation tall and smooth, to a people awesome from their beginning onward, a nation that measures out and treads down, whose land the rivers divide!”

世上一切的居民和地上所住的人哪， 山上豎立大旗的時候你們要看； 吹角的時候你們要聽。

shì shàng yí qiè de jū mín hé dì shàng suǒ zhù de rén nǎ ， shān shàng shù lì dà qí de shí hòu nǐ men yào kàn ； chuī jiǎo de shí hòu nǐ men yào tīng 。

All you inhabitants of the world, and you dwellers on the earth, when a banner is lifted up on the mountains, look! When the trumpet is blown, listen!

耶和華對我這樣說： 我要安靜，在我的居所觀看， 如同日光中的清熱， 又如露水的雲霧在收割的熱天。

yē hé huá duì wǒ zhè yàng shuō ： wǒ yào ān jìng ， zài wǒ de jū suǒ guān kàn ， rú tóng rì guāng zhōng de qīng rè ， yòu rú lù shuǐ de yún wù zài shōu gē de rè tiān 。

For the LORD said to me, “I will be still, and I will see in my dwelling place, like clear heat in sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.”

收割之先，花開已謝， 花也成了將熟的葡萄； 他必用鐮刀削去嫩枝， 又砍掉蔓延的枝條，

shōu gē zhī xiān ， huā kāi yǐ xiè ， huā yě chéng le jiāng shú de pú táo ； tā bì yòng lián dāo xiāo qù nèn zhī ， yòu kǎn diào màn yán de zhī tiáo ，

For before the harvest, when the blossom is over, and the flower becomes a ripening grape, he will cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks, and he will cut down and take away the spreading branches.

都要撇給山間的鷙鳥和地上的野獸。 夏天，鷙鳥要宿在其上； 冬天，野獸都臥在其中。

dōu yào piě gěi shān jiān de zhì niǎo hé dì shàng de yě shòu 。 xià tiān ， zhì niǎo yào sù zài qí shàng ； dōng tiān ， yě shòu dōu wò zài qí zhōng 。

They will be left together for the ravenous birds of the mountains, and for the animals of the earth. The ravenous birds will eat them in the summer, and all the animals of the earth will eat them in the winter.

到那時，這高大光滑的民， 就是從開國以來極其可畏、 分地界踐踏人的， 他們的地有江河分開； 他們必將禮物奉給萬軍之耶和華， 就是奉到錫安山－ 耶和華安置他名的地方。

dào nà shí ， zhè gāo dà guāng huá de mín ， jiù shì cóng kāi guó yǐ lái jí qí kě wèi 、 fēn dì jiè jiàn tà rén de ， tā men de dì yǒu jiāng hé fēn kāi ； tā men bì jiāng lǐ wù fèng gěi wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá ， jiù shì fèng dào xī ān shān — yē hé huá ān zhì tā míng de dì fāng 。

In that time, a present will be brought to the LORD of Armies from a people tall and smooth, even from a people awesome from their beginning onward, a nation that measures out and treads down, whose land the rivers divide, to the place of the name of the LORD of Armies, Mount Zion.
