我何時論到一邦或一國說，要建立、栽植；
wǒ hé shí lùn dào yì bāng huò yì guó shuō ， yào jiàn lì 、 zāi zhí ；
At the instant I speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it,
