約書亞記 10

耶路撒冷王亞多尼‧洗德聽見約書亞奪了艾城，盡行毀滅，怎樣待耶利哥和耶利哥的王，也照樣待艾城和艾城的王，又聽見基遍的居民與以色列人立了和約，住在他們中間，

yē lù sā lěng wáng yà duō ní · xǐ dé tīng jiàn yuē shū yà duó le ài chéng ， jìn xíng huǐ miè ， zěn yàng dài yē lì gē hé yē lì gē de wáng ， yě zhào yàng dài ài chéng hé ài chéng de wáng ， yòu tīng jiàn jī biàn de jū mín yǔ yǐ sè liè rén lì le hé yuē ， zhù zài tā men zhōng jiān ，

Now when Adoni-Zedek king of Jerusalem heard how Joshua had taken Ai, and had utterly destroyed it; as he had done to Jericho and her king, so he had done to Ai and her king; and how the inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel, and were among them,

就甚懼怕；因為基遍是一座大城，如都城一般，比艾城更大，並且城內的人都是勇士。

jiù shèn jù pà ； yīn wèi jī biàn shì yí zuò dà chéng ， rú dū chéng yì bān ， bǐ ài chéng gèng dà ， bìng qiě chéng nèi de rén dōu shì yǒng shì 。

they were very afraid, because Gibeon was a great city, as one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all its men were mighty.

所以耶路撒冷王亞多尼‧洗德打發人去見希伯崙王何咸、耶末王毗蘭、拉吉王雅非亞，和伊磯倫王底璧，說：

suǒ yǐ yē lù sā lěng wáng yà duō ní · xǐ dé dǎ fā rén qù jiàn xī bó wáng hé xián 、 yē mò wáng pí lán 、 lā jí wáng yǎ fēi yà ， hé yī jī lún wáng dǐ bì ， shuō ：

Therefore Adoni-Zedek king of Jerusalem sent to Hoham king of Hebron, Piram king of Jarmuth, Japhia king of Lachish, and Debir king of Eglon, saying,

「求你們上來幫助我，我們好攻打基遍，因為他們與約書亞和以色列人立了和約。」

「 qiú nǐ men shàng lái bāng zhù wǒ ， wǒ men hǎo gōng dǎ jī biàn ， yīn wèi tā men yǔ yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè rén lì le hé yuē 。」

“Come up to me and help me. Let’s strike Gibeon; for they have made peace with Joshua and with the children of Israel.”

於是五個亞摩利王，就是耶路撒冷王、希伯崙王、耶末王、拉吉王、伊磯倫王，大家聚集，率領他們的眾軍上去，對着基遍安營，攻打基遍。

yú shì wǔ gè yà mó lì wáng ， jiù shì yē lù sā lěng wáng 、 xī bó wáng 、 yē mò wáng 、 lā jí wáng 、 yī jī lún wáng ， dà jiā jù jí ， shuài lǐng tā men de zhòng jūn shàng qù ， duì zhe jī biàn ān yíng ， gōng dǎ jī biàn 。

Therefore the five kings of the Amorites, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon, gathered themselves together and went up, they and all their armies, and encamped against Gibeon, and made war against it.

基遍人就打發人往吉甲的營中去見約書亞，說：「你不要袖手不顧你的僕人，求你速速上來拯救我們，幫助我們，因為住山地亞摩利人的諸王都聚集攻擊我們。」

jī biàn rén jiù dǎ fā rén wǎng jí jiǎ de yíng zhōng qù jiàn yuē shū yà ， shuō ：「 nǐ bú yào xiù shǒu bú gù nǐ de pú rén ， qiú nǐ sù sù shàng lái zhěng jiù wǒ men ， bāng zhù wǒ men ， yīn wèi zhù shān dì yà mó lì rén de zhū wáng dū jù jí gōng jī wǒ men 。」

The men of Gibeon sent to Joshua at the camp at Gilgal, saying, “Don’t abandon your servants! Come up to us quickly and save us! Help us; for all the kings of the Amorites that dwell in the hill country have gathered together against us.”

於是約書亞和他一切兵丁，並大能的勇士，都從吉甲上去。

yú shì yuē shū yà hé tā yí qiè bīng dīng ， bìng dà néng de yǒng shì ， dōu cóng jí jiǎ shàng qù 。

So Joshua went up from Gilgal, he and the whole army with him, including all the mighty men of valor.

耶和華對約書亞說：「不要怕他們；因為我已將他們交在你手裏，他們無一人能在你面前站立得住。」

yē hé huá duì yuē shū yà shuō ：「 bú yào pà tā men ； yīn wèi wǒ yǐ jiāng tā men jiāo zài nǐ shǒu lǐ ， tā men wú yì rén néng zài nǐ miàn qián zhàn lì dé zhù 。」

The LORD said to Joshua, “Don’t fear them, for I have delivered them into your hands. Not a man of them will stand before you.”

約書亞就終夜從吉甲上去，猛然臨到他們那裏。

yuē shū yà jiù zhōng yè cóng jí jiǎ shàng qù ， měng rán lín dào tā men nà lǐ 。

Joshua therefore came to them suddenly. He marched from Gilgal all night.

耶和華使他們在以色列人面前潰亂。約書亞在基遍大大地殺敗他們，追趕他們，在伯‧和崙的上坡路擊殺他們，直到亞西加和瑪基大。

yē hé huá shǐ tā men zài yǐ sè liè rén miàn qián kuì luàn 。 yuē shū yà zài jī biàn dà dà dì shā bài tā men ， zhuī gǎn tā men ， zài bó · hé de shàng pō lù jī shā tā men ， zhí dào yà xī jiā hé mǎ jī dà 。

The LORD confused them before Israel. He killed them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them by the way of the ascent of Beth Horon, and struck them to Azekah and to Makkedah.

他們在以色列人面前逃跑，正在伯‧和崙下坡的時候，耶和華從天上降大冰雹 在他們身上，直降到亞西加，打死他們。被冰雹打死的，比以色列人用刀殺死的還多。

tā men zài yǐ sè liè rén miàn qián táo pǎo ， zhèng zài bó · hé xià pō de shí hòu ， yē hé huá cóng tiān shàng jiàng dà bīng báo zài tā men shēn shàng ， zhí jiàng dào yà xī jiā ， dǎ sǐ tā men 。 bèi bīng báo dǎ sǐ de ， bǐ yǐ sè liè rén yòng dāo shā sǐ de hái duō 。

As they fled from before Israel, while they were at the descent of Beth Horon, the LORD hurled down great stones from the sky on them to Azekah, and they died. There were more who died from the hailstones than those whom the children of Israel killed with the sword.

當耶和華將亞摩利人交付以色列人的日子，約書亞就禱告耶和華，在以色列人眼前說： 日頭啊，你要停在基遍； 月亮啊，你要止在亞雅崙谷。

dāng yē hé huá jiāng yà mó lì rén jiāo fù yǐ sè liè rén de rì zǐ ， yuē shū yà jiù dǎo gào yē hé huá ， zài yǐ sè liè rén yǎn qián shuō ： rì tóu a ， nǐ yào tíng zài jī biàn ； yuè liàng a ， nǐ yào zhǐ zài yà yǎ gǔ 。

Then Joshua spoke to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel. He said in the sight of Israel, “Sun, stand still on Gibeon! You, moon, stop in the valley of Aijalon!”

於是日頭停留，月亮止住， 直等國民向敵人報仇。 這事豈不是寫在雅煞珥書上嗎？日頭在天當中停住，不急速下落，約有一日之久。

yú shì rì tou tíng liú ， yuè liàng zhǐ zhù ， zhí děng guó mín xiàng dí rén bào chóu 。 zhè shì qǐ bú shì xiě zài yǎ shà ěr shū shàng ma ？ rì tou zài tiān dāng zhōng tíng zhù ， bù jí sù xià luò ， yuē yǒu yí rì zhī jiǔ 。

The sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the nation had avenged themselves of their enemies. Isn’t this written in the book of Jashar? The sun stayed in the middle of the sky, and didn’t hurry to go down about a whole day.

在這日以前，這日以後，耶和華聽人的禱告，沒有像這日的，是因耶和華為以色列爭戰。

zài zhè rì yǐ qián ， zhè rì yǐ hòu ， yē hé huá tīng rén de dǎo gào ， méi yǒu xiàng zhè rì de ， shì yīn yē hé huá wèi yǐ sè liè zhēng zhàn 。

There was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD listened to the voice of a man; for the LORD fought for Israel.

約書亞和以色列眾人回到吉甲的營中。

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén huí dào jí jiǎ de yíng zhōng 。

Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, to the camp to Gilgal.

那五王逃跑，藏在瑪基大洞裏。

nà wǔ wáng táo pǎo ， cáng zài mǎ jī dà dòng lǐ 。

These five kings fled, and hid themselves in the cave at Makkedah.

有人告訴約書亞說：「那五王已經找到了，都藏在瑪基大洞裏。」

yǒu rén gào sù yuē shū yà shuō ：「 nà wǔ wáng yǐ jīng zhǎo dào le ， dōu cáng zài mǎ jī dà dòng lǐ 。」

Joshua was told, saying, “The five kings have been found, hidden in the cave at Makkedah.”

約書亞說：「你們把幾塊大石頭滾到洞口，派人看守，

yuē shū yà shuō ：「 nǐ men bǎ jǐ kuài dà shí tou gǔn dào dòng kǒu ， pài rén kān shǒu ，

Joshua said, “Roll large stones to cover the cave’s entrance, and set men by it to guard them;

你們卻不可耽延，要追趕你們的仇敵，擊殺他們儘後邊的人，不容他們進自己的城邑，因為耶和華－你們的上帝已經把他們交在你們手裏。」

nǐ men què bù kě dān yán ， yào zhuī gǎn nǐ men de chóu dí ， jī shā tā men jìn hòu biān de rén ， bù róng tā men jìn zì jǐ de chéng yì ， yīn wèi yē hé huá — nǐ men de shén yǐ jīng bǎ tā men jiāo zài nǐ men shǒu lǐ 。」

but don’t stay there. Pursue your enemies, and attack them from the rear. Don’t allow them to enter into their cities; for the LORD your God has delivered them into your hand.”

約書亞和以色列人大大殺敗他們，直到將他們滅盡；其中剩下的人都進了堅固的城。

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè rén dà dà shā bài tā men ， zhí dào jiāng tā men miè jìn ； qí zhōng shèng xià de rén dōu jìn le jiān gù de chéng 。

When Joshua and the children of Israel had finished killing them with a very great slaughter until they were consumed, and the remnant which remained of them had entered into the fortified cities,

眾百姓就安然回瑪基大營中，到約書亞那裏。沒有一人敢向以色列人饒舌。

zhòng bǎi xìng jiù ān rán huí mǎ jī dà yíng zhōng ， dào yuē shū yà nà lǐ 。 méi yǒu yì rén gǎn xiàng yǐ sè liè rén ráo shé 。

all the people returned to the camp to Joshua at Makkedah in peace. None moved his tongue against any of the children of Israel.

約書亞說：「打開洞口，將那五王從洞裏帶出來，領到我面前。」

yuē shū yà shuō ：「 dǎ kāi dòng kǒu ， jiāng nà wǔ wáng cóng dòng lǐ dài chū lái ， lǐng dào wǒ miàn qián 。」

Then Joshua said, “Open the cave entrance, and bring those five kings out of the cave to me.”

眾人就這樣行，將那五王，就是耶路撒冷王、希伯崙王、耶末王、拉吉王、伊磯倫王，從洞裏帶出來，領到約書亞面前。

zhòng rén jiù zhè yàng xíng ， jiāng nà wǔ wáng ， jiù shì yē lù sā lěng wáng 、 xī bó wáng 、 yē mò wáng 、 lā jí wáng 、 yī jī lún wáng ， cóng dòng lǐ dài chū lái ， lǐng dào yuē shū yà miàn qián 。

They did so, and brought those five kings out of the cave to him: the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon.

帶出那五王到約書亞面前的時候，約書亞就召了以色列眾人來，對那些和他同去的軍長說：「你們近前來，把腳踏在這些王的頸項上。」他們就近前來，把腳踏在這些王的頸項上。

dài chū nà wǔ wáng dào yuē shū yà miàn qián de shí hòu ， yuē shū yà jiù zhào le yǐ sè liè zhòng rén lái ， duì nà xiē hé tā tóng qù de jūn zhǎng shuō ：「 nǐ men jìn qián lái ， bǎ jiǎo tà zài zhè xiē wáng de jǐng xiàng shàng 。」 tā men jiù jìn qián lái ， bǎ jiǎo tà zài zhè xiē wáng de jǐng xiàng shàng 。

When they brought those kings out to Joshua, Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said to the chiefs of the men of war who went with him, “Come near. Put your feet on the necks of these kings.” They came near, and put their feet on their necks.

約書亞對他們說：「你們不要懼怕，也不要驚惶。應當剛強壯膽，因為耶和華必這樣待你們所要攻打的一切仇敵。」

yuē shū yà duì tā men shuō ：「 nǐ men bú yào jù pà ， yě bú yào jīng huáng 。 yīng dāng gāng qiáng zhuàng dǎn ， yīn wèi yē hé huá bì zhè yàng dài nǐ men suǒ yào gōng dǎ de yí qiè chóu dí 。」

Joshua said to them, “Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed. Be strong and courageous, for the LORD will do this to all your enemies against whom you fight.”

隨後約書亞將這五王殺死，掛在五棵樹上。他們就在樹上直掛到晚上。

suí hòu yuē shū yà jiāng zhè wǔ wáng shā sǐ ， guà zài wǔ kē shù shàng 。 tā men jiù zài shù shàng zhí guà dào wǎn shàng 。

Afterward Joshua struck them, put them to death, and hanged them on five trees. They were hanging on the trees until the evening.

日頭要落的時候，約書亞一吩咐，人就把屍首從樹上取下來，丟在他們藏過的洞裏，把幾塊大石頭放在洞口，直存到今日。

rì tou yào luò de shí hòu ， yuē shū yà yì fēn fù ， rén jiù bǎ shī shǒu cóng shù shàng qǔ xià lái ， diū zài tā men cáng guò de dòng lǐ ， bǎ jǐ kuài dà shí tou fàng zài dòng kǒu ， zhí cún dào jīn rì 。

At the time of the going down of the sun, Joshua commanded, and they took them down off the trees, and threw them into the cave in which they had hidden themselves, and laid great stones on the mouth of the cave, which remain to this very day.

當日，約書亞奪了瑪基大，用刀擊殺城中的人和王；將其中一切人口盡行殺滅，沒有留下一個。他待瑪基大王，像從前待耶利哥王一樣。

dāng rì ， yuē shū yà duó le mǎ jī dà ， yòng dāo jī shā chéng zhōng de rén hé wáng ； jiāng qí zhōng yí qiè rén kǒu jìn xíng shā miè ， méi yǒu liú xià yí gè 。 tā dài mǎ jī dà wáng ， xiàng cóng qián dài yē lì gē wáng yí yàng 。

Joshua took Makkedah on that day, and struck it with the edge of the sword, with its king. He utterly destroyed it and all the souls who were in it. He left no one remaining. He did to the king of Makkedah as he had done to the king of Jericho.

約書亞和以色列眾人從瑪基大往立拿去，攻打立拿。

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén cóng mǎ jī dà wǎng lì ná qù ， gōng dǎ lì ná 。

Joshua passed from Makkedah, and all Israel with him, to Libnah, and fought against Libnah.

耶和華將立拿和立拿的王也交在以色列人手裏。約書亞攻打這城，用刀擊殺了城中的一切人口，沒有留下一個。他待立拿王，像從前待耶利哥王一樣。

yē hé huá jiāng lì ná hé lì ná de wáng yě jiāo zài yǐ sè liè rén shǒu lǐ 。 yuē shū yà gōng dǎ zhè chéng ， yòng dāo jī shā le chéng zhōng de yí qiè rén kǒu ， méi yǒu liú xià yí gè 。 tā dài lì ná wáng ， xiàng cóng qián dài yē lì gē wáng yí yàng 。

The LORD delivered it also, with its king, into the hand of Israel. He struck it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls who were in it. He left no one remaining in it. He did to its king as he had done to the king of Jericho.

約書亞和以色列眾人從立拿往拉吉去，對着拉吉安營，攻打這城。

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén cóng lì ná wǎng lā jí qù ， duì zhe lā jí ān yíng ， gōng dǎ zhè chéng 。

Joshua passed from Libnah, and all Israel with him, to Lachish, and encamped against it, and fought against it.

耶和華將拉吉交在以色列人的手裏。第二天約書亞就奪了拉吉，用刀擊殺了城中的一切人口，是照他向立拿一切所行的。

yē hé huá jiāng lā jí jiāo zài yǐ sè liè rén de shǒu lǐ 。 dì èr tiān yuē shū yà jiù duó le lā jí ， yòng dāo jī shā le chéng zhōng de yí qiè rén kǒu ， shì zhào tā xiàng lì ná yí qiè suǒ xíng de 。

The LORD delivered Lachish into the hand of Israel. He took it on the second day, and struck it with the edge of the sword, with all the souls who were in it, according to all that he had done to Libnah.

那時基色王荷蘭上來幫助拉吉，約書亞就把他和他的民都擊殺了，沒有留下一個。

nà shí jī sè wáng hé lán shàng lái bāng zhù lā jí ， yuē shū yà jiù bǎ tā hé tā de mín dōu jī shā le ， méi yǒu liú xià yí gè 。

Then Horam king of Gezer came up to help Lachish; and Joshua struck him and his people, until he had left him no one remaining.

約書亞和以色列眾人從拉吉往伊磯倫去，對着伊磯倫安營，攻打這城。

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén cóng lā jí wǎng yī jī lún qù ， duì zhe yī jī lún ān yíng ， gōng dǎ zhè chéng 。

Joshua passed from Lachish, and all Israel with him, to Eglon; and they encamped against it and fought against it.

當日就奪了城，用刀擊殺了城中的人。那日，約書亞將城中的一切人口盡行殺滅，是照他向拉吉一切所行的。

dāng rì jiù duó le chéng ， yòng dāo jī shā le chéng zhōng de rén 。 nà rì ， yuē shū yà jiāng chéng zhōng de yí qiè rén kǒu jìn xíng shā miè ， shì zhào tā xiàng lā jí yí qiè suǒ xíng de 。

They took it on that day, and struck it with the edge of the sword. He utterly destroyed all the souls who were in it that day, according to all that he had done to Lachish.

約書亞和以色列眾人從伊磯倫上希伯崙去，攻打這城，

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén cóng yī jī lún shàng xī bó qù ， gōng dǎ zhè chéng ，

Joshua went up from Eglon, and all Israel with him, to Hebron; and they fought against it.

就奪了希伯崙和屬希伯崙的諸城邑，用刀將城中的人與王，並那些城邑中的人口，都擊殺了，沒有留下一個，是照他向伊磯倫所行的，把城中的一切人口盡行殺滅。

jiù duó le xī bó hé shǔ xī bó de zhū chéng yì ， yòng dāo jiāng chéng zhōng de rén yǔ wáng ， bìng nà xiē chéng yì zhōng de rén kǒu ， dōu jī shā le ， méi yǒu liú xià yí gè ， shì zhào tā xiàng yī jī lún suǒ xíng de ， bǎ chéng zhōng de yí qiè rén kǒu jìn xíng shā miè 。

They took it, and struck it with the edge of the sword, with its king and all its cities, and all the souls who were in it. He left no one remaining, according to all that he had done to Eglon; but he utterly destroyed it, and all the souls who were in it.

約書亞和以色列眾人回到底璧，攻打這城，

yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén huí dào dǐ bì ， gōng dǎ zhè chéng ，

Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, to Debir, and fought against it.

就奪了底璧和屬底璧的城邑，又擒獲底璧的王，用刀將這些城中的人口盡行殺滅，沒有留下一個。他待底璧和底璧王，像從前待希伯崙和立拿與立拿王一樣。

jiù duó le dǐ bì hé shǔ dǐ bì de chéng yì ， yòu qín huò dǐ bì de wáng ， yòng dāo jiāng zhè xiē chéng zhōng de rén kǒu jìn xíng shā miè ， méi yǒu liú xià yí gè 。 tā dài dǐ bì hé dǐ bì wáng ， xiàng cóng qián dài xī bó hé lì ná yǔ lì ná wáng yí yàng 。

He took it, with its king and all its cities. They struck them with the edge of the sword, and utterly destroyed all the souls who were in it. He left no one remaining. As he had done to Hebron, so he did to Debir, and to its king; as he had done also to Libnah, and to its king.

這樣，約書亞擊殺全地的人，就是山地、南地、高原、山坡的人，和那些地的諸王，沒有留下一個。將凡有氣息的盡行殺滅，正如耶和華－以色列的上帝所吩咐的。

zhè yàng ， yuē shū yà jī shā quán dì de rén ， jiù shì shān dì 、 nán dì 、 gāo yuán 、 shān pō de rén ， hé nà xiē dì de zhū wáng ， méi yǒu liú xià yí gè 。 jiāng fán yǒu qì xī de jìn xíng shā miè ， zhèng rú yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén suǒ fēn fù de 。

So Joshua struck all the land, the hill country, the South, the lowland, the slopes, and all their kings. He left no one remaining, but he utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD, the God of Israel, commanded.

約書亞從加低斯‧巴尼亞攻擊到迦薩，又攻擊歌珊全地，直到基遍。

yuē shū yà cóng jiā dī sī · bā ní yà gōng jī dào jiā sà ， yòu gōng jī gē shān quán dì ， zhí dào jī biàn 。

Joshua struck them from Kadesh Barnea even to Gaza, and all the country of Goshen, even to Gibeon.

約書亞一時殺敗了這些王，並奪了他們的地，因為耶和華－以色列的上帝為以色列爭戰。

yuē shū yà yì shí shā bài le zhè xiē wáng ， bìng duó le tā men de dì ， yīn wèi yē hé huá — yǐ sè liè de shén wèi yǐ sè liè zhēng zhàn 。

Joshua took all these kings and their land at one time because the LORD, the God of Israel, fought for Israel.

於是約書亞和以色列眾人回到吉甲的營中。

yú shì yuē shū yà hé yǐ sè liè zhòng rén huí dào jí jiǎ de yíng zhōng 。

Joshua returned, and all Israel with him, to the camp to Gilgal.
