耶和華曉諭摩西說：

yē hé huá xiǎo yù mó xī shuō ：

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

「你告訴亞倫說：點燈的時候，七盞燈都要向燈臺前面發光。」

「 nǐ gào sù yà lún shuō ： diǎn dēng de shí hòu ， qī zhǎn dēng dōu yào xiàng dēng tái qián miàn fā guāng 。」

“Speak to Aaron, and tell him, ‘When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in front of the lamp stand.’”

亞倫便這樣行。他點燈臺上的燈，使燈向前發光，是照耶和華所吩咐摩西的。

yà lún biàn zhè yàng xíng 。 tā diǎn dēng tái shàng de dēng ， shǐ dēng xiàng qián fā guāng ， shì zhào yē hé huá suǒ fēn fù mó xī de 。

Aaron did so. He lit its lamps to light the area in front of the lamp stand, as the LORD commanded Moses.

這燈臺的做法是用金子錘出來的，連座帶花都是錘出來的。摩西製造燈臺，是照耶和華所指示的樣式。

zhè dēng tái de zuò fǎ shì yòng jīn zǐ chuí chū lái de ， lián zuò dài huā dōu shì chuí chū lái de 。 mó xī zhì zào dēng tái ， shì zhào yē hé huá suǒ zhǐ shì de yàng shì 。

This was the workmanship of the lamp stand, beaten work of gold. From its base to its flowers, it was beaten work. He made the lamp stand according to the pattern which the LORD had shown Moses.

耶和華曉諭摩西說：

yē hé huá xiǎo yù mó xī shuō ：

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

「你從以色列人中選出利未人來，潔淨他們。

「 nǐ cóng yǐ sè liè rén zhōng xuǎn chū lì wèi rén lái ， jié jìng tā men 。

“Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them.

潔淨他們當這樣行：用除罪水彈在他們身上，又叫他們用剃頭刀刮全身，洗衣服，潔淨自己。

jié jìng tā men dāng zhè yàng xíng ： yòng chú zuì shuǐ tán zài tā men shēn shàng ， yòu jiào tā men yòng tì tóu dāo guā quán shēn ， xǐ yī fu ， jié jìng zì jǐ 。

You shall do this to them to cleanse them: sprinkle the water of cleansing on them, let them shave their whole bodies with a razor, let them wash their clothes, and cleanse themselves.

然後叫他們取一隻公牛犢，並同獻的素祭，就是調油的細麵；你要另取一隻公牛犢作贖罪祭。

rán hòu jiào tā men qǔ yì zhī gōng niú dú ， bìng tóng xiàn de sù jì ， jiù shì tiáo yóu de xì miàn ； nǐ yào lìng qǔ yì zhī gōng niú dú zuò shú zuì jì 。

Then let them take a young bull and its meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil; and another young bull you shall take for a sin offering.

將利未人奉到會幕前，招聚以色列全會眾。

jiāng lì wèi rén fèng dào huì mù qián ， zhāo jù yǐ sè liè quán huì zhòng 。

You shall present the Levites before the Tent of Meeting. You shall assemble the whole congregation of the children of Israel.

將利未人奉到耶和華面前，以色列人要按手在他們頭上。

jiāng lì wèi rén fèng dào yē hé huá miàn qián ， yǐ sè liè rén yào àn shǒu zài tā men tóu shàng 。

You shall present the Levites before the LORD. The children of Israel shall lay their hands on the Levites,

亞倫也將他們奉到耶和華面前，為以色列人當作搖祭，使他們好辦耶和華的事。

yà lún yě jiāng tā men fèng dào yē hé huá miàn qián ， wèi yǐ sè liè rén dàng zuò yáo jì ， shǐ tā men hǎo bàn yē hé huá de shì 。

and Aaron shall offer the Levites before the LORD for a wave offering on the behalf of the children of Israel, that it may be theirs to do the service of the LORD.

利未人要按手在那兩隻牛的頭上；你要將一隻作贖罪祭，一隻作燔祭，獻給耶和華，為利未人贖罪。

lì wèi rén yào àn shǒu zài nà liǎng zhī niú de tóu shàng ； nǐ yào jiāng yì zhī zuò shú zuì jì ， yì zhī zuò fán jì ， xiàn gěi yē hé huá ， wèi lì wèi rén shú zuì 。

“The Levites shall lay their hands on the heads of the bulls, and you shall offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering to the LORD, to make atonement for the Levites.

你也要使利未人站在亞倫和他兒子面前，將他們當作搖祭奉給耶和華。

nǐ yě yào shǐ lì wèi rén zhàn zài yà lún hé tā ér zi miàn qián ， jiāng tā men dàng zuò yáo jì fèng gěi yē hé huá 。

You shall set the Levites before Aaron and before his sons, and offer them as a wave offering to the LORD.

「這樣，你從以色列人中將利未人分別出來，利未人便要歸我。

「 zhè yàng ， nǐ cóng yǐ sè liè rén zhōng jiàng lì wèi rén fēn bié chū lái ， lì wèi rén biàn yào guī wǒ 。

Thus you shall separate the Levites from among the children of Israel, and the Levites shall be mine.

此後利未人要進去辦會幕的事，你要潔淨他們，將他們當作搖祭奉上；

cǐ hòu lì wèi rén yào jìn qù bàn huì mù de shì ， nǐ yào jié jìng tā men ， jiāng tā men dàng zuò yáo jì fèng shàng ；

“After that, the Levites shall go in to do the service of the Tent of Meeting. You shall cleanse them, and offer them as a wave offering.

因為他們是從以色列人中全然給我的，我揀選他們歸我，是代替以色列人中一切頭生的。

yīn wèi tā men shì cóng yǐ sè liè rén zhōng quán rán gěi wǒ de ， wǒ jiǎn xuǎn tā men guī wǒ ， shì dài tì yǐ sè liè rén zhōng yí qiè tóu shēng de 。

For they are wholly given to me from among the children of Israel; instead of all who open the womb, even the firstborn of all the children of Israel, I have taken them to me.

以色列人中一切頭生的，連人帶牲畜，都是我的。我在埃及地擊殺一切頭生的那天，將他們分別為聖歸我。

yǐ sè liè rén zhōng yí qiè tóu shēng de ， lián rén dài shēng chù ， dōu shì wǒ de 。 wǒ zài āi jí dì jī shā yí qiè tóu shēng de nà tiān ， jiāng tā men fēn bié wèi shèng guī wǒ 。

For all the firstborn among the children of Israel are mine, both man and animal. On the day that I struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I sanctified them for myself.

我揀選利未人代替以色列人中一切頭生的。

wǒ jiǎn xuǎn lì wèi rén dài tì yǐ sè liè rén zhōng yí qiè tóu shēng de 。

I have taken the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel.

我從以色列人中將利未人當作賞賜給亞倫和他的兒子，在會幕中辦以色列人的事，又為以色列人贖罪，免得他們挨近聖所，有災殃臨到他們中間。」

wǒ cóng yǐ sè liè rén zhōng jiàng lì wèi rén dàng zuò shǎng cì gěi yà lún hé tā de ér zi ， zài huì mù zhōng bàn yǐ sè liè rén de shì ， yòu wèi yǐ sè liè rén shú zuì ， miǎn de tā men āi jìn shèng suǒ ， yǒu zāi yāng lín dào tā men zhōng jiān 。」

I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the Tent of Meeting, and to make atonement for the children of Israel, so that there will be no plague among the children of Israel when the children of Israel come near to the sanctuary.”

摩西、亞倫，並以色列全會眾便向利未人如此行。凡耶和華指着利未人所吩咐摩西的，以色列人就向他們這樣行。

mó xī 、 yà lún ， bìng yǐ sè liè quán huì zhòng biàn xiàng lì wèi rén rú cǐ xíng 。 fán yē hé huá zhǐ zhe lì wèi rén suǒ fēn fù mó xī de ， yǐ sè liè rén jiù xiàng tā men zhè yàng xíng 。

Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel did so to the Levites. According to all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so the children of Israel did to them.

於是利未人潔淨自己，除了罪，洗了衣服；亞倫將他們當作搖祭奉到耶和華面前，又為他們贖罪，潔淨他們。

yú shì lì wèi rén jié jìng zì jǐ ， chú le zuì ， xǐ le yī fu ； yà lún jiāng tā men dàng zuò yáo jì fèng dào yē hé huá miàn qián ， yòu wèi tā men shú zuì ， jié jìng tā men 。

The Levites purified themselves from sin, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them for a wave offering before the LORD and Aaron made atonement for them to cleanse them.

然後利未人進去，在亞倫和他兒子面前，在會幕中辦事。耶和華指着利未人怎樣吩咐摩西，以色列人就怎樣向他們行了。

rán hòu lì wèi rén jìn qù ， zài yà lún hé tā ér zi miàn qián ， zài huì mù zhōng bàn shì 。 yē hé huá zhǐ zhe lì wèi rén zěn yàng fēn fù mó xī ， yǐ sè liè rén jiù zěn yàng xiàng tā men xíng le 。

After that, the Levites went in to do their service in the Tent of Meeting before Aaron and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so they did to them.

耶和華曉諭摩西說：

yē hé huá xiǎo yù mó xī shuō ：

The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

「利未人是這樣：從二十五歲以外，他們要前來任職，辦會幕的事。

「 lì wèi rén shì zhè yàng ： cóng èr shí wǔ suì yǐ wài ， tā men yào qián lái rèn zhí ， bàn huì mù de shì 。

“This is what is assigned to the Levites: from twenty-five years old and upward they shall go in to wait on the service in the work of the Tent of Meeting;

到了五十歲要停工退任，不再辦事，

dào le wǔ shí suì yào tíng gōng tuì rèn ， bú zài bàn shì ，

and from the age of fifty years they shall retire from doing the work, and shall serve no more,

只要在會幕裏，和他們的弟兄一同伺候，謹守所吩咐的，不再辦事了。至於所吩咐利未人的，你要這樣向他們行。」

zhī yào zài huì mù lǐ ， hé tā men de dì xiong yì tóng cì hou ， jǐn shǒu suǒ fēn fù de ， bú zài bàn shì le 。 zhì yú suǒ fēn fù lì wèi rén de ， nǐ yào zhè yàng xiàng tā men xíng 。」

but shall assist their brothers in the Tent of Meeting, to perform the duty, and shall perform no service. This is how you shall have the Levites do their duties.”
