因為律法是惹動忿怒的 ；哪裏沒有律法，那裏就沒有過犯。
yīn wèi lǜ fǎ shì rě dòng fèn nù de ； nǎ lǐ méi yǒu lǜ fǎ ， nà lǐ jiù méi yǒu guò fàn 。
For the law produces wrath; for where there is no law, neither is there disobedience.
