西番雅書 2:15

這是素來歡樂安然居住的城， 心裏說：惟有我，除我以外再沒有別的； 現在何竟荒涼成為野獸躺臥之處！ 凡經過的人都必搖手嗤笑她。

zhè shì sù lái huān lè ān rán jū zhù de chéng ， xīn lǐ shuō ： wéi yǒu wǒ ， chú wǒ yǐ wài zài méi yǒu bié de ； xiàn zài hé jìng huāng liáng chéng wéi yě shòu tǎng wò zhī chù ！ fán jīng guò de rén dōu bì yáo shǒu chī xiào tā 。

This is the joyous city that lived carelessly, that said in her heart, “I am, and there is no one besides me.” How she has become a desolation, a place for animals to lie down in! Everyone who passes by her will hiss and shake their fists.
