并要从百姓中拣选有才能的人，就是敬畏 神、诚实无妄、恨不义之财的人，派他们作千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长、十夫长，管理百姓，
bìng yào cóng bǎi xìng zhōng jiǎn xuǎn yǒu cái néng de rén ， jiù shì jìng wèi shén 、 chéng shí wú wàng 、 hèn bú yì zhī cái de rén ， pài tā men zuò qiān fū zhǎng 、 bǎi fū zhǎng 、 wǔ shí fū zhǎng 、 shí fū zhǎng ， guǎn lǐ bǎi xìng ，
Moreover you shall provide out of all the people able men which fear God: men of truth, hating unjust gain; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
