Isaiah 3:4

主说：我必使孩童作他们的首领， 使婴孩辖管他们。

zhǔ shuō ： wǒ bì shǐ hái tóng zuò tā men de shǒu lǐng ， shǐ yīng hái xiá guǎn tā men 。

I will give boys to be their princes, and children shall rule over them.
