这云是借他的指引游行旋转， 得以在全地面上行他一切所吩咐的，
zhè yún shì jiè tā de zhǐ yǐn yóu xíng xuán zhuǎn ， dé yǐ zài quán dì miàn shàng xíng tā yí qiè suǒ fēn fu de ，
It is turned around by his guidance, that they may do whatever he commands them on the surface of the habitable world,
