它嗤笑城内的喧嚷， 不听赶牲口的喝声。
tā chī xiào chéng nèi de xuān rǎng ， bù tīng gǎn shēng kǒu de hē shēng 。
He scorns the tumult of the city, neither does he hear the shouting of the driver.
